What a beautiful home to spend some time with family and friends. The pool, hot tub and trampoline were absolutely amazing. We had perfect weather for outdoor entertainment. The kitchen was so full of everything you’d ever need! They really have thought of everything. It was like home from home Super comfortable beds We would highly recommend to a any family wanting a weekend doing nothing but pool fun with the kids x

We had the most amazing couple of days at Spring Barn. The hosts were so friendly, helpful and responsive. The property was so spacious - inside and out with so many toys for the grandchildren. The tree house was fantastic! We really enjoyed our time in this quiet part of the Cotswolds - just what we needed and a superb place to celebrate my birthday. I’d definitely recommend. This was our third stay at Lois’s place, albeit the first in the eco house, as opposed to the barn. The house was both comfortable and quirky, qualities we have come to expect from our charming and artistic hosts. Unusual pictures, books, design features - one is entertained at every turn, while the leafy surroundings (the beautiful garden and driveway as well as Redland Green itself) make it all worthwhile. Lois or her husband Paul are always on hand to help you with any questions and have a chat with you at the same time. We heartily recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for something a bit different and off the beaten track yet within walking distance of decent shops, cafés and restaurants.

Beautiful location right on the common. Easy access to walks, villages, views. The home is spacious, toasty warm with the underfloor heat, and very well stocked with pantry staples which is very helpful. Lovely character property.

We had a wonderful stay at Lucy’s place. The coach house is very comfortable and the gardens are stunning, we underestimated how extensive and beautiful they would be. The pool is lovely too. The location is a great place to explore the Cotswolds and we’d recommend booking a table at the local pub for dinner too! Hope we can return one day!

A stunning house in a lovely complex. Absolutely perfect for families with kids.

We celebrated a 90th and 58th birthday and a baby announcement so it was a perfect place for a family group of 10. The house was beautiful and met all our expectations and more. Everything we needed was there we only had to take food. The house was in peaceful surroundings with plenty of space. We particularly enjoyed the basement games room. The swimming pool was not available but looked as though it would be a great on a hot summers day. The cats were very friendly and cute but we had to keep them out of the house so difficult if the weather is hot and you want doors and windows open. All in all it is a beautiful, very large house in peaceful surroundings. Thank you, we loved it.

Fabulous location, beautiful, bright & well maintained apartment. The pictures speak for the apartment and the amenities within the estate. I would like to speak more about the hosts, Jane has been very welcoming since the time we booked the property for our Easter weekend stay. Had been in touch regarding the bed room arrangements and informed us to book the amenities ahead of our stay so we get a slot. When I informed her that we did not manage to get the slot, she went in person to make the bookings on our behalf. What a lovely gesture! The day we check-in, Jane's clear instructions helped in locating the property without any issue. I had to contact Jane to inform that our 8 year old was looking for youtube in TV and reg the gaming console remote. In the next 5 mins, her husband was there to sort it all out for us which we really didn't expect. They are such lovely hosts doing everything possible to ensure their guests get what they expect. We'll definitely visit again!

Annabel's place is absolutely amazing! Very comfortable and immaculate. We loved the view and exploring the surroundings more than the last time we stayed. Annabel was happy to help with any questions but had provided such good information before arrival that we didn't have any.

Fantastic place! As hosts ourselves, we're a little fussy but this did not dissapoint. Firstly, the view from the bedroom window was stunning 😍 and the location was perfect - a delightful walk to a historical Roman villa and another lovely walk down to the local pub. Waking up with freshly baked bread, having had a flexible check in, Hugh was very friendly (morning and night when we passed).... but the best part was waking up to the sound of birds and sheep, with views of the rolling Cotswold hills. It is easy to see why this place is so highly rated.
