We spent a birthday weekend at 2 Oaks! Donna was great at making us feel right at home and even recommended a few local pubs and nice places for us to visit. We spent hours in the hot tub looking up at the stars which was amazing! Little luxuries made the whole weekend feel extra special, including birthday balloons, wood fire, treats and a bottle of wine! We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be returning as soon as we can. Thank you so much Donna :)

From start to finish I had an amazing experience! When booking I looked at pictures and was the exact same in person had a cosy feel to it , the view was beautiful in the snow. There was a heater for cold weather and it made the cabin so warm, we also had lots of extra blankets! Jackie offered help where needed , so helpful with where to eat and offered food if I couldn’t get any. She was very responsive and friendly with directions and enquiries. Would definitely book to go again ! Thank you very much Jackie.

Had a lovely stay in the gypsy caravan! It was clean and cosy and had just the right amount of amenities to be comfortable whilst still getting away from all the screens and noise of the day-to-day. If you need reliable WiFi it wouldn’t be ideal but I was very happy to get on without WiFi and read a couple of books instead. Lee was really friendly and responsive, on hand to fix the odd thing, top up the water, etc. but also very respectful of privacy and space. It was a perfect mix of quiet village countryside escape whilst also feeling safe and convenient for a little solo holiday. Great walks, great village pond, a couple of nice pubs, excellent jam doughnut at the local produce shop. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time with two friend when meeting at Amanda’s place. It’s even better than it looks in the pictures - spacious and welcoming, with comfy beds, great showers and good indoor and outdoor spaces. The area is beautiful with so many walks on your doorstep and the local pub was a great place to eat, relax and socialise. Amanda is a truly amazing host, from initial booking until we’d left. Her communication is excellent and once there, it’s the little touches she makes which really make the stay special. A lovely hamper when we arrived, beer in the fridge and even pint glasses in the freezer so we could enjoy a genuine cold one after all arriving are a few examples out of so many I could give. Amanda gives a level of thought and care to the experience of staying at her place which is incredibly appreciated. We think we’ll come back as the entire stay was the opportunity to relax we absolutely hoped for and incredibly positive. Thank you Amanda.

Fantastic last minute stay at the Haven cabin. Debbie has thought of practically everything in this tiny cabin, amazing she's fit so much into there without it feeling over crowded. It was freezing outside last night but very very snug inside. Bathroom set up is fantastic. Outside area is pretty private for being in someone's back garden. I didn't see or hear anyone and there was other guests staying at their other Airbnb very near by. Highly recommended this gem of a property. Big thank you Debbie x

Had a wonderful weekend away with the dog at the old bakehouse. We were made to feel right at home from the very start, and the place itself was so cosy and perfect to come back to after a day walking in the rain. Weather didn’t hold out for our visit (unsurprisingly) but the grounds were gorgeous - would love to come back in the summer. Thanks Jamie!

This is a beautiful Airbnb; the lodge is certainly one of the most stunning places I have stayed in. The house is pristine and very private; it has been finished to a lovely standard, making it warm and comfortable. There isn’t much to do in the area, but it's perfect if, like us, you are looking for a peaceful change of scenery.

Fantastic stay! Richard was an absolute pleasure and the place is amazing!!!! You are completely off grid, with the occasional boat passing. Great place if you want to avoid humans 😅 Great space for the dogs to run around in, ideal for a family or a large group! Just loved every part of his place! ❤️

My friends and I stayed at Krystena’s place for two of our birthdays. The place and location of the house was just want we wanted, very peaceful and close to shops and pubs. Krystena was very helpful to answer any questions we had and was very friendly. The hottub was a lovely extra! We would all recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay here again.
