I came for spring break a me it was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in!! I felt very safe, the host was very communicative, and the home was beautiful! We had a great stay.

The house was welcoming and clean. Michelle is very responsive to questions and any concerns. While we stayed for a full month she kept us supplied with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The TVs in all the bedrooms and main room allowed guests to curate their own entertainment. The two porches provide ample room to experience morning sunrises and evening sunsets. Those we met in the community were warm and welcoming. We were only minutes away from an amazing beach. There are beach chairs and toys available to enhance the experience. Plus there is a community pool that while not heated was very enjoyable. You'll love this location and the amenities!

Host was nice and responsive. The bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable. The house looks even better in person than it does in the pictures. It is easy to find and close to downtown and other attractions. Lots of stairs, so if you are not physically able to climb stairs this is not an accessible option. Other than that, the stay was great.

Great host , it was a wonderful area to stay in. She communicated well & responds fast. Everything looks like the picture. Overall it was a very good stay!

We had another wonderful stay here, the house is clean, stocked with everything we needed, and exactly as described. John is a great host and always available to answer our questions. The house is close everything we needed and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Highly recommended!

I have lived in the area before, so it was easy to pick this place for the two weeks I came to visit my family for the holidays. I really had a great time, yes, someone lives down stairs but they never bothered us. Upstairs and downstairs are separated, so it does give each other their own privacy. The surrounding area is everything you need, for shopping and food, it’s all there. Thank you so much for letting us into your home, I look forward to visiting my family in the future and will definitely reach out to you as my first pick.

Would definitely stay at this BnB again! The hosts get five stars from us! Great location, great amenities, very nice walkable area, close to pretty much everything we needed. The townhome is very modern, private and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our visit to Houston. You can truly tell how much love and dedication was invested to put it together. We found the beds very comfortable, loved the Roku TV's, the balcony, the terrace. Thank you so much for taking care of us during our stay!

Just as described. Easy check in, communicative host, and clean home. It was a great home base for my relatives birthday weekend in Midtown. Only real downside was road noise from highway when trying to sleep (Did not notice during day in Living area, but did at night in Master facing highway). The latter was expected due to location...we knew it was 100' +/- from feeder...earplugs, white noise from phone, and provided fan made it a nonfactor, though. Overall pleasant stay with two couples. Would recommend.

Ike is very quick to respond to any questions or things you may need. Place is in a great location close to Downtown and major freeways in case you need to get around town.

Deborah’s and Anton’s place was perfect for our stay to visit our son and sightsee a bit! The hospitality was incredible: fresh flowers, wine, snacks, and chocolate greeted us along with Anton, who made sure we were comfortable. Communication was always prompt and friendly, and the instructions and guidebook were clear and helpful. The place itself was immaculately clean, well furnished, and though we didn’t use the kitchen, it seemed well stocked. We will not hesitate to stay here again! ❤️

All you need for a pleasant long time stay! It really started feeling like home, the location is great with bayou park nearby for having a walk or a run and several bars and restaurants in Montrose within foot range. It is a huge plus to have a parking spot and all the services like washing machine and internet worked great. The host was very caring and replied mostly instantly to any inquiries. I would come back anytime and recommend it to everyone.

Visiting Houston for medical care this place offered excellent location, close to Houston’s medical area in a gated neighborhood. Host was super helpful and responsive to all my questions. Place was super clean and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. Overall great experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay around the Houston Medical Center area.

This is a very nice little place. It was perfect for the weekend getaway for just the two of us. There were several places a few blocks away to do and see things we enjoy.

Awesome location, phenomenal hosts!

This place has everything - fabulous food, great hosts, good location that’s a quick walk to the beach and downtown, and quiet comfortable rooms. We loved our true bed and breakfast experience. Our hosts were wonderful and very accommodating. We wish we could have stayed longer! It was perfect for us because we’re not super touristy and don’t love big crowds and fussy places. This stay was stylish without being stiff and empty. A truly memorable experience all around!

Polly and Jeff are amazing hosts. Warm, friendly and accommodating. They obviously love being BnB hosts. The location is absolutely perfect and easy to get to with plenty of street parking. The food was outstanding and the daily afternoon snack left out for all the guests to nibble on was a perfect touch after being at the beach all day. Just simply fabulous. Highly recommend and we WILL be returning in the future.
