We had a fabulous stay at The Treehouse. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. It was private and peaceful. The layout was perfect for our family and we had plenty of space. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We would love to stay again when visiting Lake Livingston.

Kathy was an amazing host. The place was the amazing getaway that we were looking for and Kathy was very proactive and responsive with her communication. She reached out well in advance with recommendations and instructions and was very responsive with any inquiries we had - she was the best host I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with on Airbnb. Would highly recommend the property and Kathy!

An awesome experience like none other, we were there celebrating our twins 16th birthday and to say they loved it is an understatement! Lots to do from hiking, swimming in the Brazos, axe throwing, feeding animals to creating figurines and painting rocks. Lots to do, relax in the hot tub after activities but lots to do, Bill, Linda and Trista have lots to offer out here! We hope to be back in the future and experience their place again! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay than at Sergio’s cottage with me and my family. The kids loved it and the deck provided the best squirt gun space. Private and quiet and we will definitely visit again.

My granddaughter and I had an absolutely wonderful 1-night stay in Rebecca’s home. The photos listed don’t do it justice. The house is decorated so thoughtfully with many interesting vintage items. I enjoyed discussing some of the pieces with my granddaughter, as they brought back wonderful childhood memories. We felt like we were in a very cozy, welcoming environment. The shared living area and kitchen were equipped with anything we might need, and Rebecca was available if we had any questions. The yard is large with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the peaceful countryside location, yet still only minutes from South Tyler. We especially enjoyed the screened-in treehouse! Bathrooms were well-appointed and extremely clean, with plenty of fresh towels. The beds were comfortable and layered in soft linens. We slept very well. Rebecca prepared a delicious country breakfast, including fresh yard eggs and homemade biscuits to die for! Great hosts and a wonderful overall experience

It was very peaceful and quiet but quite cold. There was a heater that didnt radiate heat well. it was also dark in the tent with two dim lamps. The outside was cute with lights but you can't really see the lake but of all the trees that grew out. Looks more impressive in pictures.

Such a fun get-away place for my family! My kids loved the outdoor activities and it was so peaceful waking up in the trees with the sunshine shining through the trees. It was a fun and unique experience!

The Post Oak home on the A-Frame Ranch was absolutely delightful! The home was cozy with great amenities. Private, yet not too far from Main Street in Fredericksburg. I will definitely stay at the A-Frame Ranch again during my next visit to Fredericksburg.

This treehouse is so neat, we have been wanting to stay here for awhile. We were excited to see it was available for the weekend. Host are great!! We were able to check in and hour after making the reservation. If your in the area makes this place your next stop!!!

The highlight of our stay was the beautiful scenery! The first night was a clear sky and we could see the stars while lying in bed in the primary bedroom. The house is stocked for family game night (cards, dominos, checkers, corn hole, washers, etc.) and the kitchen is equipped with all the standard equipment and utensils. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and then some! Truly hated to leave!

We had an excellent time in the tree house. It was a great experience, and sound escape from the hassle city life. it was peaceful and had a good time talking with my partner. Would surely recommend for my friends !! Allison was a great host, and was prompt on replying to all texts and calls.

Beautiful, peaceful property! Perfect for a quick couples getaway trip! Wish we’re able to stay longer. Michael was an AWESOME host and very friendly. We look forward to our next stay in the future.

This is a hidden gem on a magical property. Well appointed with everything you could need. Host thought of every detail to make it special. So grateful to have found this place and would love to spend more time in this peaceful oasis.

This was a wonderful place for a kid-free getaway! It was quiet and comfortable and close enough to town to walk if you are so inclined. We took a walk down the road to just see the neighborhood and there were deer everywhere, plenty of places to buy farm fresh eggs on the way home, and it was so quiet. A couple of things: bring your own pillows and maybe an extra portable fan, and this is in someone’s side yard and in front of another rental spot. That being said: there were zero issues, it was beautiful and we were left alone, and the owners were so very nice. I highly recommend them and their treehouse!

Our Tree house was great! It was very clean, well equipped and beds were comfy. Kids enjoyed the pool and the play area and being able to run around outside. The Hot Tub was also extremely clean. Firewood was provided and we ate s’mores (not provided of course) around the fire. Nice little walk to the river. Tom was very responsive in all communication with us.

We stayed here with our two sons for spring break and it was lovely. We did all sorts of Austin things and then loved being able to come back here and unwind. My boys loved the hot tun.

Amazing getaway from your daily schedule. Kids loved the place with so many things to o within the house itself and a great open space in front of the property. Big kitchen and awesome setup of beds within the space. The extra powder room in garage comes really handy with a bigger group

“Mossy Cove Treehouse is exactly what I was hoping it’d be! Nestled amongst the trees and surrounded by peaceful scenery, it was a perfect surprise getaway for (insert whatever you want). All of the rustic details inside the treehouse really made us feel contently lost in the woods. We didn’t want to leave! The host was very accommodating, responsive and even made sure to build us a fire before leaving us. We’ll definitely be back to explore the area soon.”

Nice little cabin on a stock pond. Great place to take your kids. A lot of onsite activities. Perfect for teaching kids how to fish.

The Nut House was exactly as pictured, charming, and fun. I honestly expected it to be one of several Airbnb structures on the property but it stood alone, next to a stream with meadows all around. We had a fire in the fire pit, watched movies in the evening, and enjoyed the peaceful location. I highly recommend the Nut House!
