Loved our stay only regret is not staying longer ...Had everything we needed

what a wonderful experience staying at Graciela's! A perfect place for us to stay and explore the Hill Country and Kerrville. The space was so inviting and she made it extra special with wine when we arrived, along with other cold drinks available. The bed is super comfy, and the linens are very nice. The shower is great and there's nice big towels in the bath. The laundry facilities and iron & board were really helpful. The riverview is really awesome. Sitting out back you get to enjoy the view of wildlife on the river. Everything about staying there was great. Graciela and her sister are so very nice. They have a really nice space. Rebooking!

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

Cannot speak highly enough of Hung-Jen’s hospitality! He was super proactive with very detailed instructions and just general information. Accessing the apartment from the garage without his helpful instructions would not have been intuitive, but his communication was top notch! Even when the city had a mandatory water valve repair, he promptly communicated the possibility of even brief interruptions in water service. We were on the 9th floor and could still hear some sounds from the street very clearly, but I think that’s to be expected in city areas. The floors in the apartment are wooden floors from original construction and can be a bit noisy, but I loved the character they brought to the place! And I couldn’t get over the views from the apartment! The pictures of the views were really what sold me on the place, but the actual view is better than the pictures! 100% would visit here again!

Host was very helpful in working out how we could get the gym cards with excellent communication during the roof replacement that was going on while we were there. This is our second time staying in this unit.

Joy is great, very responsive. The place was pretty much as said I feel like important things should be clarified. The area felt safe and some of the view from the front porch was pretty and some not so much. The canal is pretty but there is a closed down business to the right that is an eye sore but I understand that isn't anyones fault. The front porch is shared and I think that should be mentioned. one porch two front doors. The entry door seems like it needs fixed or replaced. It gaps open quite a bit. I was kind of concerned by the fact someone could maybe pry it open. There is security on premises so it is probably unlikely and the place is quiet. If you have a taller vehicle know that it won't fit in the garage but there is outside parking. The height of the garage entry is about 6ft high. Nice amenities but the unit is definitely tiny. It is also and older unit. The bathtub also needed some maintenance. There were three of us and it was fine for us. For the price it was ok.

Everything was super awesome. We cannot wait to come back! This place was so clean and everything was even better than expected! I highly recommend. And the cleaning service is a 10. Please don’t forget to tip!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was very convenient to Northeast Austin, and there were plenty of amenities nearby. The host's communication was excellent, and they were very responsive, this was truly appreciated. The river is full of fossils and treasures, it was nice to have some open space to play too for the kids! Would highly recommend.

Our March trip was excellent. Even though the weather was windy we still fished from the pier and caught redfish and sheepshead. There are bait stores close by, we settled in with Hillmans bait and market. Was able to get bait and also shrimp to boil…. Had crawfish and blue crab as well. Very friendly staff…. We had no issues with the house or anything on the property. It was spacious inside and out. Covered area with picnic tables was a great place for us to cook and eat and not mess up the house. Ha…. Pretty certain we will be back in the future. We have traveled up and down the gulf coast taking my grandsons on fishing trips… this is one of the better houses and locations. We don’t eat out often on our trips but Bullchicks restaurant was 2 minutes from the house and we loved their burgers. I think we had 3 visits there which says a lot about how much we liked it. If you’re reading this to decide whether it’s worth the money, if the location is good…. Book it!!

Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

Awesome place would stay again here the deck is so nice and being here is so peaceful 100 percent recommend it for sure !!!

We loved our stay! We were in town for a funeral and this home was perfect for the sadness in our hearts. It was beautiful and relaxing. It was everything we hoped for from the sunrises to the egrets settling on the lake at night. It was a sad time but this home brightened our spirits. My apologies, I didn’t get to write this in your little book. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! Did I mention how comfortable the beds are!

The home was immaculately clean—truly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. The beds were super comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep, and the patio was the perfect spot to relax with a beautiful view. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Two parking passes not available as promised, doors very outdated hard to lock especially in guess bathroom. Kids kept using my bathroom, so it became annoying. Otherwise a very nice location and view and area.

Sunrise was amazing from the balcony. Place was wonderful. Close to everything. We have stayed in several places and this was the best by far. I diffidently recommend. We will be back to stay again next time. Thank you for being a part of an amazing trip.

Although this was a bit pricey for our last minute vacay, it was well worth it. My husband said on the way home this was our best vacation ever and we vacation a lot. The absolute best part was the ease of fishing and moving our boat around. We caught a lot of fish!!!! The neighbors were so friendly and welcoming! We almost floated out to sea when we forgot the boat key once and everyone helped!!
