There was a delay in getting entry code on the day of checkin but when prompted there was a quick response. No other major issues

Perfect distance from Grandscapes. Peaceful neighborhood with plenty of privacy. Marissa was very helpful and communicative. Would recommend this house to anyone.

The place is nice and the shower is super powerful. We could not use the pool because the weather was cold.

Owners were very friendly and communicative, responded right away to an internet issue first day. Met with some friends from all around the US, and between the games, comfy seating areas, a large large deck, and a fully stocked kitchen we were able to make fajitas, potato crusted quiche, and chicken and dumplin's foe many wonderful shared meals. Hardly left. Why? Hot tubs here!! Friendly wildlife! 10/10 stars. We would love to get together once a year here we loved it so much. AMPLE driveway space for lots of cars! Come stay! No regrets!!

It was very good we all liked it and especially that master bathroom that was awesome. The hot tub was so nice and in a quiet neighborhood where no people are hardly outside. You can park in the front of the house or the back with a driveway. The upstairs of the house had an air hockey table and nice bean bags which is so amazing. Jennifer is a great helper she can text you back on what to do about basically anything just ask questions and she will help you! Me and my buddies really loved this house and it is worth it to stay at when it is super warm outside.

Rachel is a wonderful host and their house along with the setting made a perfect place for our extended family to gather. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Our stay at Stephen’s house was perfect from start to finish. It was easy to book, and matched all pictures and descriptions. The house was very clean and comfortable! With noticeable upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms! There were plenty of linens, and towels, including beach towels! The house had nice furniture and a great layout. The spa and pool were fantastic, and clean without heavy chemical smells! The host provided clear instructions and the hot tub was easy to use! We had just a few questions and Stephen was always available, even offering to stop by personally and help! The lawn and pool team stopped by for regular services while we were there and they were kind and efficient! So many restaurants and activities were close by. We didn’t want to leave, and will definitely come back!!

They place was beautiful and secluded, yet still less than 10 min from the University Training Field. Super close to town and restaurants. Responds fast to questions and is awesome with communicating before reservation with instructions just incase you have questions before arriving. We definitely plan on staying again when we are up that way.

House was perfect for us. We had a group of college students with us for a local event so having a downstairs bedroom and 2 full baths was great for us and the kids split the upstairs bedrooms and baths. The kitchen and great room had a terrific layout (I wish our house had that) and the hot tub and ping pong/pool table were big hits with the group. Outstanding house and layout. Really enjoyed the trip!

Great place for families. Quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Close to airport. We were really happy with the space. Very comfy and perfect for our family. Ron was very responsive, and we appreciated the hospitality!

Great weekend stay with extended family. Plenty of room for everyone and very family friendly. The house was well maintained and clean. One thing of note, the hot tub instructions state that the heat up time is 15-30 minutes, however the hot tub never reached a temperature above 82-85. We did not reach out to our host with this matter as it did not affect our stay, so our experience with this might not be the norm. We will definitely look to book this property again should we be in the area.

We've been staying at Ron's house in Corinth for an extended stay while our house in Flower Mound is being renovated. I did extensive research to find the best place to stay and Ron's place is it! It's definitely the best AirBnb in the area and Ron has been fantastic to work with. If you are looking for a long-term stay or just need a place to land for a short time this is a great spot. The location is especially great if you have kids or a dog. We go to a local kids playground and a nearby dog park everyday, its become part of our routine and been great to feel like were part of a community while we are away from our friends. We'll likely be extending our stay longer with Ron and would definitely recommend working with him.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. This house was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. The place was great overall. Clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed and then some. This cabin was well worth the money. Ian took care of anything I needed right away. We will absolutely visit this home again!

This place was so beautiful and peaceful. The locked gate was a plus. Never had to worry about our trailers or personal things while we were there. The hot tub was amazing. The king bed upstairs is a little too soft for us but that is just a personal preference. Everything was clean and well maintained. The description of the layout is not real clear. Downstairs are two queen beds and a full bathroom. The full kitchen and king bed are upstairs with a full bathroom with spa tub. We really enjoyed the views and the trains going by were pretty cool as well. There are 4 cabins total on the property but they are spread out enough for plenty of privacy. We would absolutely visit this place again. It is located so close to everything you need but yet feels so secluded. A++++ place to stay!

We loved the home! The unique design and decorating inside were very pleasing to the sight and fit right in with the comfortable feeling we had the whole time we were there. Can’t say enough about how wonderful this little cabin on lake was . My family had the best time , the pictures online do not give it justice it’s just breathtaking. This get away was for my 10 year old we wanted to spend some quality time with him without the interruptions and distractions we have a home , he said it was his best vacation ever he loved the game room and waking up and being able to fish all day !!! They had everything we could ever need provided for us which made it so nice .Our family would love to come back as soon as possible!!!!
