Very nice and quiet property with a swimming pool. The neighbourhood is nice, with restaurants and a rooftop bar not far. The only thing to keep in mind is that it can take a bit of time to reach the main highlights such as the Wat Arun, especially with young children.

Amazing and spacious place to stay near one of the nicer beaches on Koh Chang! Bar/restaurant upstairs from the property is very nice. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent logement, dans une rue paisible et proche de tous les commerces. Le quartier est top et on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pieds pour découvrir la ville. L’immeuble et la chambre sont d’une parfaite propreté et le rapport qualité prix est imbattable ! Pour ma part, j’ai aussi profité du toit terrasse et je me suis raclé grâce aux bains de soleil ! La femme de ménage et hôte d’accueil est adorable tout comme le propriétaire prêts à vous rendre service ! J’y retournerai dès que possible

Чистые уютные апартаменты, просторные, много воздуха. Лестница не для каждого на второй этаж, но через неделю привыкаешь к ней. Немного шумел кондиционер на втором этаже, хозяин обещал все исправить. В целом уютно, до моря далековато, но рядом есть вся инфраструктура, 7/11, прачечная, массажные, рестораны, бассейны, тренажерка, хороший интернет местный, справлялся лучше чем безлимитная сим карта. В целом норм, солнце светит с утра, после обеда не светит в окно, что удобно, так как не очень жарко.

Our second stay in 2 years so we knew what to expect. Oliver and Noi's large apartment is a great and this trip was as good as the last. There is a modern kitchen with hob and clean oven. Two good sized bedrooms with excellent air-conditioning units.A large dining area and the star of the show a beautiful verandah complete with hot tub and hammock, with great views of the ocean. We had a small car which I'd recommend getting from Krabi or Phuket. It's an easy and fun drive and you can park outside.We went to Klong Nin beacheveryday with is 20 min drive, but Long Beach is closer. Yellow restaurant 5 mins away has excellent food.(roasted pork with salt and chilli is outstanding.) II would definitely recommend to couples who want a quiet break.The hosts are always close by but not intrusive in any way. Overall v good value for price paid

This is a great option for short or long term stays in Bangkok. The host and staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Walking distance to the train, many food options if you decide to walk or take a short lift. I walked to and from lotus everyday with no problem. The room was very comfortable and cozy. All amenities matched the photos. I would definitely recommend and I will be back to stay in this comfortable studio.

Can’t say enough great things about the places run by this host or about the host herself. I have been coming to her apartments for over seven years. As a business owner and as a human being she has always gone above and beyond what you would reasonably expect. These are fun, clean, and practical rooms. The ones at House 22/Charoen Krung are in a quiet alley right off the main road. Be mindful that there is no elevator and the stairs are steep when booking the room. A short walk to everything from convenience stores, restaurants, and of course the light rail station. I would and often do suggest this place to any visitor.

Oleg’s apartment is perfect! Great location, close to Naithon Beach (5-10 minute drive). Laguna is very a very safe and protected area. We enjoyed walking the grounds. There’s a restaurant and pool just outside. The apartment is very comfortable. Kitchen has all you need to cook for yourself. Bed and linens are comfortable and the entire apartment was extremely clean. Also, there is a 7-11 just outside the Laguna complex. Would definitely recommend Oleg’s apartment for a small family. Cheers!

schönes Apparment, wir würdendas Appartement wieder buchen. Wir warenzu zweit drinnen bis zu 4 Personen würde ich es empfehlen. Die Lage ist gut man benötigt aber ein Taxi um gut in die Innenstadt zu kommen.

Simple studio apartment. Good communication from the host.

This is my second stay. Last time I came here for work, and this time was just on vacation. Garbage bags, extra toilet rolls, and a hair dryer were provided which I couldn't find last time. Also there were welcome snacks and elephant souvenirs for me ! Thanks a lot. Free parking lot is available, and since I rented a car this time, I was able to conveniently go to Ayutthaya, Bangkok and anywhere. The pool on the premises was great, but I was disappointed that I couldn't use the jacuzzi. I do not know why. Lastly, the manager was very kind and helpful.

I have stayed in this condominium several times, and I will do it again. For me, it is perfect because it is easy to get to the BTS and move where I want. Inside the condominium there is a restaurant with good and cheap food, the swimming pool is very good,small gym but enough to exercise your body during the holidays

Good area for people who want to be away from farang areas but you can get around easily due to the BTS being close. Pool is nice and in the shade, so great to cool off. The room is not modern but it's big and clean. Nice host.

Everything was OK. Could use internet. Mobile signal is quite poor.

June & Pop were so friendly and great communicators. The apartment was exactly as it looked in the photos and the building amenities are incredible…especially the amazing pool! Which I had to myself every single morning of the 34 days I was there! I 1000% recommend June & Pop’s place and would definitely stay there again! I’m part of a large travel community of older and retired people who travel full time or almost full time. And I’m recommending June & Pop’s place to the entire community of several hundred members!

Lovely little place in a great peaceful location, really enjoyed our stay so we extended it for another night, thanks again for the hospitality☺️
