Останавливались в апартаментах с мужем на время отпуска: все понравилось, очень рекомендуем! Нам все подробно описали, так что заселение прошло легко — отдельное спасибо за возможность заехать пораньше, а не бродить еще три часа с чемоданами!:) Апартаменты удобные: вполне просторные для двоих, и мы даже могли заниматься йогой одновременно. Шторы блэкаут, жесткий матрас — все как я люблю. Современная стиральная машина, отличная варочная панель, удобная большая мойка, мощная вытяжка и большой холодильник — тоже порадовали! Спасибо также за фен — даже в жару мои волосы не просушить естественным путем. В комплексе есть ресторан и бассейн, а еще сауна и тренажерный зал. До пляжа можно дойти пешком, но тротуаров нет. Уборка в целом достойная, только клинер обделил вниманием душевую кабину (стены) и смесители — они слегка в разводах от извести, которая содержится в воде. Но это заметит только придирчивый гость:) Спасибо за наше комфортное пребывание! Уже скучаю по этому месту!:)

Fionas place was amazing, and just what we needed for a relaxed vacation close to Bang Tao Beach. Perfect for two people, with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, and the rooftop terrace with a pool and common-areas where great. All in all, we loved staying at this apartment, and would stay here again! Fiona is also such a great host - very proactive, quick to answer and had a lot of great recommendations for what to do in Bang Tao Beach and in Phuket.

The condo was beautiful, and was as described in the listing. The check-in instructions were super clear and we were able to checkin without any difficulties. The condo is well designed and the space is utilisation is amazing! The neighbourhood is peaceful, yet has everything one would need. There are a lot of restaurants of different cuisines, convenience stores, pharmacy and everything one would need. The host is also very responsive and polite. We had a wonderful time here, and would definitely recommend others.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks. The location is perfect for such a period. If we would have stayed for a longer period, of course, the apartment should look for a bigger one. Overall it was great, clean cozy, lots of cool places in the neighborhood. In general, if you want to spend an unforgettable time in a place to eat this is what you need. Be immediately ready for the fact that 90% of your neighbors will be Russian-speaking)))

В целом все хорошо!) мы передвигались все время на байке, поэтому нам было удобно добираться до пляжей и магазинов, если пешком, то будьте готовы ходить в гору.) советую не оставлять шлемы внизу на на консоли, кто-то может их взять:( В самих апартаментах есть все основные удобства для жизни!

Dean is a stand out and an all star, and so are his rental properties at Chom Tawan! We loved every minute of our time in his rental and truly appreciate his level of genuine effort and communication. We cooked meals everyday thanks to the fully stocked kitchen and spent unforgettable moments in the apartment, the pool. the beautiful property and, of course, the breathtaking beaches just a short stroll away. Do yourself the favor and book you're stay at Chom Tawan through Dean; there may be alternate Airbnb options for this property but there's only one Dean🙏🏽.

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

Malgré une cote un peu difficile pour accéder au logement, celui-ci était conforme à la description, bien équipé, très agréable et calme avec une très belle vue sur la ville et la baie. Ayant répondu à nos attentes, je le relouerai à l'occasion.

Отличное расположение дома, в тихом месте с прекрасным видом. Хорошая просторная квартира со всеми удобствами. Анна довольно быстро реагировала на вопросы. В целом довольны. Единственное - необходимо прочистить или починить слив воды в душевой, очень медленно уходит вода. И своеобразный охранник, если у вас байк, будьте готовы к вечно сбитым зеркалам, так как он байки сам переставляет, как посчитает нужным, к квартире это не относится. Однозначно рекомендую.

Abdullah and the whole facilities of the hotel amazing! Ideal place to stay away from hot and dirty Patong city but still very close. Perfect location.Room nice and spacious with a free and safe parking.

I loooved my stay, the place was so pristine, the area is so lovely and cozy, with everything you could possibly need. The property is very well taken care of, the beds were comfortable and the location is unmatched.

Would recommend this venue 100%. Fabulous property in beautiful setting. Easy 5 minute walk to uncrowded beachfront. Good office room if you want to work while staying here. Under 10 minute drive to town with abundance of good restaurants and bars. Elena is an excellent communicator and responds quickly to any queries. 10/10 for our 1 month stay. Thank you

we had a nice stay at the Appartement. It has a lot storage room so you can unpack all your bags and it is definitly good for a long time stay. Every room has an aircondition and big TVs with netflix. Unfortunately the cleaning Lady seemed to have a bad day before our arrival because there was dust in almost all corners of every room and the drawers/closets were dusty (so Inhad to Clean it before putting our clean cloths in it) and there was hair in the bathroom and one the toilet. For our Kids (3 and 6years) it was too far to walk to the beach because it was too hot and they are lazy and there are no sidewalks 😅. adults can walk to the beach. we usually took a Taxi which was Like 200baht. there are 2 Pools and 2 gyms in the condo which are great and we had a Lot of fun in the Pool😄. there is a Restaurant in the complex which is Open Till 5 or 5:30pm where you can get breakfast, ice cream and Thai food. the 7 eleven is only a 5min walk away 👍🏻

Lovely place to stay, really good location. Really clear and easy instructions to self- check in as we arrived late. Really clean apartment, appreciated the bottles of water on arrival in the fridge, the hairdryer, great air con, stove etc. Honestly couldn’t fault our stay. Thanks so much - I would definitely stay again!☺️ 5*

Kommunikasjon med Bowie var raskt og enkelt. Bowie sørget for at vi fikk sjekket inn tidlig da vi reiste med en 7 måned gammel baby. Leilighet ser ut som på bildet.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Schlicht eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt. Das Bett ist SEHR bequem. Im ganzen Apartment Komplex, wie auch in der näheren Umgebung ist es ruhig und sauber. Der Pool war gross,sauber und die Aussicht fantastisch. Es hatte nicht viele Leute am Pool. Auch der Fitnessraum mit diversen Geräten und Hanteln war zugänglich. Das Appartement ist in der Nähe von Surin Beach ( ca 10 Min zu Fuss) und Bangtao Beach ( ca 15 Min zu Fuss). Mit dem Roller waren es zu beiden Stränden wenige Minuten und man konnte überall parkieren. Am Surin Beach hatte es mehr Leute weshalb wir meist am Bang Tao Beach waren. An beiden Stränden gab es gute Restaurants wie auch Liegestühle. Die Kommunikation mit Vitaliia verlief reibungslos. am Checkin Tag wurde eine WA-Gruppe gemacht auf welche wir uns immer melden konnten bei Fragen und umgehend eine Antwort erhielten. Wir werden bei einer nächsten Reise nach Phuket immerwieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Vivian war eine großartige Gastgeberin. Sie war pünktlich, freundlich, offen und sehr gut organisiert. Ihre Wohnung war sauber und sehr schön, so wie auf den Fotos. Wir werden immer wieder gerne bei Ihr buchen 😊 Danke für alles 🙏
