It was a nice villa to hang out in, spacious with lots of things inside like a projector and loud sound system. Only thing is it’s a bit far from the old phuket town but once we picked up a scooter it was okay.

I just had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb in Phuket, hands down the best one I’ve ever experienced! The place was absolutely massive—spacious, beautifully designed, and just felt like a dream. The pool was a total highlight, perfect for relaxing or a refreshing dip anytime, and it was maintained so well. The location couldn’t have been better either—super convenient and close to everything I wanted to explore. Honestly, everything about this spot was amazing, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier stay in Phuket. Can’t wait to come back!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und bietet viel Platz. Das WLAN war ausgezeichnet. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Eine Überraschung war jedoch der Ausblick vom zweiten Stock auf ein heruntergekommenes Gebäude, das scheinbar als Unterkunft für Obdachlose dient. Die Lage ist okay – etwa 15 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, allerdings muss man eine große Hauptstraße ohne Fußgängerstreifen überqueren, was mit Kindern mühsam sein kann. Positiv ist die Nähe zu mehreren Supermärkten. Der Preis von ca. 4500 Baht für 10 Tage für Strom und Wasser zusätzlich, entsprach der Beschreibung, wir fanden ihn aber etwas hoch. Die Kommunikation war aber sehr gut und wir waren auch sonst grundsätzlich sehr glücklich mit der Auswahl. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, Waschmaschine auch sowie funktionable Küche. Pool war super mit Kindern und hat auch viel Spass gemacht.

JM a été un hôte très accueillant et réactif dès notre arrivée. Il nous a accueilli dès notre sortie du taxi et a su répondre à toutes nos questions concernant les alentours. Grâce à lui, nous avons pu avoir de bonnes adresses et de bons conseils pour les visites. Endroit paisible où il y fait bon vivre au coeur de la nature. La villa correspond entièrement à sa description et elle est très spacieuse. Je recommande JM et ses villas à toute personne qui souhaitera réserver ici.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

Séjour parfait ! L’Airbnb était impeccable, exactement comme décrit, voire mieux. Propreté irréprochable, literie confortable, équipements complets et décoration soignée. L’emplacement était idéal, et l’hôte très réactif et accueillant. J’ai passé un excellent séjour et je recommande vivement cet hébergement. J’y reviendrai sans hésiter !

Needed a place close to the airport and this was everything. Highly recommend.

Приветливая хозяйка, говорит на русском, проконсультировала нас по многим вопросам. Апартаменты чистые, уютные, все необходимое есть. Так же во внутреннем дворе можно плавать в большом бассейне, есть лежаки и уличный душ. Так же есть спортзал но мы там не были. Расположение классное, минут 10 пешком до больших супермаркетов и сэвен элевен. Так же в 10 минутах ходьбы, есть куча разных ресторанов, на любой вкус. На первом этаже апартамента есть кафешка где можно вкусно и недорого покушать, также есть байки Так же если немного пройти есть красивый район с тротуарами, через него можно пешком дойти до моря. До моря пешком минут 20, классные бичклабы есть. Мы выбрали Nomad beach club, еда вкусная, персонал вежливый. Нам все понравилось, остались очень довольны.

We had a wonderful stay at Monika’s. Awesome location and the complex had everything you needed right there. We loved using the pool and gym. Monika was super helpful and when we asked for a few things the kitchen required, she dropped them off the next day plus other useful items. Highly recommend staying here.

Отличная чистая квартира, соответствует описанию. Приятный район. Озера, дорожки для прогулки, по выходным ночной рынок с вкуснейшими морепродуктами. Не далеко супермаркет Tops. Минут 10 пешком до 7/11. До моря тоже идти 10 минут. На крыше комплекса расположены бассейны, беговая дорожка, зона для барбекю. Крыша открыта до 21.00. Нормальный интернет

Everything was perfect for our famiky of 4 (kids aged 10 and 12). The appartment was large, spacious and perfectly located. Best is to have your own transportation. All the little extras made it even more special. Communication was outstanding, quick and extremely helpful. We will definitely return to Aleks and Marias place. Thanks so much!

Hello, This was a great listing. Some of the best things were amazing communication with the staff & free shuttle rides during the day. Only about a 5-6 minute walk from the market, 711, and night market. Laundry service is also about 5-7 minutes down the hill. Thank you for the stay!

I had a fantastic experience staying here . The view is incredible. quiet place 5 min from kamala beach . The owner was professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. The apartment was well-maintained, clean, and exactly as described. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly, making my stay smooth and enjoyable.

It's been lovely staying here. Everything was perfect. The location, the property itself, the staff here. All excellent. The place itself was great too. Really well equipped and well thought out. Wir sind von Mel absolut begeistert. Sie denkt an alles (inkl. Ersatzbatterien), ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Alle elektrischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Wir empfanden die Geräusche der Klimaanlage als nicht störend. Der WLAN-Empfang in der Wohnung war für uns ausreichend. Die Außenanlage ist sauber, die Pools sehr gut zum Schwimmen geeignet. Die Geräte im Fitnessraum sind in Ordnung. Die anderen Gäste in der Anlage haben sich ruhig verhalten, so dass alle entspannen konnten. Der Sandstrand und das Meerwasser sind sauber. Es sind keine Bootsanleger vorhanden, von daher ist es am Strand leise. Es waren keine Hunderudel und keine Mücken am Strand. Getränke und Essen an der Strandbar sind gut, schmackhaft und preislich angemessen. Es gibt alle 30 Minuten einen Shuttle-Service zum "Turtle Village", wo sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden. Taxis stehen vor der Anlage oder GRAB bzw. BOLT benutzen. Gerne wieder!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment on the diamond resort complex. The communication from Davide was brilliant and Gib met us on arrival to show us around. The room is spacious, clean, very quiet and had everything we needed (The air-con is great). The apartment is in a perfect location with a brilliant moped hire company just 20 meters down the road (Pro Rent). The pool is great, WiFi is fast and the bed is really comfy. There is also a washing machine which was great for us to wash our clothes, set for our next stop on our travels around Thailand. My girlfriend and I would highly recommended staying here and would stay again if we returned to Thailand. Highly recommended
