Paul was a great and responsive host. If you need to be in rangsit this is the best airbnb to be close to the Red Line, Mall, and Market. Local owned shops. The office/security manager of the building works hard he does well to take care the building. As local as you can get in Rangsit. For the price compared to hotels for tourist , this is the best value airbnb in Rangsit and walking distance to the Mall and Market. I recommend for experienced solo travelers , or people that have to transition to Rangsit. Grab works really well, just don’t get a grab at rush hour.

I had a great stay here and felt right at home immediately. Communication with Mintie was excellent and a few small issues with the kitchen after checking in were handled quickly and thoroughly. I like to cook and saw that there was no stove. Mintie's dad brought a little electric burner to me within a couple hours of my arrival. The superhost status is well deserved! The bedroom is cozy but has some good storage space. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom has a great walk-in shower. The other reviews are accurate - this is a great condo/apartment. The building staff are friendly and kind. There is a little restaurant next to the building entrance called Tree House. Highly recommended! I will mention that the area surrounding the condo is a weird mix of industrial, commercial and residential. The driveway is off a very busy street and the sidewalks in both direction are fairly narrow. The Yaek Nonthaburi 1 MRT is about 8 minutes walk and Owl Market is 12 to 15 minutes away.

The host is incredibly generous and always responsive, making the entire stay so much more easy. Meunière went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless and located just a short distance from the Impact which made it super convenient.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was even better than the photos. The flat was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Everything was well-maintained, and the amenities made my stay very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and answering any questions promptly. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby food market. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beautiful Place To Stay You have Everything you Need, Very Nice Shower, Kitchen, Washer and Dryer. The location is Very nice and Safe And it's Next to the Mall So you Have Food, Movie Theater, Gym, Shopping, Everything Near by! Awesome Experience.

Place is fairly close to Don Mueang airport. Public transport may not be too accessible but taxis and rideshare is available here. Check in is self check in with padlock and was easy but if you arrive late you may need building security to let you in the building door. Bring your own toilet paper. The room and bathroom spacious for Thai standards. You can feel the springs in the bed but did not prevent a good nights sleep. There are decent restaurants that are apart of the complex and one that stays opens late. Comfortable stay.

Even though, we stayed for a few days it’s was good location as it’s close to Impact Arena and there’s many street food vendors near by. Overall, a nice place stay.
