Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

Staying at Susie’s place was feels like home.. especially when you travels with great friends or beautiful family. Nice big rooms with plenty comfy beds and private bathroom in each - complete amenities - and quite neighborhood, makes you sleep well after your day tiring activities. Yet i super love her lemongrass mulberry tea which i don’t have the chance to ask where to buy and bring them back home as a gift. 🤦‍♀️😅💞 Thank you Susie for having us 5 at your place. Hope to stay with you again in a near future. 🙏

le logement de Nadia Nous a parfaitement convenu. Il est grand et confortable, la literie est excellente et surtout il est idéalement situé à côté de l'arrêt du BTS (skytrain station S8) qui dessert rapidement le centre ville et est à 2 stations de la rivière qui elle même a un mode de transport par bateau pour les principaux sites à visiter. autour de l'appartement, il y a pas mal de restaurants agréables et pas chers et de la street food délicieuse au pied du BTS. vous pouvez boire un bon express au circle café juste à côté. Nadia est très agréable et de bons conseils, un livret des choses à faire est disponible et elle nous a envoyé un lien Google maps avec toutes les bonnes adresses ! Nous sommes restés 8 nuits et nous aurions pu y passer bien plus de temps car nous étions comme chez nous.

Very pleasant 1 month stay here with friendly and helpful hosts. Right in the middle of the floating market and lots of temples nearby. Apartment is above the shared kitchen space. Overall very quiet and peaceful place, wake up with bird sounds :) The rooms are Japanese style, clean and high quality. I received weekly cleaning service included in the price. Shower is good. Bed comfortable. Wifi generally ok, even for working online. Some issues with the front gate during the stay but host was pro active in fixing it. Its very clear the hosts care for their guests (thanks again for the small Christmas gift!). If you want to stay somewhere peaceful with access to Bangkok via metro / grab taxi this place is perfect. Would be happy to come here again next time when I visit Bangkok!

Communication with the host was excellent. I would say it is a calmer side of town, away from the main touristy areas. The place is very close to BTS so it’s incredibly convenient for getting around Bangkok. Benny knows a lot of great places around the area.

This was a great place to stay. It's a 15 minute walk to the metro but it is a walk through a beautiful residential area, well worth it. There is a 7/11 two minutes from the front door 👍. I love the little courtyard out the door with a table and stool among the plants. Methinee was the perfect host. She welcomed me to BKK with the Grab map pin for her apartment. What a perfect way to take the confusion about arriving in a strange city. She also provided tips and local info to enhance our stay. All on top of an excellent price. Kudos to Methinee and her team. I would stay here again.

This home is perfect for small groups or families, offering clean, comfortable living spaces and excellent amenities. Coffee and breakfast spot just around the corner, 24h 7/11 less than 10 minutes walk. The house was spotless at check-in, featuring fast internet. The beds were comfortable, and an aircon in every room was a lifesaver. The outdoor space truly stood out, with lush front and back lawns and a charming garden. A mango tree shades a bench overlooking the water—a peaceful spot to watch locals pass by on boats. Por, the host, was exceptional! He invited me for a cycling trip, where we saw monkeys, lizards, and even saw some locals racing their boats. The city is 30-45 minutes away by car (longer during peak hours). Scooters and bicycles are great alternatives to beat traffic. Fu Mala, the restaurant next door, serves great food with craft and bottled beers and the staff there are legends. Highly recommend this unique stay for anyone seeking comfort, nature, and local culture!
