Everything as described and shown; this is a quiet little neighborhood of about 8 homes arranged around a shared pool, and facing the beach/ocean. It is very quiet and chill; not for those who are looking for a party scene for sure. The restaurant down the beach does a great job with Thai standards, and in the other direction, a sprinkling of beachside stalls offer refreshments, snacks, and loungers. There is plenty to see/visit within an hour dirve in any direction and we particularly liked Ban Krood. The property is simple but as described. Wifi is strong enough for video calls but comes and goes and only 2.4 is provided despite a 5 gHz being listed. A few things 'missing' that we normally expect: drinking water (or at least more than two small bottles to start given the proximity of convenience stores). When tap water is not potable, our experience has been owners ensure a supply of drinking water. We didn't cook, but were desperately missing a Cork Screw.

This was the perfect oasis. We were a group of 3 grandmas, 4 teenage granddaughters, myself, and my 4-year old daughter. Our purpose was to go somewhere quiet with a pool and near the beach where the kids could play, the grandmas could relax, and I could finish writing my book. Kenneth's place did not disappoint on any point. The house was so beautiful, and we loved the floor to ceiling windows where we could view the ocean from any spot. The large veranda made a great gathering place for meals and chats. The aircons worked very well, although even in the heat of the day, we didn't need to turn them on because the breeze from the ocean was so nice. The showers were super hot and had great pressure. The beach was pristine and super quiet. Even though we were a group of ladies and the place is somewhat secluded, the neighborhood atmosphere gave us a feeling of security. There was always a guard on duty and other staff working around the properties. We will definitely holiday here again.

We recently enjoyed our 2nd stay at this wonderful place, and it was just as delightful as our first visit. The location is perfect, and it's so accommodating for our pet as well. The host is excellent with communication, ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish. The accommodations are beautiful, clean & very comfortable, making it a true home away from home. wow just wow Helena's villa is the real slice of paradise if you love to wake up to the sound of waves lapping the sand and be welcomed by the most gorgeous view of the ocean Helena's villa is the place to be and believe me you won't want yo leave i spent 5 nights in paradise with my wife and 2 kids and we fell in love with huai yang and can't wait to return .

Wir haben einen Monat in dieser Wohnung verbracht und waren mit unserer Wahl sehr glücklich. Die Wohnung mit Balkon und Dachterrasse ist genauso, wie sie auf den Fotos aussieht. Die Kommunikation mit Kenneth war super. Er hat uns einen Fahrer für die Anreise vom Flughafen in Bangkok vermittelt, der uns sehr zuverlässig zum Surin Beach und wieder zurück gebracht hat. Das Bett war mir etwas zu hart und kaum habe ich es gesagt, habe ich schon einen Topper bekommen. Die Anlage wird super gepflegt. Wir haben bei Kenneth einen Saleng (ein Roller mit Beiwagen) gemietet, mit dem wir in das etwa 10 Minuten entfernte Dorf fahren konnten. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Massagen zur Auswahl. Es gibt aber auch zwei Restaurants ganz in der Nähe am Strand. Wir werden wieder kommen.
