The house was as described. Very quiet location. Only thing I would recommend, is having a couple fold up chairs for the beach. We had a great time and definitely would like to come back!

Leslie met us at the ferry and she went above and beyond helping us settle in and enjoy our Green Turtle stay. She rescued us when our golf cart broke down. She was always there when we needed her. Leslie is a gem!!

We (two adults) had a wonderful stay at No Rush! The house was a perfect fit for us. Within the house, there were lots of spaces throughout to stretch out and relax. Outside, Ten Bay is simply amazing and the deck and palapa were perfectly set up to enjoy our surroundings. The house had everything we needed for a perfect stay including notably: a cooler + containers for packed lunches, a blender for smoothies, comfortable portable beach chairs, and a washer/dryer for laundry. I would highly recommend Toni's lovely home if you're looking to stay on Ten Bay.

Staying in Jacqueline’s home was divine! The house is exactly as pictured, beautifully furnished and appointed. She had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The house is meticulously maintained including the beautiful landscaping around the house. The beautifully appointed kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The pretty bed and pillows are very comfy. The linens and towels were spa worthy. All of the furniture is very pretty and comfortable. The gorgeous beach is steps away and the beach view from our patio/house was so serene and peaceful. The pool and wonderful little community is much prettier in person than pictures can show. An added plus is Martha, the property manager, who is delightful and so helpful with anything you might need. We will definitely be back!

TL/DR:Awesome place. Not convenient to anything but that is exactly the point. Highly recommend Chef Everton Smith - book well in advance Pro: chill, quiet, clean, safe, relaxing, private, no nightclubs/late night bars, no yelling or screaming, beach front, good kitchen, purified water tap, good water pressure, ample hot water, good internet speed, satellite tv, host arranged transportation to and from airport Cons: all bedrooms on upper floors, no black out curtains in any bedroom, bed rooms are stuffy with A/C so must open doors to hallways, bathrooms stay damp, no bug screens - can’t keep outside doors open w/o having flies, narrow stairs with only partial rails, nearby restaurant just above average, everything in the Bahamas is pricy, limited activities, expensive clubhouse/pool pass must be purchased for a 3 day minimum and for all occupants (even those that can not utilize the pool), 45-60 min from the airport and 30 min to town by taxi.

Joelise place was a last minute booking “Gem” I can’t express how my family and I felt after having such a wonderful host and place at the last minute. I’m grateful! Very clean, peaceful and comfortable. Will definitely return!

We loved our stay! The location is absolutely beautiful as the house is just a 30 second walk from the beach. Martha was wonderful and helped us get a rental car. The house is very clean, probably one of the cleanest Airbnb homes I’ve been to. I was surprised to see there was no information left of detailed restaurants, outings, etc. We basically had to figure that stuff out by googling, which is fine but this is something that stood out as something that could have helped. If you rent here, you will definitely need a car and we didn’t know this until we got there. Other than that, the location is 10/10 if you are looking for true beauty and peace.

We had a wonderful stay at Anishka's place! It was very clean, had everything we needed, and instructions were clear. The view from the upper main bedroom balcony was incredible! Anishka was super friendly, answered our questions quickly, and provided some great suggestions for local happenings (a regatta close by which was so much fun) and good restaurants (we especially loved Syrah, Latitudes and The Pink Octopus). There is a small beach area close by (easy walk) which we enjoyed (she provided comfy beach chairs and towels), and we also visited several other nice beach areas (especially loved Jaws beach). We liked being out of the chaos of the busier tourist areas of the island, and loved the quiet, local feel of the area. There was a beautiful sidewalk along the ocean which we walked/ran on each day and loved it! All in all it was a fabulous stay and we give it an easy 5 stars!

We stayed at Thomas's villa for 12 nights and would return in a heartbeat. The villa was beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The villa is steps away from the beach - which was beautiful!

It is a clean house with everything needed in the kitchen and sits in a great location. Hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had. I'd be happy more than happy to return to this Airbnb on a future trip.

Our stay at Vernette's home was everything we hoped for and more! The house offered plenty of privacy, even though Vernette lives there, and we had access to a beautiful garden, pool, and a deck with a grill where we enjoyed dinner every evening. We were traveling with two small children, and Vernette had everything we needed to make our stay easier—baby gate, high chair, pack 'n play, and even child-friendly plates, silverware, and toys. This made a huge difference during our trip. The house is conveniently located near a supermarket and a local beach, away from the typical cruise ship crowds, which made it feel like a more authentic experience. Vernette truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. She generously shared fresh fruit from her garden and even delivered homemade banana bread. She’s a warm, thoughtful host, and we wholeheartedly recommend staying at her home for anyone visiting the Bahamas.

Great place to stay, great people, ill stay there again in a minute

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and easy access to the resort and all of its amazing amenities. The home itself was incredibly spacious and comfortable, making it ideal for our group of six. We also really appreciated being so close to a variety of restaurants and shops, which made everything super convenient. Carla was a fantastic host, very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well located getaway!

Tammy’s place is beautiful. Right next to the beach, you can watch the sunset from the apartment. Lots of restaurants near by. We walked to places, took the bus and taxis. She has beach towels, toys for the kids. Tammy was very responsive to our messages. I recommend her place if you are looking for something relaxing away from the city.

We are enjoying our stay a peaceful place we will go back again and invite more friends and relatives to come with us to enjoy the beautiful island nice beach and close to the airport. Thank you once again you will see us again soon

Had a great stay at Paradise Point. Enjoyed having the cooler and beach towels available for our use. The ninja coffee pot was awesome as it made ample coffee for us daily. Having yeti coffee mugs was great! Travis and Ressa were great!!

Derricks place was an amazing stay. Tranquil, peaceful, beautiful view, ocean water steps out the back door. Turtles and manta rays at night. Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend

The house was really nice and as described, located in a more quiet area on Exuma. Direct beach access from the terrace. Check-In and communication was nice and easy. All facilities as described.

I thought the house was everything we expected. I expected more beach area but that was my misunderstanding and not the sights. Place was great and safe.

Fantastic accommodation on beautiful Spanish Wells. Excellent access to everything on the island. Beautiful, clean, modern space. Responsive and friendly host. All the amenities you’d want to enjoy a beach getaway.

Our stay at Casuarina Point was excellent! This was truly the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. The house was clean and comfortable, and very easy to settle into. It had all of the amenities that were listed. The location was fantastic. Just out the door was a gorgeous beach and it was easy to drive to town and to Pete’s pub. Kellie was very responsive and accommodating. This was an amazing experience from check in to check out, and will absolutely be back!

Natasha is great! The house is beautiful! The beach is amazing! We chose Tranquility to celebrate our 25th anniversary and Natasha helped make it better than we anticipated. She left a bottle of Prosecco and a sweet note wishing us the best. Not sure how she arranged it but we even had the entire beach to ourselves for the entire week! Whether a quick get-away, a much needed vacation or a special occasion, we highly recommend Tranquility by the Sea! The house is beautiful, well maintained and has everything needed! Got a chance to meet a few of the local neighbors and they were very kind and respectful. Even a couple of friendly neighborhood dogs stopped by to make sure everything was okay.

Beach houses available on Elbow Cay are limited so prices are high. That said, Hope Chest met all of our expectations and more. Great 'front yard' lined with palm trees and offering views of the water, fabulous covered porch, super second deck overlooking the beach, fans and ac in every room, spacious kitchen, electronics and internet easy to use, well stocked with essentials. Very private location but an easy walk to Hopetown. Chuck was incredibly responsive and always ready with suggestions and answers. Highly recommend this property and Elbow Cay in general.
