The Villa and cottage was beautiful and spacious! Room for the entire family and spectacular sunrises over the ocean from the patio of both houses. Definitely recommend and without a question book again!!

Keep Smiling was exactly what we hoped for. We spent Christmas with friends and felt like the only ones on the island. Beautiful white soft sand and blue water. Home is a great size for six people. We had everything we needed. Molly went above and beyond. She arranged everything. From taxi rides to ferry rides to bottled water. It was so easy. If you are looking for a relaxing, private home, right on the beach look no further. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Molly!!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Mavis was a amazing host. She was very responsive and gave us so many tips on beaches, restaurants, shopping and more. She assisted with rental services and transportation to and from the airport. She was so helpful and very welcoming. We would 100% stay here again. Mavis thank you again so much for the everything. The boys loves their t-shirts. The ladies are looking forward for January 2024.

Literally just left Las Breezes Villa. At the airport now, writing this review. Peter was a gracious host giving my family (which arrived earlier than myself) a full walkthrough of the villa and making them feel at home. We were a family of eight that thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was more than enough room for all of us. My mom had her own room. And my niece was overjoyed to have her own space (the sunroom in the master). The kitchen was huge with everything you could possibly need to prepare your meals. There were more than enough quality linens (towels - bathroom and beach, sheets, etc.). Plenty of seating to enjoy hanging out as a family. The rooms are much cooler (A/C units) than open air spaces (oscillating fans). The wrap around deck was large where you could enjoy picturesque views of both sunrise and sunset. The location is super private and peaceful. You will definitely feel safe. We have no reason not to return for another stay.

One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at. very well equipped, they took care of the smallest details. Charlene was very flexible with the Check in and check out, we arrived 3 hours earlier. Communication was good and fast. I thought was cute, they left a basket of snacks and candies. My kids loved it! You will love the view from the balcony, beautiful sunsets and sunrises. When the tide is low you can walk to the sandbank. It's a very private place, super calm and cozy. Close enough from groceries stores and restaurants. Believe it is worth the price. Peaceful, quiet and clean space. A little far from downtown but if you hop on bus #15, you’ll be get there within 30 minutes at only $1.50.

You can expect great hospitality in a nice QUIET neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, Starbux, Sabarro’s, Dairy Queen and others.

Nathan’s was great. Spent 3 days there while diy bonefishing. Clean and well maintained. Hooked me up with a rental car that fit my needs perfectly. Freeman was a great host with breakfast and coffee in the morning and the cook in the evenings was great as well . Both were a great source of local info.

Thanks again for another perfect vacation!! And for putting me up an extra night when all flights were canceled due to a storm in Florida. See you next year ❤️

Great little place, very comfortable bed, great bathroom, and was close to Loyd’s to get dinner by walking. Very clean and new. Needed AC for the loan area. But was perfect otherwise

Host was very accommodating and responsive. Location was great close to the beach and peaceful. I will be coming back to the Bahamas and I will definitely be staying at Patrick's place.

My time in Gwen’s Apartment in Blackwood Village was awesome! The space is big, really clean and well kept. Gwen picked me up from the Airport and showed me lots of nice spots in Marsh Harbour and Treasure Cay. She provided rides and all her knowledge about the best beaches, restaurants and other places in the area while I stayed with her. Gwen has a small shop and bar close to the apartment where I enjoyed hanging out with her family and neighbors. She introduced me to many of her friends and even took me to the Independence Day Party in Marsh Harbour where I had a great time and really tasty Conch Salad! I couldn’t have asked for a more authentic Bahamian experience. Thank you so much for everything Gwen!

Great environment , great time, & amazing people

I was looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay for two days in-between work assignments on crowded cruise ships. Jackie's home was perfect! Downstairs bedroom is light and airy. The house just invites you to sit on the porch enjoying a coffee and a light breeze. The hosts are kind and friendly, and ready to offer assistance if you need a ride or a local phone or to do a load of laundry. It is a wonderful choice for a solo or couple who are looking for an off-the-beaten-path respite.

Un pezzettino di cuore lo lasciamo qui ,a casa di Jackie e Ryan . Il rumore dei grilli quando si va a dormire,le bici che ti portano alla loro spiaggia di quartiere ( un paradiso), meditare in giardino, nuotare in piscina , mangiare la frutta del loro frutteto ,essere accolti al ritorno da Nina e Pinta le loro dolcissime cagnoline Seguite tutti i consigli di questa fantastica coppia. Ci hanno aiutato in tutto ,consigli su spiaggia ,ristoranti ,ci hanno aiutato a noleggiare l’auto ( se non avete auto fatevi venire a prendere da loro ,assolutamente) Ed ogni giorno ci chiedevano dei nostri piani o com’era andata la nostra giornata. La nostra camera era al piano di sopra, spaziosa ,ariosa,molto pulita,asciugamani e borse per la spiaggia ,ventilatore,bollitore e d infine anche Netflix per gli ospiti. Grazie per aver reso il nostro soggiorno divino.

We cannot be happier with the flat. Everything was as expected and perfect for our stay. Precious is super friendly and ensured we had all we needed at all times. The flat is 2 minutes walking distance from the beach and close to many good restaurants and even a supermarket. We’ll definitely come back again and again. Thank you Precious for such a lovely and friendly welcoming! This is not a “goodbye”, but a “see you soon”.
