Andre is a fantastic host! He and his wife live in an adjunct to the rental house. He was totally and quickly responsive to any and all questions and requests, both during and before our stay. He and his wife are extremely friendly. We even got together for drinks one night and very much enjoyed each other's company. The house is spacious and attractive! The back patio and back yard and pool are sensational. It is a totally beautiful view looking at the lawn from the patio. The pool is wonderful. We northerners were quite willing to swim in it at the end of February/beginning of March. We were in it every day. And the house is only a few minute walk to Saunders Beach which was also very swimmable. We highly recommend this rental property! If we go back to Nassau, we will definitely stay there again. p.s. You may not notice it right away but there is a dart board in a wooden case on the back patio. If you like to shoot darts, make sure to ask Andre for a set!

This home was in a beautiful and very quiet area. Well maintained grounds and pool area. The pool was regularly cleaned and refreshing. Loved it. The home had all amenities and so convenient with each bedroom having its own ensuite. Kitchen was well stocked . Lots of areas around the home to sit and be comfortable in. The hosts always answered any questions quickly. Very professional and friendly. We had regular correspondence with DeAndra. She went above and beyond to make our trip very memorable. Would absolutely recommend this home for your next vacation.

The home was stunning and Kathy is an extraordinary host! From the second we arrived at the airport, Kathy made sure we had an amazing vacation! It all started when we failed to follow the detailed directions she provided and she met us at the airport to provide a personal escort to the home. Upon arrival, we found a refrigerator full of beverages and a basket of rum cakes! Ample towels and toiletries were also provided. My only regret is that we didn’t have a longer stay!

Our first time in Treasure Cay and the house was fantastic! We were also given a list of POCs which came in clutch because our daughter was sick and we needed a doctor.

Since we were landing on Xmas Day, couldn’t get a rental car until the next day, and weren’t sure whether any restaurants would be open nearby, Faynell graciously volunteered to hit the supermarket on our behalf before we arrived. What more do you need to know about her hospitality? House is nice, neighborhood quiet but about a 5-15 minute drive from most of what you’d want to do. You will want a rental car!

Peter and Lovelie's home was nice, clean and had modern amenities. The hosts were responsive and answered any questions we had. My family and I would definitely stay at the home again.

This was the perfect spot for seeing friends who had a boat at GBYC. The condo is close to cool local beaches and restaurants. Quiet for a condo. Nice little pool. Amazing patio with view of the bay. Erica was very quick to respond when we had an issue with the AC unit (it needed a part replaced) and it was fixed the same day. Would stay here again!

Marquin’s rental home was very beautiful, cozy, and clean it’s so more beautiful in person. My time spent there was so relaxing nice and cold you had the option to adjust the central air and enjoy. I would rent his home one million times over I did not wanted to leave. Thank you for being an amazing host Marquin!

Staying at Amani Place was truly nice and comfortable . Checking in process was a breeze and communication was seamless and the host was always ready to assist. We would truly recommend this unit to anyone.

This property was perfect for our group of 16 scuba divers to stay the night before boarding our liveaboard. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Easy walk to get provisions for breakfast and easy pizza delivery for dinner! Great kitchen and big dining table. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home!!

My group had the most amazing time here. There is ample room for everyone and the photos honestly don’t do this place justice. It’s massive! We loved the pool, the comfort of the beds and AC in every room was spectacular! Thank you so much!

Water's Edge was everything I hoped for & More. We woke up every morning to see the sunrise on the back porch next to the gorgeous water. The best part about the house is all of the wonderful people connected to the rental. We used all of Mark's recommendations and they are the one's who really made the trip special. Miss Monique took such good care of us and even went above and beyond to ensure our adventures weren't affected by traffic. She even rearranged out trip with Capt Carl and called for us! Capt Carl's team showed us so many islands, corals, turtle, piggys. The best was Chef Everton, we felt so fancy.....getting served breakfast and then coming back for lunch at our leisure. The French Toast was on point. We used every part of the house. Puzzles & coloring at the high top table, evening beverages in the front yard, dancing in the pool, adventuring out to the sea via our private gate, relaxing in our bedrooms. I can see bring my whole family here again one day.

Our flight was delayed and we got in very late, we were still met at the villa and then the next day met again to show us around in the daylight!
