Tina was an exceptional host; she was quick to reply, gave amazing local suggestions, helped with finding a vehicle during our stay and so much more. The space was great for the amount of money it cost. You experience a local feel. You definitely need to rent a vehicle while you stay here to get around. A friendly reminder, Do not leave any food out, just put all foods in the fridge and keep the space clean, remove of any garbages daily. You won’t have any problems(ants). it was an overall great stay for the price! I would recommend to singles or people that are travelling as a couple for more cost efficient and looking to do more activities than staying in. 🙂

The View is amazing!!! I wish we could have stayed longer! The apartment is perfectly clean, the bed is very comfortable and of course the view breathtaking!

Larry was fantastic! We had a one week sail trip cancelled due to maintenance problems and Larry cottage was recommended to us for the week. He picked us up and showed us the best Beach around! He was always available and ready to help and be of service! Larry was our blessing in disguise. Our disappointing cancelled cruise was salvaged due to the kindness, help and awesome cottage and beautiful area of Exhuma - THANKS to Larry! The rental of his car was a major plus !! Once again !! A blessing for us !! Thank you, Larry !!

This cottage is an adorable place to stay when visiting Eleuthera! Theresa and Andrew are very lovely and welcoming, everything was easy to find and felt very homely. We enjoyed the quietness and cosiness of the cottage to enjoy newly engaged happiness, and would 100% return again!

Sonny and Nadia were the warmest and most welcoming hosts. They were communicative and always there to answer any questions we had. The place was as cute as we imagined it to be and the water outside was an incredible sight to wake up to. From the porch we saw sea turtles enjoying themselves on an almost daily basis. This home ignited our love for the island of Eleuthera and we couldn’t be more grateful for our stay at the Islander.

Joanne's cottage is adorable! The side porch was very nice to sit outside in the mornings and relax. The inside is a quaint little cottage. Comfortable and clean. A/C worked great too! Light and bright! Joanne went out of her way to be very kind offering us things she thought we might need upon talking with us and hearing our plans. Even offered my husband a hat for the wedding knowing we'd be in the sun! From the time that I first emailed last fall, she was very responsive to anything I asked. Close to market & Firefly to grab food and drinks too. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed meeting you! Don't hesitate to rent this little house. You won't be disappointed!

I'm almost hate to write a great review about this place so that I can keep it a secret. It's really fantastic for solo traveler or a cozy couple. My second time at the Pineapple Cottage and I was pleasantly surprised when the neighbors remembered me from last year! The location can't be beat. You have a gorgeous view of the entrance to Hope Town harbor and are walking distance into town. The bikes are a great resource, but Elbow Cay is a bit longer and hillier than you expect!

My boyfriend and I had an incredible stay at Lauren’s tiny home! We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was only a short walk away from the beautiful blue ocean. Even though it is a smaller space, it had more than enough room for the two of us and we didn’t feel cramped at all. The area was very quiet and peaceful; we were only a short drive away from downtown Nassau but we were so grateful to come back to the tiny home to relax at the end of the night. I would recommend Lauren’s place to any couple looking for a peaceful getaway in the Bahamas!!

Where to start… this place is truly special. If you’re looking for a fancy resort this isn’t it, but if you want your own private insane white/pink sandy beach, local charm, and serenity this is your vacation. We were there 6 nights and saw one other person on the beach the entire time. We walked on the private beach 2 miles every morning followed by a swim in the ocean and a shower in the outdoor shower loaded with local shampoo and body wash made by a teacher on the island. We walked to pascals and had dinner and hung out with Sammy, and searched for other beaches only to realize ours was the best. It rained and we played cards inside our romantic cottage and listened to the waves. This is a special place and we will be back.

The Buttonwood cottage was exactly as described. The best part of this property is its unique location: on a cliff, very privately framed by natural vegetation, which also provided afternoon shade. The interior was on the small side but had everything you need for a relaxing stay for two people (plenty of towels, nice sheets, stocked kitchen). Nicole, who lives on the grounds, caringly met some of our requests for additional items. We felt very safe on the large landscaped property. At night we fell asleep to the sound of the waves, in the morning to the quaint crowing of the village roosters. There is always cool breeze on the deck, we were never hot. We rented a car and traveled all around the island, mostly snorkeling. It eventually became clear that the snorkeling near Buttonwood (right off these cliffs in the photos) was the best. Every time we went swimming we saw the three spotted eagle rays mentioned in the guide. Read the Trip Planner! It made our experience stress free.

Wow! I was blown away by Rob and Mollys home, from the basic necessities to small but important amenities that I didn’t even know I was going to need, they really thought of everything you would need for a stay at paradise. If there wasn’t so much to do and see on this beautiful island I think I would have been happy just staying in and enjoying the views from the bed all day too! Can’t wait to come back!

Cayo Loco is the most beautiful place to stay if, like us, you are looking for peace and tranquility, incredible ocean views and a fabulous almost deserted pink sand beach right at the bottom of the steps to your beach house! The house is just perfect for two people, with everything you need for your stay, clean, comfortable and well equipped. You will need a car to get around the island but hiring was easy and being from the UK we had no problems driving on the left! Eluethera is a very special island with so much to see and the most friendly people you could wish to meet. We would return in a flash and couldn't think of a more beautiful spot to stay than Cayo Loco. Thank you for allowing us to share in your little piece of paradise an hope to be back soon.

A perfect cozy bungalow tucked away behind the dunes which allowed for some shade with a comfortable sitting area with the sound of the ocean. Jean , the caretaker was very accommodating. I’d definitely return.

Jim aptly named Serenity as it is the essence of a peaceful escape. Why this cabin isn't featured among the top AirBNB's is surprising as I have spent hours pouring over listings to find places as secluded or private as Serenity. Where else can you find miles of beautiful beach with only your own footprints on it? There is one other home about a half mile down the beach but nobody appeared to be there during our stay so we had miles of sand all to ourselves with no prying eyes. The cabin itself was a lovely space, and we had no issues adjusting to solar and found that with even limited sun, plenty of power was produced to run the fan, hotplate, lights, and keep our devices charged. We had no issues with bugs as even light winds seemed to keep them at bay. The kitchen had all the basics and the market is a very short drive, although food prices in the Bahamas are about 3-4X that of the US. My only complaint is that it's difficult to escape the sun and in the morning hours.
