Our stay at this property was nothing short of exceptional. The interiors are absolutely stunning—beautifully designed and inviting. Max was a superb host —thoughtful, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The home is incredibly well-equipped; it’s clear they’ve thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. From a fully stocked kitchen to the little details that made our stay extra special, this place truly exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended. Our only disappointment was that Max hadn’t arranged to have some ‘roos hop around the garden at dusk! Must try harder ;-)

I can’t even begin to express how much of a delight the Coach House is for your Barossa adjacent HQ. The grand dame oozes character while having an incredible modern renovation that enhances the vintage features. Heavenly beds with quality linen, a swoon worthy barn style kitchen and multiple living spaces, each equally divine will spoil you for your stay. As a host, Karen is absolutely first class, with friendly and attentive communication and adorable special touches like home made butter and preserves, milk and juice and even wine and a cheese board there to welcome you. Totally in love and highly recommend!

Comfortable country home in stunning location. Wendy is such a warm and welcoming host, everything from the local recommendations to the well stocked kitchen and breakfast options, were so appreciated. Our first time to the Barossa, and it won’t be the last! Thank you for having us.

Fiona and Misha are exceptional hosts! Our family arrived at the cottage on Christmas Day, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. They suggested we pre-order groceries from the local supermarket and kindly received and stored them in the fridge on Christmas Eve—a thoughtful gesture that made our arrival stress-free. We enjoyed a memorable Christmas dinner made right at the cottage and had a truly wonderful time. The cottage is beautifully equipped with an excellent range of amenities, including a variety of cookware, coffee, teas, and more. Despite the summer heat, the cottage remained pleasantly cool and comfortable. I highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Barossa Valley and will undoubtedly return for my next visit.

We had a wonderful few days at Sally’s house in Bethany. The house itself is gorgeous, surrounded by some beautiful vines and just a few km’s from Tannuda. It was super clean and a perfect base to go and discover all the amazing sites of the Barossa, but also wonderful to just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Sally was very responsive and we loved the little care package on arrival and we can highly recommend Sally and Dave’s wines!

Christians Cottage was outstanding! Beautiful fit out, very spacious, has everything you could possibly think of. Jamie-Lee was beyond helpful- she arranged a private chef for a dinner on site, a private wine tasting in the cellar and even helped out with deck chairs that we used for attending A day on the green. The hamper of quality products was such a nice touch. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

Views were amazing and the pool was refreshing! Lovely place to go with family for a little holiday. Very private and secluded. Loved digging in the veggie patch and collecting the eggs from the chickens.

Very comfortable, homey feel. Everything was as listed and the instructions were easy to follow for use of the spa. Felt like a home-stay, great for families.

Highly recommend Bridget and the Retreat team.. We had such a restful and relaxing stay. The apartment was incredible! It’s my Wife’s and I new favourite Airbnb . We will most definitely staying again ..

We had a really nice stay at Julie’s place! The apartment was very clean and smelled so lovely. The linen on the beds was so comfy and lush! The fresh food left was so handy with young kids- had something to feed them straight away without having to find a supermarket! Did get a little noisey at night just from pedestrians walking past but didn’t deter and would stay again! Thanks!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was great, had everything I needed. The little extras like breakfast, toiletries were nice little additions. Helen was a great host, very responsive and friendly.

Of all the Airbnbs I've stayed in, this had the best equipped kitchen. (And having a washing machine felt like a real perk!) The location is AMAZING-very close to the main sites of the big festivals and the city's big shopping district, next to a very convenient tram stop, but still quiet at night. I got into a morning routine of buying a pastry and coffee at the little shop around the corner, and then walking 5 minutes to eat it in the Botanical Gardens watching lorikeets and cockatoos. It felt like heaven.

My third stay at Marilyn's Parkland Pad and always enjoy my stay here. Has everything I need in a peaceful spot that is handy to some good pubs/restaurants. Marilyn is a great host who communicates very well and is genuinely wanting you to enjoy your stay.

Suited what we needed , exclnt little extras that make life easier ,.Ann has thought of everything. Little breakfast packets the condiments in the fridge, appliances at your disposal. It made the stay easy. Would totally recommend. Beds very comfy and enough space for everyone.

Best nights sleep EVER and beautiful cottage, everything was perfect.😍 Such a magical place in the middle of nowhere- wish we could stay another night 🫶🏻 Make sure to take time to walk the gardens and appreciate the love and care that Andrew and Jean-Claude have poured into the property. Beautiful, seperate period studio set in lovely gardens. Friendly hosts that go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. They provide amenities and food/drink in excess to any we've had at other accommodation. Hosts have obviously put alot of thought into giving guests a wonderful stay, hope to stay again and for longer. Great township too.

Nice quiet pace to stay with easy access to the attractions in the area.

We stayed at David's place for 6 nights. David's house has the perfect location to go to the beach. It is also very easy to take the train to the city of Adelaide. Most importantly, David was an excellent host! I can highly recommend to stay at David's house! Six out of five stars :)

A lovely place to stay. Within easy walking distance to shops & restaurants. Ideal breakfast supplies. Would look at staying here again when in Gawler area.

Great stay overnight, enjoyed the peace and quiet and local cows and alpacas roaming around.

Very comfortable stay, had a great sleep, bed was very comfortable and the location very peaceful and quiet. Greeted by host and gorgeous dog Ivy who was so friendly. Made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Lovely breakfast prepared and ready in the morning and gorgeous view into the gardens while enjoying breakfast. Thanku so much for the lovely stay
