We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the restaurants within walking distance were some of our favorites even compared to many in Grace bay itself. The morning view and big sliding glass doors were fantastic.

The apartment was beautiful with a lovely view of the sea. Oscar was very responsive and gave us great recommendations and clear instructions. We were even able to get a late checkout so we could maximize our time for our very short trip. We had a lovely time and would definitely come back again!

This is a hidden gem. If you want to unplug and get away, then this is your place. You don't have to leave if you don't want to, this place has everything you need. Grace bay is a short drive also if you want to get out.

We really enjoyed our stay for a nice relaxing vacation. The unit was clean and very well appointed, the location on the beach was amazing with chairs and umbrellas always set up and available when needed. The host was very helpful and responsive to all of our inquiries, and everything was within walking distance. We will be back.

I really enjoyed my stay- everything was as described. Quiet and relaxing- close to Leeward beach and Grace bay as well. This place is clean and it has everything you need for your vacation. I was mainly communicating with Charlene and she was so nice. I called her few times for some questions and she was always very responsive and helpful. She also recommended restaurants to go and places to visit. Overall excellent experience!

Really enjoyed the condo! It’s a very calm complex with a lot of full time and seasonal residents, so it lacks a touristy feel. Also felt very safe. The beach was good enough and the pool was amazing, and it was very easy to drive everywhere on the island. We thought it was a wonderful value for the price paid too. Pamela was very sweet and welcoming as well. Overall extremely happy both with the property and the island as a whole!

Patricia was a nice host, very attentive, the apartment was in nice condition perfect to rest after a long day at the beach. Very confortable. We loved the beautiful area with turquoise water. Thanks again.

A Slice of Paradise – Perfect Stay! Absolutely loved our stay in Turks and Caicos! The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just minutes away from some of the most stunning beaches we’ve ever seen. Our host was incredibly responsive and gave us amazing recommendations for local food and hidden gems. The location was safe, peaceful, and close to everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway—already dreaming about coming back!

We loved our stay at Daphny’s. It was a brand new home in a great location on Chalk Sound. Daphny and her team were ultra responsive and accommodating. We loved the kayaks and paddle boards for daily excursions across Chalk Sound. Sapodilla Beach and Taylor Beach were both close and beautiful. The entire south side seems to have an endless shelf with calm and warm water. The home has every convenience we wanted, plenty of towels, kitchen appliances, and bath products. Daphny even offered us a ride one morning when our rental was dead. There were TVs and AC in all bedrooms and the main room, and lots of welcome snacks and drinks. There is small construction next door, but not noisy at all, and the windows and sliders are super thick glass, so super quiet at night. We would definitely stay with Daphny again and highly recommend this house.

We appreciated all of the care and attention to any questions that we had (which attention includes Julian & team's near-instantaneous responsiveness) but who were otherwise entirely respectful and unintrusive; just the right touch for our hard-earned vacation. The accommodations are very comfortable and the ambiance exquisite; our kids and grandkids enjoyed both the beach and the pool! The value (in US dollars) was reasonable; we sought something special and that is what we paid for. Loved our time at Villa View and would not hesitate to return. Again, many thanks! The view from the villa is beautiful. It is well appointed, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with many essentials. They have laundry facilities although we did not use them, we had intended to and then didn’t need to. The view of Chalk Sound is stunning and the beaches within walking distance are definitely the best on the island. We loved the beaches that were close by. Chantal and Dave have chairs and coolers for use at the beach which was wonderful. You definitely need a rental car as it is quite remote from most of the restaurants. Las Brisa’s is right next door which was very handy and we did eat there are few times. The first night on the island we ate there and the food was wonderful. Our next few experiences there were not as good and we wished we hadn’t continued to go back. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home, it was very relaxing for our family

Our stay at Maresia Villa was fabulous! The house is a beautiful contemporary home with unbelievable views. Even a rooftop deck that was great for star gazing. The two bedrooms are like two suites on opposite sides of the house, this is a perfect layout . The pool is lovely and has a great tanning ledge. Shiri and Jonathan are very quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. I would love to return to Maresia Villa one day.

Was a gorgeous place. It is honestly even nicer than the photos. The location is spectacular on the canals. So peaceful and so nice. We really enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed.

Just spent an AMAZING week here and have no complaints! We had 4 college aged teens with us and they loved being close to the water and having access to the kayaks was a HUGE plus. They kayaked everyday and explored the small islands in the sound. The house is located in the more quiet part of the island which we aim for...we like to explore on our own and get immersed in the culture/people of the island. The bedrooms/bathrooms were all great size and perfect for our family. The house was close to 2 amazing public beaches and we felt completely safe the entire time. For those that are nervous, the house comes with a home alarm system. They had beach chairs/umbrellas/snorkel gear there for your use and they really helped us out. Would recommend this house to anyone interested.

This was our second visit to Monique’s place…we absolutely love it! We plan to go back next year, too! It’s such a great location, with fantastic snorkeling right outside the condo. Excellent spot for anyone who loves being right on the beach! Beautiful views and a great restaurant right downstairs. Looking forward to going back!

We had a wonderful stay at La Vista Azul. The view was amazing and a perfect spot for breakfast or relaxing in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed both pools (one cool and one warm) as well as the hot tub. Amazing snorkeling right down the road as well as the ability to walk to the beach. Will certainly be back!

Beautiful, secluded. We would walk about 6 minutes to a more turquoise part of the private beach free of seaweed. We didn’t have a chance to try the on site restaurant or bar. Having a kitchen was nice to make our own breakfasts. Make sure to stop and buy your own sugar, cream, and coffee. Used coffee machine everyday. Very clean place. Comfy bed. Drawers for storage. Water was always hot even when two people showered at the same time. Ate at the Coralli at the Ritz Carlton for lunch right on the water and it was delicious. Also loved “farm” at Seven stars resort. Provali Neapolitan pizza is small but incredible!!! Host Jasmine was great and very responsive. The pool was never too busy and neither was the beach which we absolutely loved! Had the whole beach to ourselves most days! Also shopped at a local shop in Grace Bay called lemon 2 go and got some wonderful smelling perfumes and reed diffusers. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view! Beachfront is spacious and always easy to grab a beach chair anytime throughout the day. Nice long beach for walking and resort is right in front of Bight Reef so enjoyed snorkeling many times throughout our stay. Kitchen is well equipped and was nice to have washer and dryer within the unit. Overall, a beautiful island we hope to return to one day.

Courtney's place was perfect for my family of four. It's away from the busy Grace Bay main area but it was just what we wanted. The beach is quiet and only a short 6 min walk from the unit. Imagine going to a large resort and walking to the beach from your unit, same thing. The beach is on Grace Bay right next to Smith's Reef so if you're into snorkelling this location is perfect. Situated right in Turtle Cove Marina with many great restaurants. Sapodilla Bay which is another quieter beach was my favourite. So shallow, clear and warm. It was a 13 min drive but so worth it. Renting the car was so easy and included airport pick up and drop off. Grocery store was a 5 min drive. Main strip where there are shops and big resorts such as Alexandra and Ritz Carlton was only 7 mins away. We would come back here again and rent Courtney's place without hesitation. The unit really is huge and exactly as the pictures. We also have to mention Molly, the on site host who was so helpful and kind.

Anna’s place was amazing! The property was beautiful, and the oceanfront location was a huge plus, offering breathtaking views of the turquoise waters right from the spacious balcony. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast overlooking the beach—it was the perfect way to begin each day. The unit itself was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and felt both luxurious and comfortable. The smaller, less crowded building made for a more peaceful stay compared to the larger resorts nearby. We also appreciated the free use of bikes and ocean floats, though so many things were within walking distance that we didn’t always need them. Anna was a fantastic host. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in paradise—I can’t wait to come back!

Had a wonderful time!! Mark and Kiki were great host to my fiancé and myself. Grounds were beautiful including the pool and the beach was just a short walk past the pool, which led to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen! We decided to extend our stay at very short notice and Mark was able to let us stay and enjoys couple more days. If we had any questions at all they were answered promptly and went above and beyond!! I would highly recommend Mark and Kiki’s properties and would be happy to book with them when we visit in the future!!

Loved our stay in this condo! The condo itself was spotless and actually much bigger than it appears in the photos- especially the living area. Really nicely stocked with beach supplies, cooking and cleaning supplies, etc. Initially when we arrived there were not umbrellas for us to use. Jeff quickly provided us with two new umbrellas. Pool areas is lovely. Not too loud. Many great restaurants walking distance- Baci, Sharkbite, Mango reef. The beach and snorkeling nearby were amazing! We’re hoping to come back in the Fall! Amazing price for Turks and Caicos. Also- felt very safe. Everything was well lit outside at night and the entire complex is gated.
