Great location and stay

Dan and Jill’s place was a peaceful little gem with a stunning view from living room windows. There are multiple outside spaces to relax. The inside was absolutely spotless and decorated very nicely. Lots of plants give it a zen feel. The kitchen was beautiful and nicely appointed. Extra effort is made with the coffee amenities. Would stay again ! 😊

We stumbled upon Derby’s place by chance. It’s exactly as described if not better. My friend and I were travelling to New York for the UN and we initially booked somewhere else which was a disaster. We frantically tried to find something else when we were fortunate enough to book Derby’s place. He responded right away and not only accepted the booking but picked me up from the awful place I was originally staying. The air bnb is BEAUTIFUL, every time my friend and I walked in from a long day in Manhattan we rejoiced. It’s fully equipped with a steamer, space to make food and eat comfortably, a beautiful washroom with a spacious shower and a heater in case you get cold. The bed is very comfortable and there is a sound machine to help you fall asleep. Derby’s communication is A1, he responds right away. To get inside it’s very secure with two doors by key to get in the building and then a code to get into your stay. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would book again!

I am always so impressed with this experience at Devin's home, as this was our 2nd time staying there! Pure elegance and luxury from the moment you walk in! This doorman building is so gorgeous, I almost cried the first time I entered last year and this time, it felt like returning home ❤️ Thank you Devin and Luke for continuing to offer such a fantastic experience and we will be back every time we come to NYC ❤️❤️❤️ I cannot say enough good things, from the comfortable bed, the luxurious spa like shower, the well stocked kitchen, to dining at the fabulous table with THE BEST VIEW IN THE CITY!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ We will be back!!! “We had an amazing stay! The views were spectacular, and the place smelled wonderful. The building was very clean, and Jeff was quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was perfect—close to NYC with plenty of nearby options for breakfast and dinner within walking distance. It was also convenient for visiting family in the area. The only downside was the unexpected parking fees, which were not mentioned in the listing. Since we rented a car for family visits in Connecticut, it would have been helpful to know about the costs in advance. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our time here!”

First and foremost Mabel was an outstanding host! her and her husband responded quickly to any of our needs. We stayed over a month at this property and it felt like home. Thank you so much for the great hospitality !!

Great location near downtown. One of the best equipped kitchens compared to other Airbnb stays. Really nice comfortable and spacious place. There was a property manager involved which created another layer of communication but not a big deal. Overall a really nice place to stay.

Ben's place is a wonderful find with a wonderful host. His home is very comfortable and spacious. The location is very close to many restaurants, PATH station and Liberty Park with ferries over to Manhattan. Yet, the neighborhood was quiet -- it was easy to get a good sleep at night. We appreciated the parking space in front, great internet for work and use of the W/D. Checking in and out was a breeze! Thanks for having us stay, Ben.

I loved everything about my stay. The pictures on Airbnb looked the same in-person. Everything was clean and I felt right at home. The neighborhood was quiet and everything was close by. Dusean communicated very weIl and answered all questions asked. There were some concerns about roaches when I looked at the reviews, but I have not seen any roaches during my stay. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely the very best and beautiful home yet. It’s hard to find a great place to stay when you love your home. This home and host were above and beyond anywhere and anyone I have to had the pleasure to experience on Airbnb.

Our group of five enjoyed Tobias’ place over Christmas. The beds were super cozy and the location was convenient for being near family. The hosts were very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

My wife and I had a very pleasant day at Victor’s place. We are thankful for the hospitality. The place was extremely homey and comfortable. We hope to be able to find it available. Next time we come to Staten Island.

Eyi communicated from the time of booking with quick response times. I appreciated that very much. The home is spacious and nicely decorated. It's very clean and comfortable. Easy commute into NYC using NJ Transit (Note: Ten-minute drive to South Orange station - GPS navigation to Sloan Street). We were also able to use her EV charger at a minimal cost. Highly recommend!

Alfakely's place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. It was the perfect size for our group. We stayed for 5 days and she always checks in on us if we need anything. We were having trouble with the Netflix and she fixed it right away she's a very responsive host and I can't say anything bad. Rooms are super clean and they felt like home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

this place was just what we needed finally was able to relax with my partner, beautiful snowy weekend to spend by the slopes. Owners were easy to get in contact with and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Thank you so much again definitely grateful!

We had a great stay at this beautiful apartment. It was very spacious and comfortable. I loved the fact that it had 3 bathrooms, especially for a bigger group. The train station is about a 10 minute walk. I would come back and highly recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Felita's place. It is very roomy and bright, and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is convenient to the main shops and restaurants of Hoboken, a grocery store, and the light rail system to the PATH station for inexpensive travel to NYC. Felita was very responsive to all communication and made sure our stay there was pleasant. We highly recommend this place!

Excellente communication avec Josefina meme si nous n’avons fait que nous croiser. Arrivée très tard dans la nuit, mais Josefina nous a permis d’entrer de manière autonome. Logement propre, petit mais pratique. Très facile d’atteindre Manhattan, en 30 minutes sur des lignes directes. Parfait pour une semaine à NYC.

The host is very communicative and responsive. The apartment's location is great, and the neighborhood is very safe. The apartment is located next to the train station, which it's very convenient if you need to travel or commune. It was a little issue with the check-in, but besides that, everything else was excellent. I would stay in the apartment again. Thank you Evelyn for everything.

Anabel was a great host. I loved staying in West New York for the first time and exploring Bergenline. The flat is well supplied with everything you would need in a house and it has beautiful views of the New York skyline. It is about a 30-45min bus drive on the 159 to NJ transit hub right next to Tine Square. Anabel was a very friendly and helpful host. Thank you Anabel. I would most definitely recommend this Airbnb and I hope to be back again soon (possibly for the FIFA World Cup ;-D )
