This property is pure perfection! The views are to die for and we loved hearing all the animals and birds. Nothing better after a long walk than to relax in the hot tub looking at the views. From the well-sized rooms, multiple bathrooms and superbly equipped kitchen, this place has it all. On top of that Tracey is super friendly and responsive. Can't wait to return!

The apartment was close to the Centre. It was a short bus ride. Everything was pretty much walkable to the major attractions.

We really enjoyed staying at Niagara Ridge Retreat. The house was comfortable, view was amazing, and we liked the location.

We had a wonderful stay with Kerry! She is an outstanding host who truly made us feel at home. The garden is lovely, complete with fruit trees and fresh eggs from the resident chooks. The bed was comfortable, and the entire place was cute and cozy. The cooking facilities, laundry and shower were great. We also enjoyed her cruiser bicycles on a number of occasions during the month we spent at "Seven." The location on the Otago Peninsula is perfect, with easy access to public transport via a nearby bus stop. Just a short walk away is The Duck Cafe, which serves great food and coffee. Glenfalloch Garden is also nearby, offering picturesque views and a very good restaurant. We highly recommend staying at "Seven" for a peaceful and memorable experience. Thank you, Kerry!

There were three of us staying for three nights, and we all loved this home. It's nice to stay in a house that has been lovingly restored in such a great manner. The ceilings are very tall and the sense of volume in each room makes each room seem larger. The house is furnished really well and everything is super clean. Loved cooking in the kitchen, which had every sort of utensil, pot or pan you'd ever need. Communications with the host were great throughout. We really appreciated this home's location because it was easy to drive to the airport and to downtown Dunedin since it's roughly halfway between them. This is a great house; we'd love to return and we 100% recommend.

We enjoyed spending time in the cabin. It had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. A great place to spend a few days away. A cute and cosy retreat.

What a beautiful unit. So well thought out and equipped, with a fabulously comfortable bed and lovely linen. Lisa was super helpful all the time - can’t wait to come back!

The host was very nice and a good communicator. I did not actually stay there because a bad rainstorm closed some of the highways in the area, but the host was very nice about it.

This was a great deal - really nice, well equipped house. I booked it for colleagues for a work trip and they said it was excellent and the location was perfect for what they needed. Stacey was very upfront about some work going on whilst the guys were there which I appreciated, but it didn't impact them at all.

Such an inviting place to stay. Very peaceful and relaxing and you feel you are on a holiday away from the city, yet you are only a couple of minutes drive from the shops. Edi and Sue are amazing hosts - thank you for your kindness, helping store bikes and the helping with the late checkout. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely be back again!

Great spot with views, even got to see Orca moving up the harbour! Only a few minutes drive from Dunedin but without the noise of the city. A perfect little getaway.

Wat een fijne plek in Dunedin. Het appartement ligt echt naast het centrum van de stad. Je loop er zo in. De inrichting van het appartement leek in eerste instantie wat ouderwets, maar is allemaal erg comfortabel. Goede bank om op te zitten, heerlijk bed, een fijne tafel om aan te eten en te werken. De keuken is modern en met alles erop en aan. De badkamer/douche erg goed! Het appartement heeft privé parkeergelegenheid voor de auto en dat in het centum van de stad! En er is een heerlijk balkon om te zitten. We wilden graag wat langer blijven, maar dat was helaas niet mogelijk. Kortom een heerlijke plek en een gezellige stad! Een echte aanrader!

Thanks Stan - this is an absolutely beautiful location you have here, just a few minutes from the ocean, well fitted out, clear instructions on how things worked, spotlessly clean, and just exactly what you want as a base to go exploring Dunedin and the surrounding area (and with reliable WiFi for those it's important to!) Lynda’s place was awesome. She is great, and the place was very spacious, located in a beautiful property. We were happy Lynda accepted our booking very late, as we were just passing by the region and needed a bed to sleep at night and leave early the next day. Lynda left us some things to eat for breakfast, which was very delicious.

Peaceful and perfectly outfitted ! Such a beautiful little cabin, thoughtfully designed, homely and with everything you need. Ella is a great communicator; responsive and friendly. Guy showed us a walk to the top of their property, with wonderful views. Being a working farm and attached to the host property and shed, you can see the operation, which is interesting and sometimes busy, but very quiet at night. A close drive to the Caitlin attractions. Eat at your table by the expansive view, read by the log burner and sleep in the most comfortable bed with natural bedding. Really lovely- we will be back!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Lage ist perfekt – nur ein kurzer Fußweg zum Strand, und das Parken an der Straße war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Besonders begeistert hat uns, dass auch Surfstunden angeboten werden – eine tolle Möglichkeit, wenn man Lust auf Wassersport hat! Ein großes Dankeschön an Evie, die sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert hat. Sie hat uns kurzfristig noch ein Babybett und einen Stuhl für unser Baby organisiert, was den Aufenthalt für uns als Familie noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

John's place was nice and cozy which is a great place to stay with family or friends. Easy checked in. Very clean & comfortable especially the bed was the best one which made us have a good rest after a long drove across the country. The host was kind and very responsive. Definitely recommend.

Loved our stay, plenty of space, clean and dinner up at No 7 Blanca was amazing.

Super cozy and spacious home. There is a lovely front garden with shell decorations. Everything in the house is well set up and Gill is very thoughtful by providing almost everything that we will need. I would highly recommend it to my friends.
