Amazing time - one of most beautiful locations have stayed at. Everything you need for a perfect break, you won’t want to leave the property once you get there!

The apartment was close to the Centre. It was a short bus ride. Everything was pretty much walkable to the major attractions.

We really enjoyed staying at Niagara Ridge Retreat. The house was comfortable, view was amazing, and we liked the location.

Was für eine Unterkunft!!! Die Übernachtung bei Kerry ist was ganz besonderes. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es wurde sogar die Deutschland-Flagge zur Ankunft gehisst. Einmalig. Die Bilder zeigen gut, was einen erwartet. Genau so ist es dann auch. Wer bunt mag, ist hier richtig.

The house is very beautiful, clean and spacious. Everything is excellent. The host is kind and generous. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house.

We absolutely loved our stay! The unit was clean, has stunning views and was very peaceful and relaxing! We really appreciated the kitchen being stocked with fresh milk, orange juice and muesli! Absolutely stoked with the house. Due to a family Funeral we needed to increase the number of guests. This was done with ease. The house was clean and tidy with a really pretty outdoor space. Will keep the River Retreat house in mind for future family functions.

The most amazing AirBnB. Spectacular views, beautiful inside, and the most amazing almost private beach. Humans and dogs alike had a blast. Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect place to stay!! Easy walking distance to so many places in Dunedins centre along with an amazing shower and extremely comfortable beds...what more could you ask for . Would definitely book this place again. AAA+++

We are a family of 4 and we stayed at The Bach for 2 nights. We enjoyed it so much we'll likely return here next time. The house is very well equipped and even has a really nice Webber grill! There are lots of games to keep kids entertained. The kitchen and the bedrooms and the living room are all modern and cozy. The bathrooms are very clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable (we like mattresses with moderately firmness, which they are). The house is only a 15-minutes drive from Central Dunedin and is located in a very peaceful and quiet area. Stan is also a great host who respond quickly to your questions. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the Bach.

Can't recommend Nick's wagon enough, brilliant location with loads to see and do in the area, even in bad weather. Nick was a great host, very helpful and accommodative, showed us arounfd the are and even let us have some of the kale from his garden to use in our meals.

Loved the location for the view & privacy. Great beds, quilts & curtains for good night sleep. Everything you need. Issues connecting to wifi & Rachael rectified this promptly

Having spent 6 weeks travelling from Cape Regina in the North to Invercargill in the South and having stayed in 12 other accommodation situations, Carla and Ken’s little house was by far the best we’ve experienced. It was like a home away from home with all the comforts provided. The kitchen was fantastic, the beds were warm and comfortable and the shower was hot with plenty of water pressure. Would recommend staying over anywhere else if you’re visiting Invercargill. We wished we’d had more time there. Thank you Carla and Ken for 2 of the best nights R&R one could wish for. This is a great place to stay near the university! While small and cozy it was a great place to call home for several weeks. Chris was incredibly accommodating and flexible. Would recommend anyone to looking to stay in the Dunedin area!

We loved staying at the Glamis Cottage in Port Chalmers. Port Chalmers is small, peaceful, and quiet. The cottage is a beautiful place to explore from. Easy drive to Dunedin. The apartment itself is very homey and comfortable. Monique is warm and generous and a great host. We would gladly stay there again.

We stayed three nights with two infants, and with such a well-equipped family-friendly place (heatpump, full kitchen, washing machine/drier, spacious), we would have been quite comfortable staying longer. Beautiful area in the bush but so close to town. Loved the birdsong.
