Excellent location close to town, easy walking distance to everything. We loved having a fire to warm ourselves after tramping for several days. Beautiful garden, spacious and relaxing kitchen/dining/lounge. Top notch AirBnB.

Had a great stay! Loved the outside patio, the high ceilings and how spacious the place was. Check in was a breeze and the host communicated well. I would absolutely stay here again 10/10!

Our stay was magical. The views are amazing, a beautiful and very quiet beach, a cozy fire and lots of good time in the sunroom with the kids. Having the car really made it easy to access the town and the different hikes. ah yeah... and did we mention the kiwis that visited us on our first morning just before the superb sunrise!!!!

Having spent 6 weeks travelling from Cape Regina in the North to Invercargill in the South and having stayed in 12 other accommodation situations, Carla and Ken’s little house was by far the best we’ve experienced. It was like a home away from home with all the comforts provided. The kitchen was fantastic, the beds were warm and comfortable and the shower was hot with plenty of water pressure. Would recommend staying over anywhere else if you’re visiting Invercargill. We wished we’d had more time there. Thank you Carla and Ken for 2 of the best nights R&R one could wish for. We really enjoyed staying at Niagara Ridge Retreat. The house was comfortable, view was amazing, and we liked the location.

Great location, spotless modern spacious apartment, well equipped and provisioned kitchen, and we felt right at home. Easy walking access to Dunedin central sights. Car access is tight but doable for a medium sized car and a few flights of stairs (no lift) but these weren’t an issue for us. Host very responsive. Would stay again.

Beautiful modern house away from the city, great price and very clean, great heating for winter, would recommend and definitely coming back in future trip to dunedin, recommend for someone who’s on a trip with a car or their own transport, it was perfect :)

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Als Architekt hat mich die Ausgestaltung der Wohnung begeistert :-) Wir würden hier wieder buchen. Auch für längere Aufenthalte bestens geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit Antonia war sympathisch und gut. Die Vorabinformationen waren klar, die Zufahrt und selbst-check in somit problemlos. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

The apartment was in a beautiful building and looked historical to me and exactly like the pictures. Fully Equipped kitchen, and I had the pleasure to use the new stove 😊. There are plenty of dishes, bowls, silverware and cookware. If you’re a Farmer market lover like me the apartment is 8 minutes’ walk to the market. The Octagon is 15 minutes (short legs😊). Chinese garden and Queens Garden are 5 minutes. My boys loved the private heated Jacuzzi it was on charming rooftop terrace with stunning city and hills views. The location is very quiet. Suzie the host was very caring and sweet. Thank you Suzie.💐

C’est l’adresse où rester à Dunedin ! L’appartement est très charmant, super confortable et très bien équipé. L’accueil était parfait et Liam et Karen très attentionnés. Très bien placé, proche des commerces, restaurants et lieux à visiter. Un garage pour une voiture moyenne et des places de parkings font de ce Airbnb un must !

Jane was very helpful during the entire duration of our stay. the location was a little difficult to find as Kingston is a small and peaceful place. Gets difficult to find people to assist you in locating an address. However, the most helpful approach of Jane more then compensated. She provided us with eggs from her hen at home. Thanks Jane for a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay. Such a cozy welcoming home, we all absolutely loved our 3 night stay and were sad to move onto our next location. We will definitely rebook for another Dunedin stay its the best airbnb we've used. 5 star for everything 🌟 🤩

Stuart & Robyn are friendly & accommodating hosts who came & welcomed us in person shortly after we checked in. They had some great tips about things to do, etc. The house & especially the views are absolutely stunning! Looking out at the water over breakfast at the outside table in back & enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sheep settle in for the night out front were highlights of our stay. This may have been our favorite stay in the whole 3 weeks we are in NZ. We really couldn’t ask for anything better than this!

Lovely stay in a beautiful spot. The home was a beautiful large villa with tall ceilings and lush furniture. It's a great location and easy to access to everything Riverton has to offer. The house is spacious and has a large bathroom, kitchen and garden. Great for family's and groups. The central heating system kept us cosy all night.

Great place to stay for a group with a beautiful outlook and lots of space. Check in and out smooth and easy, host was very responsive

Lynley’s place in Otautau is a hidden gem. The house is surrounded by gardens is very private and provides the perfect escape with plenty of seclusion. Otautau is less than a ten minute walk away and has a lovely little cafe 2 grocery stores and an excellent fish and chips shop. All of this is fabulous but it gets better because Lynley is a wam, friendly generous person who makes you feel right at home!

Margaret was incredibly accommodating and communicated well. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The house was clean and any issue was dealt with immediately. Thank you for a great stay!

we loved our stay at Alvin's. We were 2 families staying together. lots of space, secure yard for the dogs, so warm and the kitchen is very well equipped. Alvin was around to chat and very generously gifted us a huge feed of fresh blue cod - delicious! 🐟
