We had such a lovely stay! The pool is even bigger and more beautiful than the photos show. The house is super cozy with two comfy bedrooms and a handy extra toilet. We spent most of our time on the outdoor porch – it’s perfect for toddlers to play safely! Holli is the absolute best host – so warm and thoughtful. She had a high chair, a portable bath, and heaps of toys and books ready for our little one, which made us feel right at home. We also loved how close it was to Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, and there’s a beautiful park just a few steps away with amazing views, perfect for kids to run around. We’ll definitely be back, not just for the gorgeous place, but because Holli and Matt made it feel so special. Thank you for everything!

We had a lovely stay. The guest suite was comfortable and met our expectations. It was perfectly located to offer a peaceful retreat while being quite close to Avalon Beach (walking distance) and central to the other communities, beaches and parks. Our hosts were warm and friendly, while respectful of their guests’ privacy. The best part was the marvellous array of birds in the leafy neighbourhood and being greeted with birdsong each day. Such a treat.

We enjoyed a couple of days at the Pool House in Caves Beach. Good location, an easy walk to the beach, shops and cafes. The Pool House was perfect for our needs, very clean, well equipped, private and the fridge was thoughtfully stocked with milk, bread, eggs, wine and beer and other provisions. A very comfortable stay, thank you.

Jamie and Zoe are very thoughtful and responsive hosts. The place is a lovely getaway, a short walk to the beach and shops but in a quiet location. The house is equipped with everything you need and the outdoor plunge pool is a serene spot to relax. The shower is the best after a day at the beach or enjoying a coastal walk taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean. Highly recommend for a peaceful beach getaway. Wonderful and friendly hosts made the getaway even more enjoyable. Don’t hesitate to book this for your next getaway!

More beautiful in person, such a tasteful and well thought out space with everything you could need including soft towels and linens, relaxing candles and room sprays. Everything felt top quality and special and you can't help but feel spoiled in the surroundings. Only a few minutes walk away for coffee, food and bush trails.

Definitely one of the best AirBnB we have stayed at. Judy and Bruce were welcoming, helpful and friendly, even allowing us to check in an hour early (after a very early start for an early flight). Corona cottage is delightful and has everything you could need for a relaxing weekend. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was rather squeaky, but comfortable according to our adult son who slept on it, and the queen bed was very comfortable. The grounds are perfectly maintained and the pool looked lovely (although we did not get to use it due to rainy weather). A nice touch was the fresh fruit bowl and continental breakfast supplied. Overall, an amazing place for our family to relax and unwind, I highly recommend it if you are visiting the area.
