K-Ville is a great, down to earth, off-grid spot to get away. We enjoyed drifting off to sleep to the sounds of the night. Make sure to read the description and instructions in full, and you’ll have no trouble finding the place, and enjoying your time here! If you’re looking for a 5-star hotel experience, this is not the place for you. The experience here is closer to that of camping.

Great little cabin stay. We mostly wanted to stay in a log cabin because of our son's recent interest in building houses with logs. He seemed to enjoy the simple aspects, of just a simple cabin in the woods. The playground was simple, and he enjoyed it. The best was sitting out by the fire looking up at the stars and reading books with him. We brought chairs but didn't need them. Everything we needed was at the cabin. Great place.

As soon as we got settled in Dorothy’s beautiful cabin, we knew we’d be coming back in the future. The space itself is cozy, private but not isolated, and filled with genuine decor to make you feel right at home immediately. Dorothy herself is responsive and kind, we especially appreciated all the notecard descriptions of some of the family history behind items in the home. So beautiful. Could not recommend this host and this space enough. It truly tied together a perfect weekend for my girlfriends birthday celebration.

Had a lovely stay in this tiny house! The surrounding nature is beautiful with so many accommodations! The attention to detail was amazing. The home was extremely cozy with hiking all around the property. Aletha and Terry were so kind and welcoming and gave great recommendations. Will definitely be coming back :)

We love it there. This was our second time in the cabin, and third time on their properties. The place is so warm and inviting. Extremely private, clean, and had everything in the kitchen to cook with. Can’t wait to go back. Melanie was extremely accommodating, and even allowed us another hour to sleep in. 5 Star all day long!!😀

My partner and I made stayed here for a weekend anniversary trip and had a great time! The cabin is close to everything but still secluded enough to enjoy some down time in nature (and with the barn cats if you're lucky). Both the outdoor and indoor spaces were exactly what we wanted. Stephanie was also very responsive and made it really easy to plan our trip. We hope to come back soon!

This is a beautiful home and peaceful setting. Our first experience with a tiny house and we enjoyed our restful stay! The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome!

You could definitely see the pride that was taken on the cabin, everything was amazing. So many wonderful views. We will be looking to book again for future adventures.

This tiny house was perfect for my sister and I after a fun day of shopping in Traverse City. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The location is amazing... just outside of town and very quiet (super easy to find, too). We felt very safe and got a good-night’s sleep on the very versatile furniture (pretty cool, I might add). This is the nicest Airbnb I've stayed at in years. Alain & Paola are one of the few remaining hosts that care about the small details and personalized touch. The place was super clean, and I'm someone with high standards. The personalized message, guestbook and coffee, tea etc. I was very happy I could being my dog as well! She loved the outdoor space to run around. I'd stay there again!

If you want to enjoy Mother Nature, this is the way to go. We loved it it was nice and peaceful right by the lake. You can smell the water and hear the crickets while you sleep it’s just great☺️I will be back soon!!!!! Thank you Julie 🙏🏼

What a beautiful view and peaceful location. Quiet neighborhood, safe and tranquil just as described. As I will be a regular traveler to the area I will look to stay again for future travels. Perfect for 1-2 people and the outdoor shower in a chilly morning was blissful. Dina was friendly and you would have known you were in there same property except for her to reach out and check in the day prior to leaving. 10/10 for any traveler looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway close enough to access anything you may want/need to do.

Our stay at this tiny house was wonderful! The space was cozy yet so well-designed that it felt incredibly functional and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The WiFi was excellent, which was essential since cellular reception in the area was minimal. It kept us connected without any issues. The communication with the host was stellar! She was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. She even provided fantastic suggestions for local activities, which helped us make the most of our trip. The deck was beautiful and looked like the perfect spot to unwind. We only wished the weather had been warmer so we could have spent more time there. Overall, this tiny house is a gem, and we highly recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful and unique escape.

Third time was a charm! We will continue to keep coming back each year. The prior two stays were only one night, this was our first two night stay. Much needed and recommend. It was nice to have 3 days and 2 nights to do all the exploring around town and hanging back around the fire. Also happy to experience Fall here, so beautiful! Amazing hosts and views, per usual!

Brandy went out of her way to decorate the boathouse for our anniversary, which was a nice surprise. She also let us know we could arrive an hour early which was sweet of her. Very beautiful views and nice vibes, would definitely come back here again !
