Great location super close to Music City Center. Building is basically hotel style with most units being Airbnbs. Nice amenities like a gym and rooftop. Units are comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

Stayed for a month, and in that time really appreciated the location (walkability to Vanderbilt Medical in my case). Close to some solid food options. The residence itself is well-updated, true to pictures, and I appreciate the front/back access. Frankly, it was easy to feel at home here. The host was responsive, friendly, and I could tell was invested in ensuring my month-long stay met a high standard. Otherwise, the host was out of site out of mind with clear instructions provided about entry. I am thankful for this place.

We had a great stay at Leland's apartment. It was clean, bright, comfie and extremely convenient. We ate at the pizza place in the front yard (very tasty), saw a concert a block away and walked to get coffee in the morning. Wish we would have had time to visit the pinball place! I would definitely stay here again with 2-3 people.

Zach's place was amazing and so convenient to everything! It's about a 15 min walk from Broadyway st and the apartment was very clean and had amazing amenities. I would definitely stay there again! Zach was also very responsive and communicative which I appreciate!

House was just as described. Very clean and James was quick to respond to any questions.

The house was perfect-great location and large enough for the 4 of us. Jaison got back to us right away if we had any questions. Super easy to find and check in to. Again, the location was perfect for quick uber rides to Broadway and many other places!!

My family enjoyed our stay at Louie’s this week. The house was a good size for our group of 7, including 3 small children. A real plus to have 2 full bathrooms! We were glad to have the kitchen bar to feed the children. The dry board on the kitchen wall was a blessing-kept the little ones busy for hours! We did all of our own meals at the house, and found the kitchen to be easy to work in, and most pots, pans, utensils that we needed were available. It was great to have so much parking space! I thought the location would be noisy with car traffic, but the area was very quiet. The house is in a lovely neighborhood with quiet streets, shops and a park near by, and a grocery store less than a mile away. We were in town to go to a Penguins hockey game, and the house location was very convenient for travel to and from hockey arena.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this airbnb rental! My group came to celebrate my sister’s birthday and we had the best time! The airbnb was super clean, looked exactly like the pictures, was very spacious and close to all the bars and restaurants downtown! Check-in and check-out went very smooth with the clear directions that were given! Jake and Erika were amazing hosts who were very accommodating and attentive! My group is already discussing another trip to Nashville this summer and we would love to stay at this airbnb again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cute and cozy condo with its beautiful view of the river. Close to everything we wanted to do but away from the hustle and bustle. We felt right at home!

Shawn was a great host and very responsive. He gave great info for check in. It was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Having parking included is a huge plus because it's very expensive. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a fantastic property - 2 BR and 2 BA with a great set up for us. The location cannot be beat and having the parking was awesome. It is on a main corner, so you can hear the traffic at some points, but it is truly nothing that bothered us at all. The kitchen was well furnished and the beds were comfortable and everything in the unit was clean - I would 100% stay here again.

Perfect location if you want to be close to downtown and the football stadium. The place looked like the pictures, beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and additional linens. The hosts were very communicative and polite.
