Great little spot. Nicely kept and a great spot for a get away.

What a wonderful place to stay on the north fork! A perfect spot, on the water…. A perfectly charming, clean , comfortable, home away from home….Lots of water activities, close to all shopping, Wineries, and local beaches; a quiet get-a-way to unplug , restore and renew :) we will definitely be back!

Our family really loved staying at Cathy’s place. Our 14-month-old grandson was with us, so we especially liked the big fenced-in backyard that he enjoyed exploring. Other things that made it a great vacation include the walkable access from the backyard to the beach, beach cruisers in the shed, the grill, and the fire pit for evening chats. The house is comfortable and charming, and as others have said, the kitchen is well equipped for making meals. The location is a great jumping off point to other areas of the Hamptons. Cathy is also a great host. She provided a list of restaurants & activities to check out and replied quickly to a couple of questions I had. We are glad we chose this house for our trip!

Alison's Farmhouse exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt right at home there and were impressed to find the house stocked with essentials needed for the trip- such as spices, condiments, extra bedding etc. We all enjoyed the side porch and the fireplace in the evenings and loved that it provided an opportunity for some to be in side watching tv and the rest to be outside. We hope to return next year!

We came to the Hamptons for a wedding and really lucked out finding Mark’s beautiful home. The setting is gorgeous, set in a horse farm with pond, tennis courts, pool. The home is clean and super comfortable . But the best part of our stay was meeting Mark and Julie and getting a feel of what it is like to live in the Hamptons. Really- so lucky to have found this place!

We had a wonderful Valentine's day Weekend at Deborah's. The loft was so cozy and so cute. She allowed us to bring our cat (who also had a blast sleeping in the cozy beds). The hot tub was also super relaxing and Deborah was nice enough to put an orange tarp on top of the tub so it can be a bit covered from the snow (which by the way, super unserious suggestion, a roof over the tub would be amazing). We also enjoyed how close it was to Sag Harbor and some other Vineyards we were able to visit. The property itself was also super peaceful, it was an overall relaxing weekend. Thank you for being such a great host!

Mona's home has an incredible energy that instantly makes you feel welcome. Inside, the house is well appointed ensuring every comfort and convenience at your fingertips. The outdoor space is incredibly accommodating, featuring a large, clean pool, a spacious deck, plenty of seating and a barbecue grill perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The garden is a true sanctuary offering a peaceful retreat complete with butterflies, hummingbirds and a serene water element. The caretaker was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable suggestions for things to do, including nearby beaches and places to see the sunset.

Flexible check in was very much appreciated. Backyard was perfect for our family. Not even listed, was a huge TV in the backyard that we were able to watch while swimming, which everyone enjoyed.

Nicole was absolutely lovely and her place was even more incredible than we could’ve imagined. We used it as our “home base” during my fun wedding weekend and it was extremely comfortable and suitable for our large group. She was extremely responsive, so flexible and very friendly too. Her home was beautiful in every way- despite us trying to figure out the garbage from the recycling from the compost (which we loved and tried our very best to follow), her home was simply perfect. SO many linens, and extra linens, open kitchen and comfortable couch. The at home gym and pool table was a great touch too! Beds were comfortable, everything worked as it should, and we were so happy. We loved our stay so much, and I’m really looking forward to staying again in the future! Not to mention, we were able to walk to RGNY (a wonderful local vineyard). Thank you so much Nicole!!!

Wonderful home! Perfect for our family to all be together. Seth & Tasha were exceptional hosts. Everything was great, we hope to come back during the summer months when the pool is open. I can only imagine how gorgeous the backyard and patio must be in the summertime! Highly recommend.

The perfect place for 8 friends to stay for a wedding! Great location near vineyards, breweries and restaurants. The house was very clean with plenty of room for guests and super comfortable beds.

Had a great stay at Andrew’s Air Bnb. It was very close to numerous wineries, breweries, and restaurants. It was the perfect location for a weekend get away, with a house that would’ve been worth it in the middle of nowhere! We will be back!

Our family of four was in the area for a wedding. The house was adorable and chock full of amenities. Milk, butter, cream cheese and bagels in the fridge. And bottles of water, in the fridge and next to the bed. There were bundles of towels , beautifully folded for each person. Snacks in a basket in the living room. The bathroom was fully equipped with all necessities. Board games galore and so beautifully presented. Only 10 minutes from the wedding venue and very close to a few farm stands. We would definitely stay again.

House is situated in a very quiet neighborhood. Had a kitchen with a rustic/farmhouse feeling, and fireplace. Bedroom spaces felt well used and not overstuffed with beds. Rented for a work trip with 4 other adults, accommodated all of us comfortably.

Wayne’s cottage was a perfect place to stay while I was in town for a wedding. Very clean, comfortable, and a beautiful waterfront location on the north shore of Long Island.

This is wonderful home, especially if you are traveling as a family. We stayed with our two kids and two pups. We had such a great time. I can’t say enough about Andrew s hospitality, responsiveness as well as how well appointed and set his house was. He made sure it was possible and easy for us to get to the beach ( and this was my number one worry having an 8 month old and a 4 year old!). The beach, the restaurants, the bakery ( Carissa’s!)- were all amazing and biking distance or a very quick drive. A farm stand right around the corner - 5 mins walk. We had a very relaxing trip, and I was not expecting to relax this time at all!( skeptical me!). Andrew had everything we needed for the baby, and even let us use their excellent library of children’s books and arts and crafts. I definitely recommend Andrew s home and would stay there in a heartbeat. Thank you for a great stay.

Absolutely loved our time on the farm. As someone who grew up out on the North Fork it was a return home with the most beautiful surroundings. Post Labor Day, the pool was still open (and warm)! The sun was shining during our bike rides to the incredibly close beach, and we had fresh veggies from the farm stand, right out front, every day. Such a treat, cannot wait to stay again and make some more great memories with family and friends.

We had a great stay at Zach’s house ! It was very clean and spacious. Perfect for our trip with the girls ! Close to the wineries and Greenport for shopping and dinner as well as the ferry. Updated bathrooms were beautiful. Pictures don’t do this place any justice you won’t be sorry booking this place. Thanks again for a great stay.

A quaint cottage that was sparkling clean. Access to the Peconic from a private dock with the available kayaks and canoes. There is a pristine built-in pool with new decking. There was a 10 minute drive to Hampton Bays town with great restaurants, grocery and shopping.

Clean, spacious, and was a great spot for our larger size group. Decorated very nicely with some very unique art pieces that made a great conversation topic among the guests.
