We had such a wonderful stay at Diana’s true beauty of a place! It is in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and everything you need. And it was only about a mile to the train station so easy to get anywhere. The suite was larger than we expected! Living room area had so much comfy room to relax in. Bedroom was very comfy and she does provide a microwave and small fridge just outside the entry door. Plus a wonderful coffee maker with pods provided. Great yard which unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy but great view! Every amenity was provided by Diana. Lots of little touches that made it so pleasant to stay. And she was so great checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed! We cannot recommend Diana’s place enough and we hope to return!

My friends and I had the absolute best Montauk trip thanks to our stay at Aviva’s home! She responded so fast, the home was so beautiful, clean and in a perfect location!

We had a sweet 4-day stay at Hector's. The apartment/"cottage" is located in a quiet part of Springs, close enough to restaurants, but happily removed from the Hamptons Scene. The apartment is small and pretty basic, but comfortable, with a variety of lovely personal touches. It feels a bit funky, artsy and secluded among beautiful landscaping. The well-kept pool area and access to parking at a nearby bay beach (beach chairs and towels are provided) were highlights for us, making this a special place to hide out for a few days.

we stayed for valentines weekend, Lori was a great host. we had a problem with the bed frame falling apart and Lori was quick to rectify. the fridge had some extra food and water bottles which makes up for only having a hot plate to cook. overall great host and a good stay.

The home and property were so beautiful! The studio had so many perfect little details from the art & photographs they have displayed, beautiful stained glass, the kitchen looked like you walked into a minimalist Pinterest board. So many tiny details just made this place extra beautiful like the tea pot and the can opener being the same shade of red. This place makes for both a perfect artists retreat & a great escape for a couple! King sized bed was much appreciated and so comfortable! I only contacted the hosts once and they were so kind and personable and answered all my questions. I definitely plan to stay here again. It was the refresh I really needed. So cozy and comfy and comforting and relaxing!

This is 2nd time to Diane’s wonderful place. It’s a gem in the Hamptons and I feel so at home. I can’t wait to return…again! I repeat guest for sure! Thank you for everything, Diane!!

If I could give the host and the place more than five stars, I would. Beautiful place for me and my boyfriend to stay the night. The furniture was comfortable, the space was huge, the kitchen was full of utensils/ plates and other items. Definitely going to come back for another stay and hopefully for longer. On top of the place being great, the host was super helpful. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our car and did not have a spare key. I messaged him to see if he had any tools and he immediately responded and came to help us! 100% recommend everything about this stay!

Our stay at Robert’s was great. The proximity to the farmers and brewery’s and vineyards is something you can’t beat here. He had k-cups for coffee and a brita for water stocked at the apartment which is always so appreciated.

Had a great two day stay. There were homemade cookies and banana bread when we arrived and everything was exactly like the pictures. Our two dogs also loved the backyard. Looking forward to staying here again when we visit Long Island.

This Airbnb was in a really convenient location for a short New Years getaway. Sag Harbor and beaches are less than 10 minutes drive, and town and a couple wineries were also very close by. We had a wonderful stay and hope to stay again in the future!

Neighborhood very calm and quiet, Place is very nice and clean, and they are very welcoming and were able to assist us in case if any issues. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

We were in my husband’s hometown visiting family for the holidays and the entire experience was perfect. The location, the amenities, the homey charm. We’ll definitely be back!

Patricia was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was very understanding during a very difficult time for my family. Her place was amazing and exactly what my family needed...a home away from home. Patricia was easy to communicate with and helped my family out tremendous when we ran into our own family issues. She was so gracious and kind. Unfortunately, we never met personally as we were in and out during our stay. Hopefully when we visit my family on Loing Island in the future Patricia and I will be able to meet. I would 110% stay with Patricia and her beautiful Airbnb! Thank you Patricia for allowing my family to stay at your Airbnb!

Just as described in the listing. Beautiful suroundings. Preaceful. The two ducks in residence an added treat.

The property is terrific and checks all the boxes anyone would look for, but the star is really Stephanie, the owner. My girlfriend and I were in a very tight spot after leaving a VRBO property almost immediately upon arrival after we ran into misrepresentation and serious cleanliness issues. Stephanie was not only incredibly flexible in allowing us to book on basically zero notice, she showed up at 7 pm - like, 15 minutes after booking - to let us in with a freaking bottle of wine and snacks. On the night before we left, we mentioned we might want to bring our dog to the beach with us the last day but couldn’t find beaches...*she went and tracked down dog-friendly beaches.* The list goes on. She went out of her way again and again throughout the weekend, turning a potential disaster into a relaxing and delightful weekend. Hosts like her are why AirBNB thrives. I can only think of two other customer service experiences in my life that fall in the same category of effort. In short: property is solid (as well as good value for the area), host is spectacular. You won’t be sorry to book this spot.

My family (2 adults, 2 small children) felt right at home and had everything we needed. This was the perfect private oasis during a busy weekend, and the spaces were very clean, well-maintained, roomy, and in short felt like being at home. Thank you!

"The flat is wonderful, just the same and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, check in and check out without bureaucracy the location is more than perfect, near the beach. The hostess Mougeh is grade 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly! I loved the stay in the city of Milford, I will come back more often for sure!".

Wonderful hosts! They were so friendly, kind, helpful, and considerate. Love the stove and the washer and dryer made a difficult stay easy. Hearing the washer play a song made me laugh when it was sorely needed. The bed was very soft but the futon is firmer if that is what you need. Location is close to things but far enough to be quiet for sleep. I highly recommend this host.

Would highly recommend Suzy’s place! Great host, comfortable stay, and the area is great.

Loved staying at Twin Ponds! Jeanne is great and helped me a lot during my stay. Place was spotless clean and great location. My only complaint was that the bed was quite firm and springy, so it didn’t agree with my chronic back pain. But the place is very special and worth the stay for sure!
