Prime Royalty was very proactive and detailed with everything we needed to find the location, get inside, etc so we were very pleased with the ease of arriving and leaving. The inside was completely remodeled just like photos, was very clean, nice furnishings, comfortable and surprisingly quiet as it was on a busy street with a car/tire shop right next door. We didn't hear anything and slept well. Very cozy with a lot of nice touches in design and amenities. Well done.

The fireplace added that extra touch of coziness and we enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen! Anyone looking for a place in East Hampton should definitely check this one out!!

We had a great stay at George’s house. He was very responsive to our questions. Our kids loved the heated outdoor pool! They also loved that there was a playground right across the street from the house. We had a great time!

Aimee’s house on Shelter Island was the perfect getaway for Thanksgiving. The home is warm, inviting, and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The location is serene and peaceful, offering a true escape from the hustle and bustle. Aimee was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout. We truly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Lydia was an excellent host. She communicated all information clearly and kindly. The house was very clean and as described in the ad. We 100% recommend staying here and will definitely be back ourselves. 💯

What a perfect spot! Aleeza made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The house is charming- immaculate and tastefully appointed. Great beds! (Always important!) The yard was beautiful and serene- as it is October we didn’t use the pool, but still enjoyed the beautiful yard and trees! Would definitely come back and stay again! The place was great! Perfect if you are looking for a quiet, serene place to relax. Just steps from a beautiful, secluded pebble beach where we had a picturesque sunset stroll. Check in was seamless and everything was just as described. We are looking forward to going back!

Mona's home has an incredible energy that instantly makes you feel welcome. Inside, the house is well appointed ensuring every comfort and convenience at your fingertips. The outdoor space is incredibly accommodating, featuring a large, clean pool, a spacious deck, plenty of seating and a barbecue grill perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The garden is a true sanctuary offering a peaceful retreat complete with butterflies, hummingbirds and a serene water element. The caretaker was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable suggestions for things to do, including nearby beaches and places to see the sunset.

Harry’s place was what we needed, perfect for a family of 4 (or 5). Its cozy and has what you need for a few days escape from the city. I particularly like how responsive Harry was, even things outside of their control (weather, storm) he looked for immediate solutions. You can see that they care about their place and renters. The pool was a plus for our kids. The location is also good, of course you need a car but there are nice restaurants within 10 min drive and the beach is close too. All in all a very positive experience for us. Thanks Harry!
