Had a really enjoyable stay. Such a quirky and lovely place to stay. The tea and coffee and bread and milk were a nice touch. Great location. If we had any slight criticisms we would have liked a bit more space to unpack clothes for a family of four (only one free draw and a tiny wardrobe) and the sofa bed was sagging on one side! My 4 year old was super comfy in the double bed to herself though (we chose the sofa so we could sleep next to our newborn). Overall would return x

We had an exceptional stay! The owner greeted us with a warm welcome and took the time to explain everything about the property, making us feel completely at ease. The house was immaculate, featuring a clean kitchen and bathroom along with comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. We also appreciated the cozy lounge area with fun games for the kids. Overall, a fantastic experience that we highly recommend! and we would definitely stay here again!

It was very stressful when my wife was admitted to hospital but this property was exactly what we needed as a family base. A nice quiet street, near to Coombe Country Park for my morning walk and also got to see the cathedral which was amazing. Overall very clean, comfortable and homely - thank you!

Really lovely stay. As stated, this is the owners' home, so the property was incredibly well-stocked with everything you could need, as well as plush new sofas, carpet and mattresses when we visited. A luxury feel throughout, with considerate touches (e.g. water bottles and glasses on trays in bedrooms, huge bath towels, little treat on arrival and food to get started in fridge), making us feel "well-hosted"! I found the instructions and labels very helpful and there was a spirit of welcoming and generosity from Christine. We settled in quickly and were very comfortable. Very spacious rooms, great shower pressure (only used upstairs), parking available on the drive and road, lovely area with nearby parks and playgrounds for kids; two TVs in two separate living areas, so handy if you have kids and adults with different tastes/needing more space! Always swift communication and a pleasure to deal with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Music House. It is a very clean and comfortable place to stay, and Chris is an excellent host. He has lots of great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in Birmingham and it’s surrounds. Chris is a great guy and we would gladly stay again.

The apartment was stunning and impeccably clean, located in a fantastic area in Solihull with excellent transport links, restaurants, shops, and more nearby. The host went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. If you’re planning to book in Solihull, this place is undoubtedly at the top of my list!

We have just left our stay and can truly say it was the most beautiful place. We loved every minute, the view was incredible and such amazing hospitality….lovely and clean, messages to keep us up to date with how to check in. And some lovely little touches too. Rebecca's place is the perfect spot for a cosy weekend away. The flat is stylish and comfortable, perfectly located in the town centre with a lovely view of the church. Rebecca was very responsive and went the extra mile with small touches - thanks for a wonderful stay!

Hamza was a fantastic host. We felt very safe and completely at home during our stay. He went above and beyond by providing essentials like toothpaste, toothbrushes, bread, and biscuits for his guests—something I haven’t seen in any of the 50+ Airbnbs I’ve stayed at before. There's also a dedicated parking spot, which is a huge plus. Several restaurants are conveniently located nearby as well. Definitely worth a visit!

Spotlessly clean, everything as described and looked like pictures. Had everything we needed for a 2 nights stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for what we needed while at the NIHL play-off finals. A little further out than some places but easily walkable from the skydome, and included a simple breakfast which was a nice touch. Thanks!

Esteve was responsive and friendly. His place was the perfect location for attending a show at the NEC. Having two bathrooms was great. Great amenities and super comfy beds! Would recommend and would stay again.

Loved Dawns place. It was cosy and warm absolutely spotlessly clean, smelt lovely too, everything you could possibly need and more. What a wonderful thoughtful host.

Another year and another stay with Mick and Maxine - amazing hosts, so polite and generous with everything they do for guests. If you need to stay in Solihull and go to the NEC, this is the place to stay. I'll be back again next year, same time, without question!

I booked a couple of nights in Glencoe House almost entirely because the location was handy for me, so I was pleasantly surprised by just how nice a stay it was. The owner, Dee, was both very friendly and accommodating - I had to leave extremely early in the morning both days, so she made sure there was breakfast available that I could just heat up. There were also a lot of little thoughtful touches, like a fresh slice of delicious fruit cake and dish of fruit left in my room both days. Finally, I have to give very high praise to the bed, which was incredibly comfortable! I would absolutely reccommend this BnB to anyone needing to stay in Burton.
