Great stay and perfect for my dog and me. Only the basics here but it was nice.

I had booked a different AIRBNB for my stay but due to issues needed to find another place to stay. I had inquired about this house before my trip but choose another place due to the many steps here. Fortunately, Clinton's place was still available so he was able to get me in the next day. I was traveling with my dog so it is not easy to find an AIRBNB to accommodate a 40 lb dog. I will say my dog loved the back yard ! There is a upper back deck so she was able to be on the deck and look over the neighborhood. There are a lot of steps as this is a traditional bi-level house. The coffee bar was very much appreciated and very well stocked. There is a Ninja coffeemaker that will prepare drip coffee or you can use the Keurig. House was exactly as described and very clean. Neighborhood is peaceful and quite, while still being a very close drive to all kinds of shops and dining. Host was very responsive to all my questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We felt right at home at Zack's place. Im very impressed with the amenities and the care that went into it. There were games for the kids, a fully stocked kitchen, extra snacks, comfortable beds, comfy couch and tvs in each room. We appreciated the garage door opener and extra towels. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay. Thank you, Zack!

This was an amazing experience. We booked this location in a very short period of time and within an hour we had access to it. We were in the process of purchasing a home and had relocated fromout-of-state. The closing was postponed last minute and delayed x 1 week, so we had to find a place to stay where we could temporarily store our UHAUL trailer and boxes. Landon and his team went above and beyond to expedite the coordinations, and gave us access to the property within an hour of our request (11 pm). We are very greatful. This team deserves an above and beyond recognition. Thank you!

Jason was VERY kind and considerate. I appreciate how quickly her responded to my questions and did everything to make us feel at home.

Hunter is such a gracious and considerate host. When an issue arose he was so on it and proactive and communicative and got it all taken care of. It's a beautifully renovated old Arts and Crafts bungalow, and good for people traveling with dogs as well because the stylish decor is nonetheless tough and sturdy and the backyard has a great high fence. Well done!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Houston Heights! It’s a great little neighbourhood, with a park right opposite and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants within a short drive. The house itself had everything we needed and we enjoyed the beautiful heritage interior. Thank you for the local recommendations and accompanying us on short notice!

Wendy was a great host and always answered our messages in a timely manner! Her home was clean and made our employees feel comfortable.

This is our favorite place to stay in the Woodlands and always exceeds expectations. It is in a perfect location, convenient to everything and very private. Our dogs feel at home there as well. Marcos is a wonderful host too!

All we needed was better weather! What a beautiful pool! The inside of the house and decor was very chic! Perfect for pictures. A group of ladies ( 8 ) stayed here for a weekend. Our Ubers and food deliveries found the home easily. We had a good amount of space for all of use to be comfortable. The host was so polite and responsive at all times.

Second time staying at this house. No complaints. As described and convenient location to Garden Oaks and the Heights. Grocery store and restaurants nearby.

Jeff’s place was beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed the beautiful back yard and how well Jeff communicated with us. This home was near some great restaurants as well and we appreciate the recommendations that he left us.

We had a great stay! The house is very spacious and kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. The backyard is beautiful with lots of sitting spaces, pool, hot tub and fire pit. Very quiet neighborhood. The host was very quick to respond to any issues we had. Thanks again for everything!

My family and I loved staying at HTX Pad’s! The house has a warm cozy feeling to it as soon as you walk in. You’ll feel right at home. The host is very kind & responsive! If we had any problems big or small they were happy to help & eager to fix it. They didn’t mind answering any of our questions no matter how simple they may have been! Great place for a getaway to get away from your daily routine so you can rewind & reset! Lovely safe neighborhood! There’s many stores & food places nearby so you have to go to far if get hungry! :) The pool is beautiful not only during the day time but also the night time. The pool has a light that will turn it into various colors so you can definitely enjoy the pool at night as well! :) If you’re afraid that the pool will be too cold to swim in at night… they offer the option to pay for pool heating for only $30 so you can swim comfortably. Amazing Hosts and very Hospitable. Walked in to a beautiful note and fresh chocolate chip cookies. The home was immaculate. Response time was never a problem if I had any questions. 💯💯💯all the way around. Definitely will be returning in the future and if anyone is looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay while in Houston definitely recommend staying here.

Everything about this home was wonderful. Felt like the comforts of home while on vacation. Sitting outside in the hot tub, watching the fireflies and lightening storm off in the distance was so peaceful. Walking out the patio from primary bedroom with a hot cup of coffee, watching the sun rise, listening to the trickling of the hot tub waterfall was a wonderful way to start the morning. Spacious, kitchen and living area. The kids loved the foosball table and bikes. TVs and Wi-Fi accommodations were great as well. Looking forward to visiting Houston very soon and hope this house is available. Thanks again for everything.

This was our second time staying , yet again this was an amazing stay! Has everything you need and more ,definitely recommend towards anyone that is looking for a family friendly home with plenty of room!! 😊

Beautiful home and extremely comfortable for our family!

Amazing location- quiet neighborhood but close to so many different things! We had an amazing time, the place was super cozy and Travis was very helpful! There’s even a little packet with very helpful instructions for your stay and recommendations of things to do in the area! Definitely going to be returning when we need somewhere in the area to stay.

Our dogs loved the backyard! Melissa's place was just as described. The studio is clean and comfortable. It is next to a busy street so expect some traffic noise. Melissa provided great instructions and communication through the stay.

We had a nice quiet visit there. It was the perfect accomodations for us to get away from the busy days doing a celebration of life. We needed the peace and quiet. The pictures perfectly describe the place. If the weather had been just a bit better we could really have enjoyed the outdoor area. We would definitely recommend it and would come back. I highly recommend this place! It is so peaceful and well kept. It was the perfect retreat, yet close to everything one needs! The management team for the property is THE BEST I have ever experienced! They were so friendly, responsive, professional, thoughtful, generous….they made my stay quite perfect!

This is the second time we stayed at Rhonda’s home. We stayed for a month both last year and this year. It really was perfect both times. Rhonda responded almost immediately to any question we had. The power went out due to a storm rolling through and Rhonda let us know immediately what the power company shared with her. This home is spotless, comfortable and very well maintained. We went for a walk almost daily around the neighborhood and had our coffee outside each morning. We love it here and can’t wait to stay again next year.

Very cozy and beautiful place. Well located and easy to get. Also the hosts were very communicative. I would recommend it a lot!
