CJ's farm stay is a comfortable lil setting perfect for a small group of friends or family. We reached quite late in the evening for our check in so it was very sweet of CJ to allow us a late check out the next day. The caretaker of the farm stay, Mr Nijeesh was quite welcoming without being intrusive. The property itself was quite clean and comfortable and well maintained.

This was the absolute dream destination! The perfect place to relax and enjoy a happy and memorable holiday. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed while still offering peace and privacy. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to make our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the best holiday experience!

Exceptional stay! Baby's place exceeded expectations. Located near a pristine river, the space was neat, tidy, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the room and bathroom were sparkling clean with all basic amenities. Baby and his partner were fantastic hosts - warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. We had great conversations, and they made us feel like part of the family! Highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Perfect for those seeking a serene atmosphere and exceptional hospitality!

Abraham is a gentleman host and proactive in his communications. His place exceeds the description and photos you see in Airbnb. The last 400 meters is a bit rough, but can be handled with careful driving. The pool looks like it's still under construction and once completed it will be an excellent addition. It's still usable, and we had a lot of fun in the water. The property is surrounded by greenery and mostly you will be hearing the birds singing and chirping. The food prepared by the inhouse chef is excellent, though one may have to stick to Kerala/TN cuisine. There is a restaurant just 500m from the property. Highly recommended property if you are planning for a get together. Probably some board games and a shuttle net will be a worthwhile addition.

Tobin and team are wonderful. The stay was at a very nice location, though a bit far from the city but had the calmness and peaceful surroundings we were looking for. Tobin was extremely polite and helped us to reach the local attractions and visit the tiger reserve.

It’s was a wonderful stay@ Marmaram Heritage. I would highly recommend to experience this place to all fellow travelers. Unique property with very private atmosphere for family and friends trips. We enjoyed and looking forward to our next visit again.

My family of 16 with 2 kids stayed at this place for three nights during our trip to Munnar. This place is surrounded by beautiful lush green mountains. The sunrise was breathtaking. The care takers took great care and arranged everything at a moments notice. The evening Bonfire, barbeque with bluetooth speakers was a great experience. Only drawback was the distance from Munnar, which is 30 kms. If travel time of 1 hour to Munnar is not an issue for you, then this place is highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful Airbnb, and I must say, it was an absolute dream come true! Communication with the host was seamless throughout my stay. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They provided helpful recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and even transportation options, which greatly enhanced my overall experience. The highlight of my stay, however, was the infinity pool. It was a dream to just lay in the pool and get lost in the views. I cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough. It is an exceptional choice for anyone seeking a comfortable stay.
