Wir wurden bei Ankunft mit Pizza, Champagner und frischem Obst überrascht. Das Haus und der große Garten mit Pool war toll. Merita/Rafail waren immer sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen also gerne wieder

From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

Villa Ohlive is tucked away high up on the island. The drive up can be a bit nervy but the view when you get there is incredible. If you have kids that want to party in the old town and catch a taxi back just a reminder it’s around 50euro per trip. The villa is a piece of heaven to escape from the heat and hustle and bustle after a day of sight seeing.

Beautiful villa with breathtaking views of Skopelos! Manolis and Chris were very kind, always responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. The villa itself was stunning - a serene and quiet place with a private pool that offered the perfect escape. It’s a little uphill on the way to the villa, but it’s walkable, so a car is not really needed unless you have a lot of luggage. All in all an amazing stay with a wonderful host. Highly recommended!

In diesem Domizil fühlt man sich gleich wie zu Hause. Sehr schöne Raumaufteilung, gepflegte Außenanlage und selbsterklärende Technik. Man muss sich nicht zusätzlich mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche im Gepäck belasten. Die Betten sind gemacht, für den Geschirrspüler liegen Tabletten bereit, Spülmittel und Toilettenpapier ist vor Ort und Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Selbst Handtücher für den Strand sind vorhanden. Alle Kosten sind inklusive (außer Endreinigung und Touristensteuer). Von weitem hört man Schafe mähen und auch mal einen Hund bellen. Rundum Natur pur. Ein Auto ist hier für Touren zu den tollsten Stränden, zum Einkauf und Expeditionen erforderlich. Natürlich kann man seinen Aufenthalt auch komplett nur in diesem schönen Anwesen relaxt verbringen, wenn man irgendwie an Verpflegung herankommt. Eigentlich dürfte man es alles gar nicht verraten. Es müsste ein Geheimtipp bleiben. Vielen Dank an die Besitzer und Hausverwalter des besten Airbnb Objektes! Ehrlich!

Everything was perfect for us. We stayed here for one week and loved the privacy of the apartment and especially the view. The apartment ist really beautiful and has everything we needed. The pool was a great plus as well! You definitely need a car to get there and you should be an advanced driver for the road up there but also for the entrance to the apartment (very steep and narrow - depending on the rented car kind of hard to turn around the car in there so we decided to drive in there backwards after two days which worked way better for us) Overall - we would definitively come back it was one of the best airbnb experiences we had so far! Dimitri’s and his whole team was also really helpful the whole time :)

çocuklar açısından çok iyiydi, otopark sorunumuz yoktu, öneri ve talimatlar yeterliydi, internet iyiydi, ev çok iyi tasarlanmıştı, ev sahibi restaurant ve cevreyle ilgili bilgiler verdi. sadece uygulamadaki konumla gercek konum arasinda 5 km mesafe var. kendi aracıyla gelmeyenler için bu bir sorun olabilir. çocuklu aileler için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Christoforos was very kind and helpful at check in and available to message throughout the trip if we needed any information. One of the best hosts we’ve had. The villa is super clean and has got a lot of character as is decorated with very traditional furniture. The outside alone is worth booking this villa- it is absolutely breathtaking and the loungers by the pool are perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere as a retreat and to really relax in peace away from everyone then this is the place. You can park around 100m away from the house and a scenic walk down to the property. I will be returning to this place for sure- it felt like a home at the end of our week. We especially loved Portaria for food and the evening vibe and it is only a 12 minute drive from the property. I would also recommend a small car for Pelion as the roads are quite thin and tight. Overall this place is amazing value for money and we miss it already!

Superbe maison sur un terrain au calme , belles prestations et équipements , à 2 mn en voiture de la plage de staphylos ou 5 de skoplelos city. À savoir qu’il y a une autre petite maison très proche mais nous avons eu de la chance car il n’y avait personne ( chacun peut de toute façon avoir son espace personnel). Bref tout était parfait !

It was a nice place to relax and have peace. You have your own beach in front of the house and it was amazing. Very clear and the colour its magnificent. House was very very clean. The kitchen is full equipped; even the coffee and spices. Rooms were a little bit small but its okey for a summer house. The garden was amazing! The big olive tree we love it. You can say good morning to sea and the night full of stars. Hosts were very very kind. They solve our problems very friendly and we got help from them anytime we wrote. We didnt want it ends but hope to go again! İ really recommend the place from the heart

it's entirely whole house. it's very cozy and very cost effective. it's around 20 minutes by car to the Metéora. you can do laundry as well. host can't speak english but very quick and active when responding the AirBnB messenger. personally, main thing i can remember and make me happy is the cats which are super cute and follows around all the times. I really so miss them.

Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ όμορφος. Οπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες. Το σπίτι ειναι υπεροχο. Η κουζίνα ειναι πληρως εξοπλισμένη με ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστείς. Για το καλωσόρισμα μάς περίμενε τσίπουρο με τοπικούς μεζέδες. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό και πολύ άνετο. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και φιλόξενοι. Το σπίτι πολυ κοντά από το κέντρο του Βολου. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά. Το προτείνω σε όσους θέλουν να επισκεφθούν τον Βόλο.

Liebevoll gestaltetes und eingerichtetes Haus mit Allem was man braucht bis zu Grundprodukten wie Wasser und Gewürzen sowie Waschmitteln. Es gab einen schönen großen Tisch im Freien mit Überdachung für den gemütlichen Abendausklang. Gepflegter Garten mit schöner Beleuchtung. Konstantinos war vor Ort als wir ankamen und gab uns Tips für die Umgebung. In Fussnähe gibt es nicht wirklich etwas empfehlenswertes, ein Auto ist daher unbedingt notwendig. Mit diesem kann man innerhalb einer halben Stunde sehr schöne Strände und Beach-Clubs erkunden. Große Supermärkte sind in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Unkomplizierter Check-Out. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt zu dritt!

Επισκεφθήκαμε τα Ελληνικά τις τελευταίες μέρες του Αυγούστου και μείναμε στο κατάλυμα του Δημήτρη και της Φρύνης. Το σπίτι είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο, με πανέμορφη θέα από το μπαλκόνι και ένα άνετο κήπο για χαλάρωση τις πρωινές ή απογευματινές ώρες αλλά και για να παίξουν τα παιδιά. Όλοι οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι, και η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και άνετη. Μοναδική έκπληξη το Γαλλικό μπιλιάρδο στο χώρο και τα παιχνίδια για τα παιδιά. Ένα πανέμορφο ανακαινισμένο σπίτι που συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους σκέφτονται να επισκεφθούν την περιοχή. Έξω από το σπίτι υπάρχει ιδιωτικός χώρος για στάθμευση. Οι παραλίες τις περιοχές είναι όλες πανέμορφες. Εννοείται πως δεν μπορώ να μην σταθώ στην εξυπηρέτηση των παιδιών. Η επικοινωνία μαζί τους ήταν αμεσότατη και φιλική. Τα παιδιά ήταν εξυπηρετικότατα και πρόθυμα να μας βοηθήσουν και να μας ενημερώσουν για κάθε απορία. Από καρδιάς, ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ από εμάς Δημήτρη και Φρύνη για την άψογη φιλοξενία σας!!!! ♥️

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem Haus von Electra und ihrer Mutter verbracht. Der Empfang sowie der Kontakt insgesamt war sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist grandios. Unfertige Gebäude in der Nähe haben uns dabei gar nicht gestört. Der Naturstrand bietet lauschige Plätzchen und viel Ruhe für die Erholung. Die Schlafräume scheinen frisch renoviert zu sein und sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, so dass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an euch beide.

Danke schön für die Möglichkeit das traditionelles griechisches Haus zu erleben. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Sehr ruhig, entspannt, man hat alles was man braucht um erholsame Urlaubstage zu genießen. Zu Fuß sind schöne Restaurants und Supermarkts zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto sind alle Strände und schöne kleine Orten zu erreichen. Natürlich würden wir gerne das Haus 2 weiterempfehlen.

Хорошее жилье в хорошем месте. Все как описано на сайте. В соседнем доме есть магазин для рыбалки и подводной охоты , что для меня было дополнительным преимуществом. Из минусов проблемы с интернетом. Христос откликнулся на эту проблему и заменил оборудование, но низкая скорость от провайдера не давала возможности комфортно пользоваться интернетом. И мобильный интернет к сожалению в этом месте тоже очень плохой. Если это не является проблемой, то квартира Христова это отличный вариант, особенно для большой компании.

הבית היה חמוד מאוד, בשכונה שקטה. בסיס נח לשלל כיווני הנסיעה במזרח פיליון. יש לקחת בחשבון שלכל מקום צריך רכב. נקי מאוד. יש מגבות וסדינים נוספים למקרה הצורך. 2 המיטות הזוגיות מאוד נוחות. מזגן בשניים מחדרי השינה. תגובה מהירה ויחס לבבי מהמארח שגם סיפק את הסברי הצ׳ק אין והמיקום של הבית באופן מדוייק. הבית מצויד לתפארת. אינטרנט מצויין. סביבות החוץ קסומה ונעימה עם סוכת גפנים חמודה. אנחנו מאוד נהנינו מהשהות בנכס וממליצים בחום.

konakladığimiz evin konumu çok iyiydi. birçok yere yakın mesafede. çevrede plajlar restaurantlar ve market mevcut. tek problem ki biz bunun için çok hayal kurmuştuk evin hemen altındaki plaj kullanışlı değil. plaja giden yol toprak ve aşınmış. yürümesi zor. bir de yanınızda çocuk varsa daha zor. bu problem bir şekilde halloluyor ancak deniz prk temiz değil gibiydi. koku vardı. ayrıca deniz dibi kum ve balçık. insan girdiginde tedirgin oluyor. bunu. dişinda herşey mükemmeldi. çevrede okadar çok mükemmel plaj var ki evin plajının brkledigimiz gibi olmaması bizi çokta üzmedi

We had a wonderful stay with Jamie! There’s a beautiful pergola with lovely view of the ocean! The house was great for a group, with outdoor dining area, terrace and spacious kitchen/living room. Good mix of access to shared pool area and the ocean about 15 minutes walk from the house. Afytos is a lovely, picturesque town with nice restaurants and bars. Very happy with our decision to stay in this village. The center is about 10-15 minutes from the house, which means that the surrounding area of the house is peaceful while the liveliness of the town is still not too far off. Jamie was a wonderful host – welcoming, accommodating and with quick and easy communication. He was a great help during our stay. Would love to revisit someday!

Lovely traditional country house with pool, house and linen clean, kitchen well equipped. Great peaceful location surrounded by chickens, sheep, olive and fruit trees. Kids loved the pool and swing. Pool was cleaned and well maintained by Kostas during our stay. Kostas is a kind and friendly host who is easily contactable House is close to Skopelos town, restaurants and supermarket but would recommend a car.

Περασαμε υπεροχα, η τοποθεσια του σπιτιου ειναι ιδανικη και συνδυαζει ησυχια, θεα, προσβαση στην πλατεια σε λιγοτερο απο 10 λεπτά. Το χωριο ειναι σε σημειο οπου μπορει κανεις να επισκεφθεί πολλες διαφορετικες τοποθεσιες. Ο ιδιοκτητης ηταν πολυ φιλικος και γενναιόδωρος. Το σπιτι ηταν πεντακαθαρο, δροσερο και με ανετους χωρους. Το μπανιο ειναι καινούργιο και οι ηλεκτρικές συσκευές απολυτα λειτουργικές. Η κυρια Ειρηνη φροντισε να προνοησει για πολλα και να περιποιηθει το σπιτι αψογα. Επισης μας βοηθησε προθυμα με συμβουλες και ιδεες οταν της το ζητησαμε. Η αυλη ειναι ευρυχωρη, .με γκριλ και σημεια με σκια ολη την ημερα. Προσφέρεται για καταπληκτικες ιδιωτικές στιγμες χαλαρωσης αλλα και για διασκεδαστικες ωρες με παρεα. Ταξιδευοντας με αυτοκίνητο χρειάζεται να παρκαρει κανεις γυρω στα 100 μετρα πριν το σπιτι και να συνεχίσει περπατώντας. Αυτο ομως προσφερει την πολύτιμη ησυχια και αξιζει σίγουρα τον κοπο! Ανυπομονούμε για την επόμενη φορά!
