It was a nice place to relax and have peace. You have your own beach in front of the house and it was amazing. Very clear and the colour its magnificent. House was very very clean. The kitchen is full equipped; even the coffee and spices. Rooms were a little bit small but its okey for a summer house. The garden was amazing! The big olive tree we love it. You can say good morning to sea and the night full of stars. Hosts were very very kind. They solve our problems very friendly and we got help from them anytime we wrote. We didnt want it ends but hope to go again! İ really recommend the place from the heart

Къщата, верандата, терасата и градината са страхотни! Изкарахме си чудесно с двете ни кучета, които не спряха да тичат из градината. Единственото, което не ни допадна е близостта на магистралата и шумът от преминаващите автомобили, но може би се свиква след два-три дни:)

Le logement de Dimitris est plein de charme situé au cœur du jardin planté d’agrumes...et en plus l'emplacement vous garanti un fabuleux coucher de soleil à admirer au choix : soit de la plage au bout du jardin !...soit depuis la terrasse privative ! ...que demander de plus ...nous avons passé 3 soirées magnifiques qui nous ont permis d'explorer le Pelion et de profiter du petit bourg d’Afissos et ses commodités facilement accessible à pieds depuis la maison... Dimitris est qui plus un hôte très sympa et trs attentionné parlant français !..une carresse aussi au chien de la maison Stella*** ;) ...si nous en avons a possibilité c'est certain nous reviendrons !!!

Wir wurden mit dem Auto vom Bus abgeholt, was aufgrund des Gepäcks sehr hilfreich war, vielen Dank! Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber, die Terrasse ist mit den zwei Obstbäumen sehr bezaubernd und es kommen einige Katzen zu Besuch. :) Christos‘ Eltern wohnen ein Stockwerk höher im Haus und sind sehr nett. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen, die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt, eher außerhalb, aber nur wenige Minuten von allem entfernt.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα!!!Πολύ ευγενικός ο οικοδεσπότης,χαμογελαστός,πρόθυμος και πολύ φιλικός!!!Το σπίτι πάρα πολύ όμορφο,άνετοι χώροι,μεγάλα δωμάτια,πεντακάθαρο και εξοπλισμένο με οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί κάποιος!!!!Εννοείται ότι το προτείνω για όποιον θέλει να επισκεφθεί το Βόλο.Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!!

Liebevoll gestaltetes und eingerichtetes Haus mit Allem was man braucht bis zu Grundprodukten wie Wasser und Gewürzen sowie Waschmitteln. Es gab einen schönen großen Tisch im Freien mit Überdachung für den gemütlichen Abendausklang. Gepflegter Garten mit schöner Beleuchtung. Konstantinos war vor Ort als wir ankamen und gab uns Tips für die Umgebung. In Fussnähe gibt es nicht wirklich etwas empfehlenswertes, ein Auto ist daher unbedingt notwendig. Mit diesem kann man innerhalb einer halben Stunde sehr schöne Strände und Beach-Clubs erkunden. Große Supermärkte sind in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Unkomplizierter Check-Out. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt zu dritt!

Do not miss Themida's house when you visit Chaniotis. We were two families with kids and spent 9 unforgettable days. The place is exceptional, close to the beach and the tavernas in the city centre. You can also do BBQ on the porch if you prefer to stay in the house. Themida is super friendly and responsive. I definitely recommend this place and would be happy to visit it again.

Totul a fost superb, casa într-o zona liniștită, cu multa verdeață, priveliște atât către mare cât și către munte,gazda foarte primitoare, sociabilă, pentru noi avantajul maxim a fost că vorbește și română pe lângă engleza. Vom reveni cu siguranță. Ne-am simțit ca acasă. Mulțumim Olga, Dimitra și Iorgos!

We had great experience staying at Kurio’s Thanassis’s place. . He was very kind offering us breakfast from his allotment and meeting Meli ( the dog) The check-in was super easy sending the coordinates; he was very responsive and kind and helpful. We loved how remote the place was very peaceful very clean and very traditional.

One of the nicest airbnbs I've stayed in for a long time. Alex's Mum Argyro who lives upstairs was very communicative and was waiting for us to show us round the apartment which was comfortable and had everything we needed. Including aircon and fans as it was very hot. Argyro was welcoming, thoughtful without being invasive throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. She arranged a taxi to the airport and was helpful when we needed advice about ferries. It's the perfect location as its 10 minutes walk from the town and 10 minutes from Megali Ammos which is a sandy and shallow beach complete with lovely bars and places to eat if you don't want the hustle and bustle of town. The garden was the best thing, we spent a lot of time there gazing out to sea!! We had a bakery round the corner and everything was very walkable, bus stops very close. Her dog tigre was lovely and no troubl. Skiathos is beautiful. I totally recommend this airbnb and the host and would return again.

The apartment is spacious and well designed. We appreciated the availability for an early check in. The location is ideal if you want to visit several beaches on both sides of Sithonia. There is Tallata camping beach at about 140 m and Kalamitsi beach is also within walking distance. The apartment is pretty well equipped.

Un lugar muy cómodo y lindo para alojarse por unos días. Muy bien ubicado. Mary nos recomendó de todo y nos ayudó con nuestras dudas. Nos encontramos con la mamá de ella qu también nos ayudó muchisimo, muy amable. Sumamente recomendado!

Bardzo dobrze położony apartament, blisko sklepu i drogi głównej, a jednocześnie kilkaset metrów do plaży. Czysty i chłodny w upalne dni. Cisza I dwa tarasy. Dobrze wyposażony w przybory kuchenne.

Blitzsauber. Gut ausgestatte Küche. 50m vom Strand. Tolle Gastgeber-Familie. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Just come back from a weeks stay. Dennis was great and met us from our taxi as the apartment is not accessible by vehicle 2 min walk). Loved the apartment and the balcony at back and front. Loved the location which was 2 min walk to restaurants and 3 min walk to port. Would stay again

We had a very nice stay at Xenophon’s place, everything was great and as described, super clean and he and his wife were very friendly, they allowed us to check in at a more flexible time. The location is perfect. Definitely recommend this place and I would stay there again :)

Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα μόλις δέκα λεπτά με τα πόδια απο το κέντρο του Βόλου. Μεγάλη διευκόλυνση το ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ. Καθαρό, άνετο, ευρύχωρο με ωραία θέα. Φτάσαμε αρκετά νωρίτερα απο την ώρα άφιξης και η Σταματία με μεγαλη προθυμία μας απέτρεψε την διαμονή. Θα το προτιμούσα ξανά σε μια ενδεχόμενη νέα επίσκεψη στο Βόλο. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ

Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα. Καθαρό και με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Σε πάρα πολύ βολική τοποθεσία. Θα το ξαναπροτιμούσαμε.

Communication with Katerina was straightforward, super friendly and fast. The apartment is equipped as described and is close to many restaurants and bars, but far enough away to not hear any of it at night and sleep peacefully. Our highlight was the breathtaking view of the sea from the spacious balcony and that it is only a few meters to go swimming. Highly recommended.

Die Unterkunft von Maria war ein Traum. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Skopelos - vor allem dank ihrer Wohnung. Die Lage mitten in Skopelos Stadt war super, um alles zu Fuß erkunden zu können. Auf dem kleinen Balkon konnte man den Tag entspannt beginnen und ausklingen lassen und dabei das Treiben auf den Straßen beobachten. Maria hat uns viele tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt auf der Insel geschickt, hat immer schnell geantwortet bei Fragen und war einfach unfassbar herzlich. Das gilt auch für ihre Eltern, die uns mit unseren Koffern im Regen abgeholt und zur Wohnung gebracht haben. Die Wohnung wurde regelmäßig blitzblank sauber gemacht und mit neuen Handtüchern etc. versorgt. Wir können einen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen 🥰

Makis hat unsere kleinsten Ansprüche und Wünsche erfüllt und so hat unser Urlaub erleichtert. Er ist freundlich,ruhig und hat wichtigeRatschläge und Empfehlungen für jeden. sein Aparthotel werden wir nur weiterempfehlen. Der Strand vor seinem Haus war der beste von allen in Sithonia.

Ο Αχιλλέας και η μητέρα του ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και άμεσοι στην επικοινωνία τους. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο και όπως φαίνεται στις εικόνες. Η γειτονιά ήταν ήσυχη και βρήκαμε εύκολα πάρκινγκ. Θα ήθελα να ήταν λίγο πιο κόντα στο κέντρο.

Ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία, ο χώρος είναι άψογος για τις ανάγκες μας στην πόλη, σίγουρα θα τον αναζητήσουμε σε επόμενες επισκέψεις μας

The apartment is clean, fully equipped with x2 air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher etc with indoor parking and is in very good location close to the beach/ main walkway of Pefkochori by the seaside with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, funfair games in 5 min walking distance. Crazyland waterpark, Glarokavos and Chrousso beautiful sandy beaches with clear water and not overcrowded are just 5 -7 min by drive. 0lga is a great host, was very helpful, kind and responded immediately to every enquiry. We had a lovely family vacation. Thank you Olga.
