The apartment is perfectly located to take a stroll around the city. Just a few minutes of walking and you arrive at the seaside, nice restaurants, bars or clubs. The terrace is absolutely amazing. We would definitely book the apartment again when coming back to Thessaloniki.

We had a great stay. Place is just across the most beautiful part of Agia Triada beach, where the beach is wide. There is always enough parking in front of the building, neighbours are so nice, they even served us home made cakes, and invited our kids to play with their children, you have a feeling that you are guest in a community of a kind. Dimitris is very responsive and agile, he provided all the important information in a timely manner. The place is not luxury, but it has all commodities you may need. Bathroom is quite new, and kitchen is much better equiped then in average accomodation in Greece. You will find plenty of cooking utensils, plates, dishes, everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, although a bit small for European standards, but that is the same in whole Greece. It is very peaceful at night, you can only hear sounds from nature and one can really relax. Balconies are great, with sea view and a lot of space. We really enjoyed staying at Dimitris's place.

Spazioso ed arredato con gusto, oltre alla posizione centralissima, che permette di muoversi a piedi nel centro città, in una zona piena di ristoranti e caffè, la caratteristica impareggiabile di questo appartamento è una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Host gentile, sempre reattivo a qualsiasi richiesta, accolta positivamente e con tono amichevole. Top!

Gerçekten harika bir muhitte harika bir evde o kadar keyifli vakit geçirdik ki herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebiliriz. Özellikle ev sahibi Konstantinos çok çok yardımcıydı, bir daha olsa yine aynı evde kalırım.

Sehr helle, sonnige Dachterrassen - Wohnung im Herzen von Thessaloniki. Ariadne ist eine sehr professionelle, freundliche Gastgeberin mit ausgezeichneter Kommunikation. Meine Kommunikation bei der Anreise war durch mein Verständnis und schlechte Internetverbindung schwierig. Ariadne hat trotzdem mit Engelsgeduld gewartet und den Check in perfekt realisiert. Die Wohnung ist in perfekter Lage mitten in Thessaloniki, ideal um die Stadt kennenzulernen. Besonders gut hat uns die große Terrasse gefallen. Die Wohnung ist trotz ihrer zentralen Lage sehr ruhig und privat, da ganz oben im Haus. Wir waren mit einem kleinen Hund unterwegs. Ich würde dieses Apartment jeder Zeit wieder buchen und kann es ganz klar und mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Great place, great host. For my personal preference, some more kitchen cutlery would be great, especially kitchen knives. Everything woking in top condition. I would come back anytime.

We had a wonderful stay at Milens‘! A fantastic base to venture from. Milen is exceptionally kind, helpful, accommodating and really funny. Felt like we were staying over at an old friend. We really loved our time at Milens and would recommend anytime!

We stayed at this wonderful place for the second time, and it was just as amazing as we remembered. The tranquility and unique charm make it the perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind and relax. The surroundings are serene, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed us to fully recharge. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We can't recommend this place enough and look forward to returning again in the future.

The beautiful house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Free parking spots are available for multiple cars. The house is fully equipped and it is very cozy. Perfect place for a family vacation. The beach is 5 minutes away by walk. Plenty of taverna's and beach bars are accessable on foot (5 min away). The hosts, Eva and her daughter were super friendly. They helped us with everything we needed. Thank you very much for your hospitality and hope to see you next summer!

Als je opzoek bent naar een rustige vakantie heb je zeker de juiste accommodatie gevonden, op het terrein zelf is het erg rustig. Mocht je de drukte willen zoeken is Thessaloniki minder dan een uur rijden. Verder zijn er in de nabij liggende dorpjes ook veel restaurantjes en supermarkten te vinden. Winkels om te shoppen zijn er niet echt, dan zou je toch echt naar Thessaloniki stad moeten. Strand is hartstikke prachtig, wel zijn er veel stenen en is de trap best wel lang (en vermoeiend)

If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful and relaxing place to stay, this is your place! I and my family were surprised at how beautiful everything was. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and looked after. I could not find anything of fault . Perhaps the beach was not as sandy as it could have been. The water had loads of stones and we avoided it. But that did not take away from the serenity of the place.

Everything was so wonderful in this little paradise. The villa is fully fenced offering total privacy and comfort. We truly appreciated the spacious and well equipped interiors, as well as the vibrat pool-garden. The location is a lovely beachy neighborhood with endless shores and views of pure nature.

Ίσως από τα καλύτερα που έχω επισκεφθεί στην περιοχή, με όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζεσαι και με το παραπάνω. Καθαρός χώρος, προνομιακή θέση δίπλα στο μετρό και στη Νέα παραλία αλλά και σε κάθε χρήσιμο κατάστημα. Τεράστιο και άνετο κρεβάτι, Σούπερ smart τηλεόραση, κλιματισμός και ήσυχη βεράντα.

Από την πρώτη στιγμή ήταν όλα αναλυτικότατα, με ευκολία σε όλα τα απαραίτητα για την διαμονή μας. Στο σπίτι όλα ήταν άψογα, καθαρά και περιποιημένα, όπως ακριβώς θέλαμε να είναι για να νιώσουμε σαν το σπίτι μας. Θα το επιλέξω και στο μέλλον σίγουρα.

Very close to the center of the city, clean and perfectly equipped apartment for couples. The hosts are very nice and responsive. We definitely recommend it!!

We had a great stay. The apartment is newly renovated and the furniture inside is brand new as well. First thing I noticed when we got in is how clean it was, the bathroom as well. It contains all the kitchen appliances one might need as well as a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle etc. We were staying at the end of March, so the weather was cold in the afternoons and at night time, however inside the apartment was very cosy and warm thanks to heating system installed. The balcony offers a million dollar view to the sea both daily and at night, especially when on the right hand side you can see the lights of multi million Thessaloniki. One big advantage of the balcony is that there are no caffès or restaurants in front of it, so it's perfect for relaxation any time of the day. There are an abundance of caffès and restaurants at walking distance. The owner Maria greeted us on arrival and was very helpful with the information she provided prior and at arrival.

This place deserves nothing less than a 5.0 star rating. If it is available for your dates book it now! The hosts respond to messages in minutes and are super helpful to every request. The view is stunning with the waters edge literally about 50m from the balcony. The apartment is very very well equipped, tastefully decorated. We were there in winter and the heating was very comfortable. It is up two steep flights of stairs but the hosts helped carry bags up and offered to carry down.
