Παρα πολύ καλη εξυπηρέτηση!!! Και ο οικοδεσποτης φιλικος!!!

Ευχαριστος οικοδεσποτης,φιλικος, με κατανοηση. Καλος ανθρωπος. Το σπιτι ειχε ολα οσα χρειαζεται ενα νοικοκυριο. Εμεινα περιπου 2 εβδομαδες και οταν ξαναρθω θα αναζητησω τον ιδιο χωρο. Πλεονεκτημα μεγαλο που επιτρεπονται και τα ζωα. Ιντερνετ γρηγορο,τηλεοραση με πολλα καναλια, κηπος,αυλη,ιδιωτικοτητα.

Άψογο κατάλυμα και design!! Πεντακάθαρο, άμεση επικοινωνία με την Αναστασία! Ευγενικότατη! Ένα μικρό θεματάκι είναι μόνο το παρκάρισμα στην συγκεκριμένη περιοχή, όμως όλα ξεχνιούνται με γλυκά απ το ζαχαροπλαστείο παρακάτω! 😋😋

Μπορώ να πω ότι πήγα και ήταν σαν να είμαι σπίτι μου ότι και να χρειάστηκα η κυρία Μαρία μου απαντούσε μέσα σε λίγα δευτερόλεπτα και ήθελε να είναι σίγουρη ότι όλα ήταν καλά και ήταν πολύ ευγενική το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!

Δευτερη φορα στον ιδιο χωρο ολα αψογα θα ξαναερθουμε

Nice apartment with garden, next to the beach with lots of tavernas nearby. It was a bit difficult to find the apartment because it is in a row with very similar ones. You cannot park your car in front of the apartment, but there is a parking nearby. Nice and cozy space. Good communication with the landlord.

Idyllic place to stay and relax, close to all necessary amenities. Friendly host, you couldn't ask for more.

We had a wonderful stay at Milens‘! A fantastic base to venture from. Milen is exceptionally kind, helpful, accommodating and really funny. Felt like we were staying over at an old friend. We really loved our time at Milens and would recommend anytime!

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

Къщата е страхотна, особено барбекю зоната. Бяхме 6 възрастни, 3 деца и едно куче. Вътре беше чисто и подредено. Като недостатък мога кажа че едното легло в едната спалня което е твърде малко за двама души и би било възможно да се сложи по голямо такова. Също това че има една тоалетна и липсата на съдомиялна причинява неудобство. Домакинът беше много отзивчив и отговаряше бързо!

One of the best airbnbs I ever stayed in! The pool and the house all in all are very clean and beautiful. The Host is a really friendly guy and there was a lot of complementary stuff in the apartment. We were really sad that we could only stay one day.

ev tum ihtiyaclara cevap verebilecek donanimdaydi. konum olarak merkeze ve yemek yerlerine yakin bir bolgedeydi. cevrede ihtiyaclari karsilayabilcek marketler vardi.arac ile gidilirse tek soru cevrede park yeri bulmakta yasanabilir.

The accommodation was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The hostess was a great communicator and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to others and would happily stay here again in the future. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Nice accommodation for what you pay. The location is one of the best. Communication with the host was my best so far.

Its a very cosy Appartement in Ano Poly, the old town. The view is great from the Balkony. Here you can have a orginal Greek feeling in a big town like Saloniki. The check in and out was esay. Konstantinos was always very friendly an helpful to get a taxi to the airport. This Trip in Konstantinios appartement was a feeling to visit a friend at his home. I will come next time again.

πολύ καλή διαμονή, άριστα εξοπλισμένο κ πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα. σίγουρα θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή όταν επισκεφτούμε ξανά την Θεσσαλονίκη!

Ένα ζεστό σπιτικό ιδανικό για οικογένειες.Μια πολύ όμορφη και ασφαλής γειτονιά με όλα όσα χρειαστηκαμε διαθεσιμα κοντά μας.Η ιδιοκτήτρια πολύ εξυπηρετικη και διαθέσιμη σε ότι χρειάστηκε.Σ ευχαριστώ πολύ Ιωάννα για την φιλοξενία.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, ήσυχο και πάνω από όλα καθαρό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι ένας αξιαγάπητος άνθρωπος που ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επισκεπτόμουν ξανά.
