Das Air BnB war sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Gastgeber waren immer gut zu erreichen und haben sehr schnell auf meine Anfragen reagiert. Das Verhältnis zu Preis Leistung ist fair. Empfehlenswert.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house, just a minute away from the beach and surrounded by exotic restaurants. The beach was peaceful, the water was clear, and it had shallow areas, perfect for relaxing. Parking was not an issue, there is a plenty of spaces. The house itself was incredibly clean and spacious, with multiple terraces and bathrooms, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very kind and provided detailed information about the house and nearby attractions. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich schön und sehr günstig, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand, zum Bus und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr gute Kommunikation, Lina hat sofort geantwortet und bei allem geholfen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub:)

This place deserves nothing less than a 5.0 star rating. If it is available for your dates book it now! The hosts respond to messages in minutes and are super helpful to every request. The view is stunning with the waters edge literally about 50m from the balcony. The apartment is very very well equipped, tastefully decorated. We were there in winter and the heating was very comfortable. It is up two steep flights of stairs but the hosts helped carry bags up and offered to carry down.

Absolutely loved our stay! This beautiful flat was the perfect getaway. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views and easy access to local beach and restaurants. The house itself was incredibly clean, modern, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The look of the building is not as prestine as the inside but that didn't matter to us. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We met a wonderful lady neighbour who helps feed those 17 cats living in their parking lot😊( A dream for cat lovers like us). The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Angelina went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay and provided us a welcome drink. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We extended our stay for another night and was charged a bit more for that additional night. Other than that, we loved our stay.

Great spot for a quick visit to the outskirts of Thessaloniki (only 15 minutes drive from the airport). The apartment is equipped with everything you need and there's a little grocery store right around the corner. The internet works well and it was easy to take work calls. Nice restaurants in the area with delicious fresh fish. It was lovely to walk up and down the seaside promenade at night and fall asleep to the lapping sound of the sea. The perfect spot to unwind and reintegrate after an eventful island holiday.

Ev, tam olarak fotograflarda gözüktüğü gibiydi. Ekstra olarak istediklerimizide hemen tedarik edildi. Konum olarak, sakin ve huzur dolu bir yer. Denize yürüme mesafesinde ve deniz cok güzeldi. Diğer koylara gitmek içinde yine güzel bir konumdaydı. Cok yakında ihtiyaclarınızı karsılayabileceğiniz market var. Ev sahibi dost canlısı ve cok yardımsever. Sürekli iletişim halindeydik. Sonraki tatillerde kesinlikle yine düşüneceğim bir yer.

Κεντρικό διαμέρισμα,, κοντά στην Νίκης και την πλατεία Αριστοτέλους. Πολύ κοντά σε πάρκινγκ, πιάτσα ταξί και στάση λεωφορείου και μετρό. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ήσυχο και η διαρρύθμιση πολύ καλή. Εξαιρετική η επικοινωνία με τους υπεύθυνους.Όλα ήταν καθαρά και περιποιημένα. Σχέση τιμής και ποιότητας πολύ καλή. Μόνο το στρώμα μου έδωσε την εντύπωση ότι έχει αρχίσει να παλιώνει ενώ καλό θα ήταν το πάπλωμα να μπαίνει σε παπλωματοθήκη και όχι μόνο πάνω από ένα σεντόνι που εύκολα φεύγει από τη θέση. Γενικά όμως το διαμέρισμα άφησε πολύ θετικές εντυπώσεις μ

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Very nice place and friendly host. Just 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minute drive to Nea Plagia beach and taverns.

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Giannis was a lovely host. He met us at check-in and showed us around the house. He was friendly and welcoming, sharing clear instructions. He sent us recommendations for restaurants and informed us where to buy our groceries. Giannis also replied to my queries quickly and sorted things immediately. The house is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities we needed. There's open plan living downstairs, but with distinct sections between the kitchen, dining table and lounge. The rooms are clean and fresh. The kitchen has good appliances, plus we did laundry in the washing machine in the upstairs bathroom. The TV has a Smart Hub, so we could watch Amazon Prime. The floors are all tiled, so guests may want to bring slippers for the cold or flipflops for summer to walk indoors. The water and heating worked well. It was easy to find, with plenty of parking. The area is quiet and the house is setback from the road, so no car noise. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book here again.

We enjoyed our holidays on Simos place and hope that as soon as possible! October was good period to enjoy the sun, sea and also the beach which is on the Simos courtyard :). The view is magnificient!

Der Aufenthalt bei savvas war ganz wunderbar. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Vorstellungen und sie war zudem sehr leicht zu erreichen. Restaurants, Cafés sowie die Innenstadt waren fußläufig erreichbar. Ebenfalls toll war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war das Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I had an AMAZING stay here. The place is very nice with an amazing seaview. I very much appreciate the attention to details in the flate. The location of the flate is consideried the fancy part of Thessiloniki with a lot of nice resturants. Finally, our host Anastasia is a lovely person. Her instructions were clear and even gave us some recommendations about where to go and what to do. Would definitely come back if i have another chance.

it's hard to put into words the quality of the place and above that, our host. The apartment is GORGEOUS! every single detail is taken care of, modern, and we'll maintained. The views are unreal. There is a hot tub outside on the deck overlooking the water and there is a deep tub for bubble baths inside at the window overlooking the port! this was one of the cleanest air bnb my husband and I stayed at. We came for our anniversary and were greeted with a gorgeous balloon and some drinks set up for us. The overhead speakers gave a nice vibe as we were able to play music throughout the apartment, the bed was Soooooo comfortable. instructions for everything were clearly written out, even with pictures so it was incredibly easy to use. As incredible as the apartment was, the host was even more incredible! Sofia was so responsive and kind well before we even got to Thessaloniki. She took so much time to give us places to go and answer EVERYTHING. hand down the best host we've EVER had!!

We had a great stay. The apartment is newly renovated and the furniture inside is brand new as well. First thing I noticed when we got in is how clean it was, the bathroom as well. It contains all the kitchen appliances one might need as well as a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle etc. We were staying at the end of March, so the weather was cold in the afternoons and at night time, however inside the apartment was very cosy and warm thanks to heating system installed. The balcony offers a million dollar view to the sea both daily and at night, especially when on the right hand side you can see the lights of multi million Thessaloniki. One big advantage of the balcony is that there are no caffès or restaurants in front of it, so it's perfect for relaxation any time of the day. There are an abundance of caffès and restaurants at walking distance. The owner Maria greeted us on arrival and was very helpful with the information she provided prior and at arrival.

Am avut norocul să închiriez un apartament de la George și pot spune cu toată sinceritatea că a fost o experiență excelentă. George este un proprietar atent, comunicativ și mereu dispus să ajute. Apartamentul a fost exact cum era descris – curat, bine întreținut și dotat cu toate cele necesare pentru un trai confortabil. Am apreciat foarte mult seriozitatea și promptitudinea cu care George a răspuns la orice întrebare sau solicitare. Este clar că pune accent pe relația de încredere cu chiriașii săi, ceea ce este rar și extrem de valoros. Recomand cu toată căldura colaborarea cu George pentru oricine caută un apartament de închiriat. Mulțumesc încă o dată, George, pentru tot sprijinul oferit!

Gerçekten harika bir muhitte harika bir evde o kadar keyifli vakit geçirdik ki herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebiliriz. Özellikle ev sahibi Konstantinos çok çok yardımcıydı, bir daha olsa yine aynı evde kalırım.

We verbleven 9 nachten in het appartement. We waren vooral te spreken over de praktische, nieuwe, moderne en schone accomodatie. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Er werden op ons verzoek vanwege het lange verblijf extra handdoeken gebracht. De ligging maakt dat je veel te voet kunt bereiken, en anders is de bushalte dichtbij. Het havengebied voor de deur biedt een leuk schouwspel. Het is een levendige buurt en dat geeft natuurlijk omgevingsgeluid en levendigheid. Hier heb je binnen weinig hinder van. We hadden ons niet gerealiseerd dat op de begane grond een nachtclub was. Deze was tijdens ons verblijf 3 nachten open, het geluidsniveau was acceptabel. We konden er doorheen slapen. We hebben veel van de stad gezien en konden ons in het appartement goed ontspannen. Het was de prijs zeker waard en we raden deze accomodatie in Thessaloniki dan ook aan.
