Centrally located within all the great things to see in the region, this home is one of the more spectacular I have ever had he chance to use via airbnb. The chateau and its property are beautiful and the hosts are helpful, very friendly and welcoming. Inside is well presented and will provide you with a cosy and warm environment. The smaller room for the kids was LOVED by our two and they even have a cupboard with toys and games for a rainy day in. Highly recommend!

Charlotte's house is just as lovely as it looks in the listing. We were welcomed by a roaring fire and a friendly welcome too. Really beautiful house and very cosy!

We verbleven met 7 personen en een baby een weekend in Le Tulipier. We werden warm ontvangen door Chantal. Het verblijf is eenvoudig te bereiken via openbaar vervoer (treinstation Waremme op wandelafstand), al is een auto wel makkelijk voor de verplaatsing naar wandelingen in de (nabije) omgeving. Het verblijf was voorzien van alles voor een weekend én voor de baby. Daarnaast was het ook zeer rustig.

Wir waren 6 Tage als Familie in dieser ungewöhnlichen Location. Der Ort an sich hat schon einen Wow-Effekt, ist sehr privat gelegen und während unseres Urlaubs erschienen mir die anderen Gäste rundrum eher "unsichtbar". Den Pool konnten wir ungestört nutzen und auch sonst ist das Gelände weitläufig. Die Wohnung insgesamt hat uns gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war gut, so dass uns nichts gefehlt hat. Insgesamt fanden wir das Mobiliar teilweise unnötig und einige Räume waren einfach zu überladen, die großen Schränke klauen den kleinen Räumen viel Platz, leider waren sie aber mit Wäsche voll, so dass wir unsere Koffer nicht richtig auspacken konnten. Für warmes Wasser benötigt man in den oberen Etagen etwas Geduld, aber darüber muss man sich in historischen Gebäuden bewusst sein. Marie war vor, während und nach unserer Reise stets erreichbar. Auch wenn wir uns nicht persönlich begegnet sind, verlief unser Aufenthalt sehr harmonisch.

La maison de Sonia et Alexandre est merveilleuse - Belle bâtisse nichée dans un jardin très bien entretenu - tres belle décoration ramenée des nombreux voyages de cette famille d’aventuriers Nos enfants ont aimé s’occuper des animaux de la propriété (chats, poules et chien - tous très gentils) Les petits déjeuners, déjeuners et dîners dans le jardin sont particulièrement agréables et permettent d’apprécier la vue sur la vallée Les équipements sont très appréciables (barbecue, table de ping pong, mobilier de jardin entre autre) Parmi les points forts : la salle de bain exceptionnelle installée dans la verrière - la cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle, très lumineuse La maison était très propre à notre arrivée Nous recommandons sans hésitations

Un très joli cadre pour quelques jours en amoureux ! le logement est très calme et bien tenu, Christel est présente et attentionnée pour ses hôtes avec des recommandations sur les environs. Attention cependant si vous restez plusieurs jours, il n'y a pas de cuisine équipée, uniquement un micro-ondes et une bouilloire + cafetière pour le petit-déjeuner.

We had a lovely peaceful stay at Camille's home. Looked incredible, and the place is so quirky it was an adventure as well as a break from the mad world. The area was so quiet and the amenities were very good. We already recommended it to a friend whilst we were still there. It has an obvious appeal to young children, but I would suggest a few additions to make it child friendly and safe. Camille was very helpful, and we would definitely go back.

Eine zauberhafte Unterkunft! Mit viel Platz für alle!

The property was absolutly wonderful, the photos don’t do it justice! I particularly appreciated the garden with its beautiful array of trees and patches of forest. The estate was so vast I dont think we made it to the edge. The house was extremly private and out of sight of any neighbours. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, so were the beds. I was working online and the internet connection was good, even with multiple connections, with a very nice dedicated workspace. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable, with enough crockery for a banquet! While I was there the trees were ripe with fruit and we were treated to pears, apples, rasberries, blackberries, stawberries, grapes and more. The chickens generously provided us with fresh eggs every morning and the peacocks were not only beautiful to watch but also friendly. Not to talk about the wild forna including squirels, pheasents, woodpekers and other small birds… It was a pleasure meeting Philippe who not was an excellent host; showing us around the property and being helpful with our questions, but also an excellent cook, perparing traditional french food for us per our request. He was fun to be around. Overall a great experience, we are already planning when we can visit again!

Merci beaucoup pour ce magnifique logement, il est bien situé dans un hameau calme, il est très bien aménagé et très joli. La douche est vraiment impressionnante. We had a really good time at the Castle, kids were very excited and the property had so much to do and explore 2 nights feels less..it's very well preserved and will come back for sure

We had such a lovely long weekend strolling the grounds and observing the peacock flock. The house itself was well-appointed and made us feel right at home. We met Mr Charles, the landlord, who was gracious enough to share some of the history of the chateau and that of the generations that inhabited it. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return, as well as recommend it to friends. Truly a special place. There is also a larger apartment available if you are traveling with more guests. Thank you again, Mr. Charles!

This property was amazing and so very French in design and furnishing. it was easy to get into Paris and to Disneyland. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. The grounds are delightful and the little village picturesque. The place suited all of us from the 7 year old to the 70 year olds. We would revisit.

Très beau château, les enfants ont adoré la piscine. Literie confortable. Bettina nous a donné plein de conseils sur les visites locales (en anglais via WhatsApp)
