Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a un lago en Þingeyjarsveit

After a long snowy drive from Reykjavík, we arrived at Haraldur's home and were greeted by him at the front door. He and his home are lovely and he showed us around the property which made us feel very welcomed and at home. His home is well looked after and cared for with amazing views all around. Our favourite part is definitely the private geothermal pool in the backyard and is well worth the cold walk from the front door to the pool. There is a local restaurant and a small shop nearby and the house is located close to Akureyri, Husavik, Godafoss and the rest of the Diamond Circle. It was very nice to chat with Haraldur under the Northern Lights. We would highly recommend staying here and if we're ever looking for a place to stay in Northern Iceland again, this is where we'll be :)

C est comme à la maison dans une belle maison où tout est fait pour le confort . Et en plus ! 1 piscine naturelle à 40 degrés sous les étoiles , 1 autre aménagée pour se rafraîchir.. et des hôtes charmants. Un incontournable

Alejandro was a great host, very friendly, responsive, felt very welcome in his home. Everything is exactly as advertised, a great place to stay to check out all the attractions in the Myvatn area

Des hôtes chaleureux et accueillants! Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, très confortable, très cosy, nous avons vraiment apprécié les lieux. La literie très confortable, tout était très propre et la cuisine spacieuse est exceptionnelle ! Sabine et son mari sont vraiment adorables! Le cadre de nature autour de cette maison était très agréable et à 10 minutes seulement de la cascade de Godafoss et 45 minutes du Lac Mývatn. Un séjour inoubliable !

Soggiorno fantastico nella casa di Alejandro, host molto reattivo e amichevole, la casa aveva tutto come previsto. Posizione consigliata per esplorare la zona.

The house was perfect for our needs (we are a family of 7)- even big! Kitchen was great and the location was beautiful! Highly recommend!

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in einer sauberen und großen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung zu übernachten. Die Wohnung war äußerst geräumig und sehr gepflegt, was sofort einen positiven Eindruck hinterließ. Die Einrichtung war stilvoll und bot eine angenehme Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage: Die Boote für die Walbeobachtung sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Für den Weg zum Supermarkt wäre aber ein Auto ratsam. Insgesamt waren wir äußerst zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay here. The area around the Lake Myvatn is amazing! The apartment was very clean, well maintained and everything worked well. The contact is super nice. It's more expensive than the other apartments on our route through northern Iceland, but this is made up for by the great location right on the lake.

The apartment was great! The view from the front is directly on the pseudocraters and the view from the back is amazing too. The owners are great and they were always available if we needed something. We even got stranded in the snow at some point and they helped us get our car out. All with a big smile! I would love to go back one day. Thanks so much!

Our stay here was very comfortable. This was the best equipped of all the kitchens and apartment in general of all the bnb’s we stayed at. Warm and cosy with the underfloor heating. Very easy to find just on the road 85. Highly recommend. Cute cheeky puppies too 🥰
