This property was an amazing value! Jennifer and Jose were incredibly communicative even before I checked in, with a full on local guide sent to me before our group arrived in Bushkill. And when issues arose during our stay they were helpful and understanding. It is a beautiful property with plenty of space for everyone. Clean bathrooms, immaculate kitchen - everything just like the photos. Can’t recommend this place enough.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Jonathan’s home for our Valentine’s Day weekend. The house was beautiful and the views were amazing. Jonathan checked in on us to see if we had everything we needed and recommend local restaurants and places to visit he even gave us the time we should wake up to enjoy the sunrise which we did. All in all the trip was a 10/10 and we can’t wait to return!

Great place. loved the pool table, darts and shall shuffleboard. lots of good wineries and cider places within 25 mins. pennings is our fav. didn't use the hot tub so couldn't comment but looked nice and private. driveway is steep but easily driveable. recommended. also didn't have coffee filters and they paid for some to be delivered same day! sweet.

First of all, the design is incredible, every corner of this house is made with love. Each room is so beautiful that you want to look at everything. The feeling in the house is as if it is hugging you, it is impossible not to relax in this house. The most important thing is that it is light, it is spacious, it is incredibly beautiful. We were there for two days and never ceased to be amazed at how beautiful everything is, how cozy everything is. How much Garret cares about his guests, all kinds of dishes that only exist were in the kitchen, as a compliment he left us delicious wine, it was very nice. And it should also be noted that the house was perfectly clean. The kitchen had all the spices and different types of oil, I was very surprised by this. This beautiful and private home was very clean, stylish and comfortable. We really enjoyed the very clean hot tub and slept well in the comfortable king bed. Anya was responsive and communicated well. Our stay was great and we would recommend this place for sure!

Everything was great! Host were very friendly & respond quickly, any problems that we had they try to resolve them as quickly as they could! House was very well equipped definitely would stay again, Highly Recommend!

A beautiful and thoughtfully reconstructed house. It has everything you could need to enjoy a very chill time at the house indoors and outdoors or even cook a meal in. Kid friendly.Beautiful light. Beautiful views. Very convenient location. Kind hosts. We have stayed at a few places around town but this was by far our favorite house.

The house was as advertised with plenty of space for our weekend men's retreat group of 7. We made use of the fire pit out back and the grill. Patricia was very helpful to provide us with several nearby hiking trail options. A good value for the money spent.

This home is exactly as pictured, what we REALLY loved about this home was while in the hot tub in the morning the deer strolled right beside us with not a care in the world we were there! Beautiful home, great host! Any and all questioned answered quickly. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay this is definitely worth the pay!

Awesome home right on the lake. Lots of space and beds for our group. We especially loved the big central space (huge dining table, couch and tv) for our large group to hang out and enjoy meals and downtime together. Awesome natural light and beautiful view of the lake and overall super fun and cozy. Lots of games (pop-a-shot, air hockey, pool) in the basement. Totally worth the price for a big group and would definitely visit again.

What a beautiful place to spend Christmas!! Before moving to Australia next year we wanted one more cold snowy holiday. While we didn’t have as much snow as we’d hoped, it was still an amazing stay. The house is so homey and comfortable. With two young neurodivergent kids it’s hard being in a new place and the kids room was absolutely essential to our time there. The mattress in the primary bedroom is heavenly, and the overall decor and vibe of the house were incredible with enough room for everyone to have their own space (MIL included!). The kitchen was perfectly stocked and felt like we were right at home. We made a day trip out to Hunter Mountain to go tubing and a trip down to Kingston to Aldi and Target as well. Noah and Brandon were absolutely amazing hosts, Noah was extremely responsive even before we booked, and made sure we had what we need as our trip got closer. I would absolutely make the trip again and am so thankful for the memories we made!

Perfect getaway! This serene house exceeded our expectations. Ideally located for college tours (just 1hr from SUNY Binghamton and 1hr from SUNY New Paltz). We explored nearby both colleges gems: Walkway Over the Hudson Bridge, Minnewaska State Park, and enjoyed dinner at Courtside Bar/Grill in Binghamton and “El Paso” in Highland. The house has everything needed for cooking; we loved using the indoor chimney and outdoor stove for grilling. The private creek and outdoor space are breathtaking - can't wait to return in summer! Don't hesitate to book; you won't regret it!

We had a great stay!!! Steve was very responsive! Any questions ask he would reply right away!! The house was very clean and instructions were very easy to follow checking in and checking out. The house was very peaceful no sounds from the neighbors. Safe and lots of things around to do.

Excellent place to stay at. Truly luxurious with modern fixtures and appliances. Very clean and neat with tasteful decor. Great view in the winter, extremely peaceful and private. Driveway definitely requires AWD due to ice and snow in the winter. Tons of towels and toiletries provided. Patti and Bob were so helpful and courteous. Many great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Very knowledgeable on the local trails. Wouldn't hesitate to return!

Mahmoud's accommodation was more than we could have wished for, it was perfect and had the most incredible views of the Hudson River and surrounding mountains. Mahmoud was very responsive and was able to answer all of our questions and fulfill our requests. We highly recommend his home to anyone else that's interested and we would love to make a trip back sometime in the future!

Lola's place was clean, quiet, comfy and well situated for our needs. The house is well equipped, including butter, milk and eggs in the refrigerator (nice touch). Lola is very responsive, answering any question we had in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We had a lovely stay! The place was very relaxing, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, yet still close to Woodstock. One of the highlights was seeing a family of deer right outside our window — such a special moment. The hosts were also incredibly accommodating, providing a highchair and pack ’n play for our infant, which made our stay so much easier. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness and hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway close to town.

Paula's house is epic. It is beautiful, large and perfectly equipped for a large group. Plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone with very comfortable beds, amazing large kitchen with two ovens, beautiful dining table and very large living room. Spent a weekend celebrating a birthday with friends and we never left! Not to mention the hot tub....
