Good location if you want to stay near Asiatique. Small and Cozy place place to stay with a tv area and usable kitchenette. Very comfortable bed and superb aircon. Would definitely chose to stay here again if we want to visit asiatique again. Host is responsive!

We had a great stay! The room was comfortable and clean and we felt looked after by the host, the perfect little sanctuary at the end of busy days. With a free water machine in the cafe downstairs. The location was quite a walk from the places we were visiting (35mins-1hour) but fine if like us you enjoy waking

Bon immeuble même si l'emplacement est peu pratique. Même avec les fenêtres fermé nous avions constamment le bruit des voitures sur l'autoroute. Malgré ça la propriétaire était très agréable et réactive et l'appartement était confortable.

Mo was amazing to communicate with. In a city where it can be easy to get lost she made it easier for me to get to the space whether it be by taxi or train. She was very quick to respond to any questions and always had suggestions available. A great space for a solo traveller, had all the amenities needed. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved the hospitality and the friendliness of the Host and his wife. I felt right at home throughout the stay. The location is very peaceful and has everything for a digital nomad, I stayed there for a month and loved it. It’s green all around, and well equipped. The host made daily essentials like water, beverages all available at the ground floor which was a massive upside, I really liked that touch. I didn’t have to order a pack of water every time especially since the delivery is capped at a six pack every-time. Just one small caveat (absolutely has nothing to do with the property just a FYI for anyone who is scared of stray dogs) when you go outside the property, there are a pack of wild stray dogs at the only narrow road that connects the main road. So at night it gets scary and I was followed and barked at and the road has no footfall at night. They also follow while you cycle from and to the place. But overall, absolutely recommend for the price, no brainer!

War ein sehr toller Aufenthalt. Check-In und Check-Out ist flexibel und ohne Probleme. Supermarkt befindet sich direkt in der Nähe. Zimmer sieht auf wie auf den Bildern. War wirklich sehr gut!

Very nice host, picked us up at the bus station. Everything went smoothly. The apartment is as described. Location is great, if you don’t want to walk to the BTS you can always take the shuttle. We would stay here again.

The :condo is in a great location. Walkable to the skytrain. The house could have been cleaner. Dust and hair in the furniture. Many of the lights and plugs and lights do not work.

We are actually unfortunate when we arrived to bangkok because the elevator/lift was under maintenance, But the host made sure to let her staff help us bringing our luggage to the 5th floor. The lift now is working well,it was operating already on the day of our check out 🤭 Thank you to our dear host for being responsive and helpful, The unit is cozy and clean. Easy Check in and Check out. Highly recommended ♥️

Nice and big house. Microwave, fridge, washing machine, dryer, air fryer, water boiler all included. This house have everything we needed. Room Aircond cold enough. Cooler fan at living room. We sleep four persons. The price so worth it for four of us. This place very safe. At night many food sell at the junction. Thai hotpot and chicken rice so yummy and price so cheap.

Patchara is really a great guy and superb host! Always answering quickly and trying to help. The Apt itself is clean and in a quiet area. The next MRT/BTS Stations are a few minutes by Grab-Bike away. Theres a little eatary and a caffeteria right 50 meters in front of the building. And a laundry service and 7-11 a few minutes in walking distance. The internet was really fast so I was able to work remote (Company in Germany). I really recommend this apt if you are not eager to live in the City center. Its quiet and really cheap.

Sinra was very responsive, helpful and patient. Check in was easy. Apartment is just as it appears in the photos. It has a convenient location with nearby public transportation and restaurants. Building has two gyms and two swimming pools, with a fantastic view of Bangkok from the top floor. Great place to stay!

KK & Sharon haven been test helpful and responsive throughout my stay. The room is spacious and I feel like home while staying here. Highly recommend to those who want to come and visit Bangkok.

Nivit was the best!! He provide us with free shuttle to and from his place to airport. Our flight was rescheduled but he incredibly great and give us place. The room was spacious on the top of the building i feel like in penthouse. it's way beyond my expectations. Definitely will go back to Nivit's place

Hoorays Wohnung ist wunderschön, ruhig und dennoch mitten in der Stadt gelegen. Von der Phaya Thai Station Airport rail link Endstation sowie BTS Station nur knapp 10 min. zu Fuß ist die Wohnung perfekt gelegen, um mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr die ganze Stadt ohne Stress erkunden zu können. Siam Paragon, Centralworld sind direkt über einen schönen kurzen Fußweg via Chartrium erreichbar und „hinter“ der Wohnung liegt der Pratuman Night Matket in nur knapp 5 min. zu Fuß. Die Wohnung hat einen fantastischen Blick ins Grüne (dahinter erst die obligatorischen Hochhäuser / tolle Skyline) und ist eine absolute Ruheoase. Dank gefiltertem Wasser (kleiner Hahn) bleibt einem das schleppen von Trinkwasser erspart. Hooray ist immer erreichbar und antwortet direkt. Einchecken ist dank Code einfach und unproblematisch - die Wohnanlage selbst ist ruhig und absolut sicher. Auch der Weg zu der Wohnung sind nur knapp 50 m in die Soi rein und zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit völlig unproblematisch.

We where 3 adults who really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious, well equipped with nice balconies each side. There is 24h security. The host was helpful. We asked one thing and it sorted in 10 minutes.

A private and quiet 6 floors apartment, 2units each floor. My unit has 2 rooms (with attached bathroom) and there is a toilet in the living hall; master bedroom is huge! The unit is clean and i felt like home esp i'm able to do my laundry with dryer at night. Location is in the city center but nearest BTS is 1.7km (Phom Phong) by walk. They do have buggy service (max 4pax) to send you out within a fix hours range and they offer to pick up but as i came back late, so usually i take a grab to go back. Difficult to find breakfast (need a bit of walking) in the morning if you are an early person but at night there are plenty. The check-in lady can't speak English, suggest to have your mobile with translation will ease the communication a lot. I complaint about the living hall air condition unit not working well, they fix it the same day. They come to clean your unit everyday except no new tower. I had to use the same tower for 3 days.

Great location, views and service. Found mattress to be a little hard. otherwise a nice place to stay.
