Beautiful area and cottage. Felicitas and Ron were more than helpful and made our vacation a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this home away from home. Also, in our 5 day stay — we ate five loaves of sourdough bread. We were also supplied with eggs from their laying hens. Thank you so much again for the lovely experience!

C'était notre deuxième Noël (une semaine) dans le chalet de France et nous avons tout autant apprécié. Parfait pour accueillir deux couples dont un avec trois jeunes enfants (3+3+5 ans) et grand-papa. Un petit présent nous attendait sur la table et France à pris le peine de mettre de petites décoration de Noël. Notre seul défi à été le bruit. Les pièces ne sont pas isolées du bruit donc il est possible de se dérangé facilement. Un petit défi récurrent avec de jeunes enfants. ;) Merci France!

Très beau séjour, l’arrivée c’est très bien passé, notre hôte était facile à rejoindre pour répondre à nos questions, l’emplacement est magnifique, très belle vue sur le lac et montagnes, maison propre et bien équipé, beaucoup de place pour le confort de tout le monde nous avons passé un agréable moment en famille, nous le recommandons à tous.

Wonderful weekend with some friends. We are lucky we got the stay at this beautiful cottage. It definitely has everything you would need for your little getaway. It’s the first Airbnb I see that is so well stocked. We will definitely be going back to this cottage.

A Cabin on a private lake. Temagami district

This is the 5th year we have rented Stefano's cottage. I am hard-pressed to find anything negative to say. The cottage is spectacularly beautiful, inside and out. The architecture is decidedly modern, but clearly fits in the surroundings of trees and the lake. Inside it is very cozy with neutral colours and great for either relaxing with a book and a coffee (or a bottle of wine!), a games night or an outdoor BBQ after a swim, a paddle or a hike. It is superbly quiet and a perfect place to get away from it all, yet keep the creature comforts, grocer a short drive; walking trails nearby, lakes are everywhere and the autumn leaves are nothing short of spectacular. Stefano is very accommodating in terms of providing information or answering questions, if any. We love the place so much I am hesitating to give it such a good review for fear of lots of people discovering it - I want to keep it my own hidden gem. But Stefano deserves an excellent review. Thank you Stefano, as always.

We had a wonderful 4-day, 3-night stay at this beautiful private cottage by the lake. The serene setting was perfect for a relaxing couples' getaway, with stunning views of the lake right from the deck. The cottage was spotless and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the cozy ambiance and the peaceful surroundings. We had a wonderful week at Domaine and Jasmin's vacation house. It was comfortable, had everything we needed, and we felt very welcome. We enjoyed walks to the lake and watching the sunsets, the stars at night, and the local birds. Nearby there was some very nice hiking and we also enjoyed Rouyn-Noranda and what the area had to offer. I would return again and the biggest problem was that the week went by too quickly! :)

This heritage house in Haileybury is lovely. The property is well maintained by the hosts and very enjoyable during any time of year. A cute sunroom offers a beautiful lake view to enjoy over breakfast. And the outdoor spaces offer additional views of the area.

Wonderful family getaway. Julie’s waterfront is relaxing and the shallow entry is great for swimming! The kids loved fishing out front and using the water trampoline. Super clean cottage! Thank you for an awesome week, Julie!

Great spot to spend a week with the kids/family. Fishing was great. Cabin was cozy. Beds were ok. Site manager was nice and helpful. They even provided firewood for the wood stove and fire pit. Overall we had a great time, and the hosts were very easy going. Would stay here again!

A cozy cottage with a beautiful view! It was wonderful to relax and enjoy the fireplace and also explore the area. The fenced yard was a bonus for the dogs. It’s really the perfect getaway in any season.
