What a wonderful long weekend we had here. Melanie was an excellent host and was very knowledgeable about the local area, where to eat etc. The setting was beautiful and so close to many more lovely places. The accommodation was immaculate and had everything we needed. We will be visiting again.

Lovely little cottage in a lovely area of the country. We were down to visit a friend and watch a local theatrical production but we also managed to do some walking in beautiful woodlands that were just a few minutes drive away. East Harling is a very pleasant walk away - but probably not at night - as part of the walk is on unlit roads with no pavements. Possibly a little unfairly, the location review was dropped a star for this. Mary was very friendly, responsive and provided comprehensive and accurate information. All-in-all it’s a lovely bright little cottage in a lovely tranquil location ….. I nearly forgot the hot tub - lovely touch - clean and a very welcome mode of relaxation.

We were looking for a last minute one night stay and found this little wonder…fantastic barn with everything you need even had some bread and milk and butter left for us. Our little dog loved running around in the spacious outdoor area and later in the sunshine whilst we relaxed in the hot tub. Comfy bed and great space in the bathroom with a shower. We would definitely stay here again. Lovely pub on site very friendly people. The food van was a welcome too as it was bank holiday Monday and we got some good food from him. A massive thumbs up from us 👍

We absolutely loved our stay. Like most we live at a million miles an hour so this little peaceful haven was perfect, we actually did nothing but chill in the hot tub, nap, read, sit in the sun and eat good food. We arrived on the Friday and didn’t leave again until check out. Was just what we needed! We would definitely visit again.

We had a lovely stay in this peaceful, cosy cottage. The thoughtful welcome treats and local tips helped us feel at home and the hot tub was a real luxury.

We had a perfect weekend break accommodation as described 👌. Joanna left homemade brownies that lasted all of 5 mins 😁 milk, eggs, yoghurts, vase of flowers, cream, and cookies all made the first impression Perfect. We walked throughout the large grounds used the jacuzzi, games room with toilet which had sky tv on a large screen pool table tennis table football and ice hockey game, lots of seating to watch. Very quiet and secluded area 20 25 mins from beccles local pub unfortunately we did not use. Farm shop on site with local fresh produce and everything thing you might need if you have forgotten anything. At night no light contamination so on a clear night we could see a sky full of stars planets etc. Overall perfect place Perfect accommodations and perfect guest 👌 A1.

House was really nice, the surroundings were lovely and the area was really quiet! Chloe was very accommodating when problems occurred she responded very quickly and tried to resolve them fast. Overall, quite a nice stay aside from some small issues!

We had a great couple of nights here. The cottage is perfect for a cosy stay, made even better with the addition of the log burner. The cottage is spacious, clean and has everything you need. The welcome package was a nice touch, we had a lovely breakfast the following morning. It was nice to be able to walk around the grounds too, where we saw some wildlife. Tony was a great, friendly host - answered any questions we had and also gave us recommendations for things to do locally and a bit further afield.

Watt cottage is a beautiful little cottage which makes you feel at home. The cottage was well equipped with all the essentials needed. Samantha communicated with me when needed and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend staying at Watt cottage. Thank you for a lovely stay.

What a fabulous place to stay, quiet and peaceful with a lovely courtyard are to sit out in - but go out through the gate and you are across the road from the beach or a few yards from the centre of town. We booked it when we were visiting family in the area and will hopefully do so again when we next go down.

The holiday home "Poets Corner" is perfect for a stay in the region. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is cozy, very clean and equipped with many loving details. Kenninghall is a charming place. Everything you need is there, a grocery store, a pub and a cafe. You can also go for a walk, for example to the zoo in Banham. The neighbors are very friendly. Many thanks to Marie for this lovely stay and the friendly conversation. We are now back home in Germany and will remember the beautiful Easter holiday.

Beautiful cottage - we spent quite a while just walking around and looking at all the little details :) The place itself was very well equipped, we had everything we could've possibly needed and all the rooms were cosy and comfortable. Caryn also sent some very detailed check-in instructions a few days prior and we were able to find and access the cottage with no issues. Thanks!

Well what can we say, perfect location/very very clean and tidy. Loads of lovely touches to make us welcome, it was better than a hotel. Loads to do locally and just short drives out to all the sort after locations you may needs. Make sure you go to Mrs T’s fish & chip shop in Southwold on the beach it’s a must. Everything was perfect and Kerry & Adam are lovely, what a stunning part of the world they live in. They even supplied some milk/fresh eggs/crisps/biscuits, towels/linen were scrumptious oh and the beds extremely comfortable. Basically your mad if you don’t book here👍 Matt/Zara & boys thank you again x

I stayed at jens whilst working locally. It’s situated in a beautiful part of Suffolk,extremely quiet and peaceful.the accommodation was as described giving a real homely feel.i can’t fault the service I received at all and would gladly stay there again.highly recommended.

Fantastic cottage in idyllic location. Photos do not do it justice - it’s a beautiful cottage, full of character and charm. Lovely garden too. Had a wonderful stay and communication was excellent.

Our stay at Cissy’s Cottage was everything we could have wanted and more. The place itself was so lovely, comfortable and felt like a true countryside escape. We loved every second. There are tons of stunning local walks around the area as well as a lovely, delicious farm shop just down the road. Our hosts Bev and Martin were kind, thoughtful and very helpful with local recommendations. I could not recommend this stay enough for those wanting to feel comfortable and at peace in the countryside.

This place is absolutely perfect for families. Paul and Jane are such lovely hosts making you feel so welcome before you've even got there. The cottage is cosy with a great size and well stocked kitchen. The play area next to the cottage was great with a play barn as well with loads of books and toys to choose from. The outdoor bath was perfect with such a beautiful view over the landscape. Paul and Jane have thought of everything to make the stay as brilliant as it can be. Honesty bar and freshly made pizza in the pizza oven if you're lucky. So much in the area to do as well, will definitely be coming back.

Yem's cottage was the perfect countryside stay. Plenty of parking on the gated driveway and has beautiful views of the fields from the kitchen window and private garden. The cottage was a home from home and it was spotless throughout. Yem is a great host, very responsive and provided baby stair gates and a high chair. The coast is reachable within an hour too. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

Excellent stay in a beautiful home, right in the heart of a pretty Suffolk village. The house itself is full of character and has all the amenities you'd expect for the perfect visit. We couldn't speak highly enough of Sarah and the welcome she gave us.

We had a very relaxing 4 night stay here. A peaceful location with friendly hosts. Brookes cottage was a great base for exploring the area. A comfy bed and good shower and a lovely garden to relax in after a day out.
