We had such a lovely family retreat. The lot size was VERY spacious and had room for many outdoor activities. That said, it would have been amazing to have a fenced in yard for our dogs, but we knew what we were getting into. Everything was clean and organized. Being right on the water was amazing! The kids were able to play by the shore and we were all able to enjoy the water. I had a wonderful long weekend here. The environment is fantastic, and my friend and I felt very comfortable staying in the house for two days. Even though we encountered a snowstorm, we were able to relax comfortably in the house. I highly recommend the hot tub; it was amazing to enjoy the snowy scenery while sipping on a warm drink. Most importantly, the host was very thoughtful and responsible. Not only did they treat us to a bottle of white wine, but they also promptly fixed the hot tub the next day when it wasn't heating up properly. I feel that booking this house was excellent value for the money!"

We had an amazing stay at Sean’s place. The host was fast to respond and very helpful. The location was beautiful and we loved being able to have a fire or two while we were there. The house was perfect and everything was very clean! I would definitely stay here again!!

Dennis was extremely helpful and very friendly. he owns the GSE performance 3 doors down so he is easily accessible, we got to meet him and he was right on top of plowing! the house was pristine, very comfortable beds and has a beautiful backyard view. plenty of parking and the snowmobile trail is right there. we will definitely be back!

An amazing retreat! Sebastian recommended Callaghan's Rapids to go snowshoeing and we were not disappointed. The place was immaculate and the hot tub was amazing! Definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay with our kids while in town for our wedding! Hilary was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during such a special time. She was friendly, prompt, and answered all our questions quickly, which made the stay stress-free. The space was perfect for our family, with thoughtful touches that made it easy and comfortable for us and our little ones (like setting up a cot and having a pack and play available to use). We’re so grateful for their hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families. Thank you for helping make our wedding trip unforgettable! spacious clean apartment with small but full kitchen, comfortable living room and comfortable king bed. a little tricky to find .. house numbers small ... and had a bit of trouble at check in .. but Barbara was very responsive to a phone call and greeted us with the key code we needed to get in. no river view as it was fall but just a short walk from house.

Great stay, enjoyed the space, great “base camp” to use for exploring the County. Appreciated the coffee and tea for breakfast, SUPER CLEAN, will return! Awesome communication from the host.

This is a fantastic place. Saskia and Maarten are very nice. They sent us very clear instructions and recommandations. They also responded quickly to our questions. Everything in the airbnb is thought for you to enjoy and make your life easy. They are very helpful. They also provided an extension for us to plug our electric car. The place is very well located, close to Wellington and the Sandbanks. It is beautiful, next to the lake with a great view. They have lots of space and provide paddle boards, kayaks and canoes with direct access to the lake. It is comfortable and clean. Thank you!

Doris was a great host, she made us feel like home and so comfortable specially in thanksgiving time. She was so responsive and answered all our questions, she even let us to check out two hours after normal check out time. Overall very clean, perfect location, nice host and peaceful area, worth every dollar spent. :) would love to go back again with my family this time.

Laura and Dale's Cottage was such a cozy, sunny, beautiful place nestled in a wooded lot right on the water front. We spent a week there in October and loved the wood fireplace and warmth that the cottage brought. The kitchen was charming with lots of well placed windows. Everything you needed for cooking was available. The board games were nostalgic and fun to play. The bed and bedding was so comfy and perfect for reading in the mornings. The view from the bedroom window was otherworldly especially the full moon coming across the water and the Autumn leaves were spectacularly gorgeous! We cant say enough about this place. We highly recommend it and we hope to return again.

Our stay at Tiffany and Adam's cabin was the perfect destination for an anniversary weekend celebration! Tiffany was communicative, detail oriented and so sweet! We loved the serenity of the TR property, the white noise of the babbling creek and the cozy amenities of the cabin. Renting the sxs was a blast and was a great way to explore local trails as a family. An added bonus was having the flexibility to include our dog on vacation. We can't wait to return next year!!

We loved our stay at "A Little Cabin in the Woods" in February 2025! Nice and secluded with a wonderful view from the front porch and fire pit area, which is where we cooked one of our suppers! Can't beat fire cooking! The drive from Canada was easy and we especially liked seeing both farm animals (chickens and goats) and wildlife (deer) on the road to the cabin! If you're looking to unwind and disconnect, this is the place to go! We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our time at Black Bear Cabin. The quaint little cabin was just what we needed for our little getaway. It was private and peaceful with lots to do in the area. We went hiking and explored the little lake side towns. We highly recommend to anyone looking to unplug for a few days. We will find an excuse to come back and stay at the black Bear Cabin again in the future! Thanks Bonnie

The cabin was beautiful and well kept. We loved seeing the river next to the property in the mornings and evenings. Beautiful local wildlife.

My partner and I spent 2 nights at The Cabin By The Stream in -5C weather. The cabin was lovely and cozy and peaceful - perfect for a brief escape from hectic city living. John was a thoughtful, courteous and communicative host. We would highly recommend a stay!

Great hosts and beautiful property for our large group and super awesome that it was dog friendly. Michael was responsive and accomodating to all our needs to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We are looking forward to coming back again!

Such a peaceful, beautiful location hosted by very friendly, easy-going people. We enjoyed the setting in amongst the trees with open sky views and were blessed with a clear sky on our second night to see the magical array of stars! We will definitely be back!
