Great location, close to the main attractions. If you want peaceful this is your place. Water access at your home, if you are looking to rent a boat I recommend MAC who is in town.

The location is perfect for Sandbanks access (15 mins away). The place is clean, the people managing and the cleaning crew are very nice as well. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place on a quiet street. Easy walk to the Main Street. We had our ur dog with us and were able to walk into the nearby park/conservation area without having to drive. Highly recommend!

Perfect place, close to downtown and easy transit to anywhere in the city. Home decoration is supreme, like a 5-star hotel.

Great location with views of the boathouse. We had our eclipse party on the new boat dock. Next door neighbors were also having their eclipse viewing party on the boat dock and were very nice and friendly. It was our first time at the thousand islands region and found the area truly amazing. Can't say enough how nice Emily's place is, and how responsive she was. Five stars all the way.

We enjoyed our two weeks at 34 Water Street West. The location was perfect and the house gave us everything we needed. Comfortable bed, cosy sitting room, fully equipped kitchen and easy to use laundry facilities. In addition, the attractive patio offered a private outdoor space to enjoy the warm evenings. The bathroom could have been bigger but, as there were only two of us, we got used to it. A happy two weeks.

My stay at Joan's was so lovely. Wverything was easy from start to finish. the room was cozy, beautiful and just what I needed. I felt safe and cared for in Joan's home, she is a fabulous host. So many nice little touches too. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend!

Great location, communication, clean and comfortable. The units are close together so we needed to be reminded to keep our voices down, and gently close the door which was on a tight spring and wanted to shut loudly (our young grandchildren were staying 2 doors away from us, and there was an infant sleeping during the day in the unit between us.) That made me feel less at ease generally. We could hear a party at the unit on the other side of us one night and that kept my husband awake but it wasn't over the top noisy. Just something to keep in mind if you're looking to rent here that the units are close together and there's not much sound proofing. Delightful place to stay overall, waterfront and close to town without being in the middle of it.

We almost didn’t come because the weekend we booked was not good timing for salmon fishing. Because the reservation couldn’t be canceled, my father and I decided to come here just for a short retreat. The place was spacious and clean. Good location and nice views. Can fit many people and would be fun if you have friends come together for a fishing trip. Would book again if we decide to come here again for fishing.

My husband and I spent a wonderful week here. The place is quiet and private and very close, walking distance, to downtown and to hiking trails. Sheryl is very welcoming, prompt to respond, generous and proactive. The house is welcoming and comfortable, has everything we needed, from a well equipped kitchen including good quality cooking ware, to comfy beds with plenty of pillows and linens and covers. The bathroom is clean with good towels and ample space for our toiletries. Wifi connection is great. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening that gave us a warm and cozy atmosphere downstairs, so we can keep the thermostat cooler for the bedrooms upstairs. We'd love to stay here again next time we're in the area.

I would recommend stying here… new, clean and quiet. Rakesh is friendly and offered information on amenities in the area.

What can I say that all the other reviews haven't already said? The house is amazing. I must have spent the first hour there just looking around at everything. It was as cool as we hoped. Captain Mike is the consummate host. He greeted us (in a captain's hat, of course!) and immediately helped us get set up. We loved the hot tubs (!!!) and the ziplines. A bunch of us wandered around and it was the perfect winter walking environment. The riverboat is so cool! The wood stove is very cozy. We felt so welcome, Captain Mike helped us with everything and made sure the grounds were pristine even with constant snowfall. He even gave us a tow on the way out! I'm hoping to book again to see what it's like in the summer. If you're reading this and you're curious about the space, it really is that cool. You should go to Captain Mike's amazing home!

Overall a great place to stay when in Kingston! Only a 6 minute drive to downtown, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and even a skating rink! Glenda was very responsive and a great host, everything was clean and organized with little notes around the place for instructions on how to use the BBQ, where to put dishes, etc. Will defiantly be back if we are in Kingston!
