The house was actually bigger and prettier than what it looks like in the pictures. I was super impressed with how spotlessly clean it was. It’s also not that far from Coachella ground. The location is beautiful and has stores and restaurants located close-by. Diana was a superb host, made sure we didn’t run out of essential supplies at any time. Thanks Diana for a wonderful stay :)

Garrett, was very helpful and timely with any pending questions we had. The WiFi went out and Garrett walked us through the issue over the phone.

Great stay! Responsive and very clear instructions. Quiet, peaceful and comfortable retreat. Highly recommend for a weekend away or for any stay in the palm desert area!

The house is very spacious and comfortable, well stocked, great master shower, updated bathrooms, great kitchen for cooking and hanging out. The backyard is beautiful, pool and spa were lovely and we really enjoyed the views of the mountains in the daytime and stars at night. Jerry was very responsive to all our questions. The only con I would mention is that the house is near the airport. Our first night there were quite a few planes coming in to land at PSP, flying low and right over the house. Jerry mentioned this is pretty unusual, and the rest of the stay planes were noticeable but did not fly directly overhead. Would definitely still recommend, and would stay here again.

Lizette’s place was beautifully designed, clean, and has very comfortable rooms for a large group to stay in Palm Springs. She was very communicative and promptly answered questions and requests. A couple of things to note: there are no basic condiments provided in the kitchen so having Albertson’s nearby was a plus. Our group would’ve liked to have more lounge chairs to relax by the pool as they only provide 4. Also, you will need to text Lizette (note the 2 numbers provided didn’t work) when you want the hot tub and pool (if you paid for pool heating) both on and when you want it off. The first night, the heating was on all night as we assumed that it would be turned off so it left the pool scalding hot the next day. Once we figured out a comms system, it was fine the next day. But this is something for folks to be aware of. Otherwise, our group loved the house and its proximity to downtown.

This is hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve had to date. The home is BEAUTIFUL. **Big, living room & dining room, nicely appointed kitchen with all the amenities one could imagine. **The two primary bedrooms were both spacious. **The VIEW from this home is unparalleled in all the community in my option: golf course, water feature and the majestic San Jacinto mountains..as if you can touch them. All this while still feeling a sense of privacy while lounging by the pool. The Desert Princess Community was so fun. We did a lot of walking around the community, enjoyed happy hour at the clubhouse & the food/service was outstanding. My husband is vegetarian & it was nice to see some mindful options. **The location is better than any other neighborhood in Palm Springs as it is a 10-minute drive to Downtown Palm Springs and to the PS Airport. Easy!! The owner & the property manager were so very attentive to our needs & we feel so fortunate to find this gem. We will booking again!!

We were in Palm Desert for a golf trip. The Airbnb we booked was perfect. Patio with outdoor gas fire pit was a great place to hang out after golf. View of beautiful golf course was nice. Nearby hot tub was nice as well. Jake was a helpful host.

When I checked in at night, it was dark, so it was hard to find the accommodation. But it was easy to find because I followed the exact instructions of the host. The accommodation is so clean and pretty. It was best to take a warm bath and look at the stars. I want to visit again. This place is the best!! 😊

We loved everything about our stay at this gorgeous house. From the view to the pool to the lovely bedrooms my family had a great stay. The bedrooms are organized in a way that would make it possible for two families or couples to stay and still have privacy. We really loved our time here enjoying all that the area has to offer.

Very happy with our stay! Great location, not far from JTNP main entrance and 5 minutes from a couple hidden gem trails (High View and Panorama Loop) if you want to avoid the crowds and lines at the main entrance! Really nice backyard space, perfect for post-hike siestas or evening pickleball. Spacious and comfy interior, and the bunk beds mean a large group can share with everyone getting their own bed (ie perfect for my bachelor party). Well stocked kitchen, zero complaints!

What a stunning space with breathtaking views! We absolutely loved starting our days with coffee while watching the sunrise, followed by a relaxing morning in the sauna and outdoor tub. Every corner of the property is so inviting and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The house was spotless and stocked with everything we could possibly need. We had the most wonderful time and can't wait to return!

This was a truly beautiful, clean, and peaceful home. Lisa was an excellent host, with very responsive and helpful communication. The thoughtful touch of s'mores supplies for the kids was lovely! The convenient 10-15 minute drive to both Pioneer Town and Joshua Tree National Park was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend

We loved our stay here! The whole house is setup so nicely with amazing communal spaces. There was so much to do we couldn’t even get to it all! Highlights for my group included the hammocks, pool and hot tub. The ultimate wow factor was the movie theater- it’s even better than it looks in pictures! The hosts make everything straight forward with check in and check out and have a digital and printed guidebook with any information about the house and area that you would ever need to know. Cannot reccommend this stay enough!

Jeffrey’s place was perfect for our family reunion. Everyone had a wonderful time. The accommodations were awesome especially the pool. The beds were super comfy too! We cooked a few meals in the well stocked kitchen. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We went up and stayed at Stacey’s property for my bachelorette trip and we couldn’t have been happier about our experience. The entire home was beautiful and extremely clean and it had ample room for all of us. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and where we spent most of our time as well as the hammocks. All around our stay was so perfect for a peaceful getaway! We loved staying at this home and we definitely would love to come back. We highly recommend this Airbnb for all who love privacy and to have a peaceful vacation!

Great host! Had some extra charges for the property that felt unnecessary but it was quant and was good for what I was looking for. Great little spot to relax and do nothing for the weekend!

This beautifully renovated home is spacious, comfortable with lots of great space for relaxing, working, and play. Very clean and fully stocked with every amenity needed! Smart TVs in each room were so great with kids! Everyone could watch what they wanted to wind down at the end of the day. We attended events at the Acrisure arena all week so this houses location was very convenient and only 10mins away. The hosts were wonderful with communication and any questions! The pool is phenomenal and we swam at least 3 times a day! The views out back or thru the workout area are gorgeous with the mountains and the beautiful bougainvillea against the white column! The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The home itself is all positives! The neighborhood wasn't the best and the neighbor across the street leaves their dogs out all night so frequent barking that the primary bedroom can hear throughout the night. Recommend a white noise app to help balance the noise at night.

Great location, close to everything especially if you are in town for the Indian Wells Tennis tournament. It's literally 2 miles away. Very convenient. Well kept property with a very responsive host. Kitchen is well appointed with all appliances and utensils.
