We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house! The host was fantastic very responsive and understanding, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The house itself was warm, comfortable, and felt like home. Our family absolutely loved it! It was kept to a high standard, spotless, and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for such a great stay

This house is wonderful. We have stayed in many places in Rye and this is one of the best. Its location is perfect very close to the centre of Rye with all the restaurants on your doorstep. The house itself is great, beds are really comfy, the showers / bathrooms lovely with loads of hot water and the whole house has a very homely feel. It is also directly opposite a playground and park which is perfect for the kids. The hosts also left us a basket of treats when we arrived. Very kind indeed. We had a great stay! Thanks for having us!

Lovely presented house in the heart of a quiet picturesque village. Excellent food and service in the local just a short walk away. Would stay again if in the area.

Amazing house and location to spend NYE in - really great size for a group of 8 of us and lovely very handy location. Lovely communal area and bedrooms were ideal. Bottle of fizz for NY was a lovely touch! Only a couple of small issues for next time to be aware of -the WIFI connection to the TV didn't really work and the beds were quite uncomfortable in the upper floor rooms. But for a night or two it's no issue.

Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. Not only was Lisa super helpful and friendly but the accomodation itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, well stocked and had wonderful, thoughtful additions. Will definitely be booking again

lovely cozy little cottage. great location walking distance to everything in seaford aswell as the beach. beds and sofas super comfy, great deep bath. living room can get a bit cold but the fireplace heats everything up really well! smart TV with all the apps a nice bonus for end of the night. many decent pubs right on the doorstep!

We stayed just for one night but had a lovely time. The place is very spacious and quiet, it’s clean and tidy. Location-wise it’s right in the centre of town and near the beach, so it was perfect. Olga and igor were responsive and kindly let us check in a bit earlier to drop off our stuff, which hugely helped us out. The only issue is that people have a habit of parking outside the house, right next to the front door. It was a struggle to get the buggy inside on a few occasions. Other than that, brilliant stay with good hosts!
