The house worked very well for our large family. In particular, the kitchen/dining/living area is spacious and well arranged. We fit everyone around the dining table. The living room fireplace is a nice touch; we wish the fireplace would have worked in the small family room, too. With four bedrooms and the loft, there is plenty of sleeping space. It would be nice to have another bathroom, but at least all the bathrooms have a shower. The kitchen has everything you need for food prep and lots of counter space. AvantStay says there is a drip coffee maker, but there is a Keurig as well; it would have been good to know that before we arrived. We parked one car in the garage; we could have parked two. That brings us to the pool/hot tub. AvantStay should say up front how much extra you pay to have the pool heated. Given the price of the rental, a heated pool should be included. One more nit to pick: The TVs take some learning. Apps should be up to date. Overall, a great home.

Beautiful place! Close to Mt. bachelor and Bend. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. They have bikes in the garage for you to use. Highly recommend staying here!

Great spot for spring break with the family! Awesome location for getting to all of the hikes, bike paths, pool, village, etc. We all loved this rental and will definitely be back.

David was awesome. House is very functional. Great loft for the kids to play in. I made a scheduling error and David was very gracious in helping make our stay work. One of our guests also left some glasses behind and he had the cleaners keep an eye out for them. Super easy and responsive host.

We’ve been staying in Sunriver annually since the 80s, and this was one of our favorites! Very clean, spacious, family friendly. The house was perfect for our family of 10. Big kitchen, living space, huge bedrooms and playroom downstairs. The kids bedrooms had AMAZING bunk bed forts that made it all so fun! Garage had many bikes, a pool table, air hockey, basketball….everything you could want. Hot tub was hot and very clean. Steps from the North Store which was very convenient. Heidi (the host) was very responsive and friendly. We will stay here again for sure!

This house and location is phenomenal! Park like setting and luxurious house. Everything was perfect for our crew we cooked lots of meals. Mt Bachelor is about 40min away from this house which was great. Recommend staying here!!'

It was a touch on the expensive side but overall I enjoyed the house and amenities, especially the hot tub and it being a family-friendly place.

Everything was easy about this stay, host was responsive and the place was perfect for our family of 5, with room to spare. Great proximity to the Sharc and the Village, would definitely recommend to others planning a trip to Sunriver.

Prob the best rental I’ve stayed at in awhile. Perfectly appointed. Super clean. First rental I’ve stayed in that provided tin foil, zip locks, s & p, doggie sheets for the sofa, great internet & TV, incense burner, etc. even the lighting was great, not too bright with a good setting to relax & enjoy the fireplace. The murphy bed had a mattress that was seriously like 2 feet thick & my kids exact works were “I’m on my first layer of comfort” (she’s little) & didn’t want to get outta that comfy bed.

Highly recommend! This place was clean, easy to access, Fran was very friendly and helpful, and we had no problems whatsoever. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and supplies, the linens are nice, beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and we felt very comfortable there.

A great place to stay in a great location!

Such a great place to take the kids for spring break! Hours at the pool, walking the trails, riding bikes, and BBQing in the evenings. We'll definitely be back!!

Lauren's condo was very clean and has a great view of the river. We were able to walk along the river to downtown to get to restaurants and go shopping. Communication with Lauren was easy.

The host is definitely one of the best at Airbnb. Superb communication to make sure we had everything needed during our stay. The place is in excellent condition and having perfect setting for our family of 4. We all had our private rooms/space and the gathering time at the living room. We enjoyed a short walk in the wood which is right next to the complex. In short, it is a great place with a great host!

Very comfortable space with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Great location.

The condo felt very homey! Very clean, cozy, great selection of games and puzzles. We enjoyed the hot tub around the corner. There were plenty extra towels, spices, coffee etc. The only thing I struggled with was finding the right condo because I wasn’t aware of the alphabetic house numbers they have. Once I figured that out, it was no problem. We would very much like to come again!!
