I had a wonderful stay at Louis' 1BHK apartment in Vytilla, Kochi! The location is absolutely perfect - right at the heart of the city, with easy access to everything you might need. The apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. It felt cozy and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day exploring Kochi. Louis was a fantastic host - very responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of during my stay. If you're looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay in Kochi, I highly recommend this property. Would definitely love to come back again!

Great place stay with family

Maya was the best host we had during our trip across all the stays. She made our check-in process incredibly smooth. The house was simple, beautiful, and impeccably clean—honestly, it looked even better in person. She went out of her way to guide us on where to go and how to travel around Kochi. The best part? She had stocked plenty of snacks for us, and we enjoyed them without any hesitation!

Lovely spacious cosy apartment very tastefully furnished. Place was very clean and kitchen had basic amenities. Walking distance to great restaurants and Ayurvedic centres. It was extremely hot in the apartment at the very end of March despite the fans. As it’s very close to the road you do hear road traffic especially later in the evening but in the bedroom it’s pretty quiet. Overall a fantastic stay. Biju the owner is very nice and runs a cute cafe and tourist centre downstairs.

Xavier's place was exactly as it was described. It is a little small for a typical one bedroom apartment. But it is just enough for 2 people. The entire place was very clean. Xavier answered all our queries before booking and also provided us with promptly help and support for our needs while staying. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet clean and affordable place which is close to the city.

This is a great place to stay - the apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable, it’s walking distance to Kochi fort or it’s always fast and cheap to get an auto-rickshaw on the street. The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming, I will happily be back.

Overall my family was very happy staying here enjoying the beautiful ocean view, kochi water metro, marine drive, fort cochin, lot of restaurants near by. We will be coming again to this place for our next holidays. You guys are the 'BEST' !!

The stay was great. The property is located near a main road so it was very easy to find. From palakkad junction it will be around 2 kms only. Basic needed amenities were all there as mentioned. It was very easy and convenient to get food and other things since there are good hotels and a super market present near the property. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful. Overall had a pleasant stay. Will definitely visit again soon!

The location is unbeatable—easily accessible and perfect for exploring the city's vibrant culture while having a peaceful retreat to return to. Being on the third floor, the view from the terrace was fantastic—We could see the shipyard beyond Jew Street, making it a serene spot to unwind.
