philip은 프로페셔널합니다. 이른체크인이 어려운 상황임에도 짐을 직접 맡아줬기때문에 우리 일행은 유익한 시간을 보낼수 있었고, 2개의 아파트는 인접해있어서 일행들과 함께하기에 너무 좋았습니다. 일회용 치약 치솔뿐 아니라 새 치야까지 배치되어 있어 좋았습니다. 그리고 체크인하고 아파트에 들어갔을때 에어컨이 틀어져있어 너무 시원하게 아파트에 머물수 있었습니다

I really enjoyed my stay. This is pretty much. Self contained development with restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. The gym was well equipped. The home was nicely decorated and comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at Felix’s listing. The room matches the description with room being very clean and smelled nice upon arriving. I asked for early check in and I was lucky Felix was able to accommodate me. This room was on the 23rd floor so helped a lot with the street noise. Felix was very responsive and quick to answer any of my questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend👍👍👍

Had a Great stay. Staff were Helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned everyday and they did my laundry for a small fee . Well worth the price I’ll be coming back

Nice place to chill and change it up from D1. Easy walk to grocery, McDs, and even Thao Dien walking street. Hoang was responsive and gave clear instructions, making check-in/out easy and stress-free - very important!

There are many amenities around the apartment, and it’s quiet and clean. The host is also very responsive!

入住很方便，楼下餐厅也很多，买水买酒买水果都很方便，步行不远的地方也有酒吧 。房间很安静

Thanh was very proactive in his responses to messages, very quick and accomodating. He was lovely enough to sort out a cot for my 9 month old and awaited us for check in, showing us how to get to the apartment and giving us a quick walk through. The apartment is situated away from the hustle and bustle, so can be very relaxing, but not too far from everything, just a grab car away.

Really appreciated how clean this apartment was, and very comfortable mattress and pillows! Linens and towels were pristine white!

Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung fern ab vom Trubel der Innenstadt, aber mit schönem Ausblick auf die Skyline. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Jean war ein wirklich sehr netter Gastgeber. Er antwortet schnell auf Fragen. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und man braucht nicht lange in die Innenstadt. Es geht auch ein öffentlicher Bus direkt vor der Nase ins Zentrum. Der Pool und die Anlage hat mit und meiner Familie sehr gefallen. Auch das Sicherheitspersonal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Anlage. Eine klare Empfehlung. Wenn wir das nächste Mal nach HCMC kommen, werden wir wieder das Appartement buchen. Danke

This has been my best stay in HCMC so far! Apartment is awesome, has a great view and is located in the best area of HCMC - Thao Dien, with so many things to do around it. The pool and gym are also good and the mall is just 20 meters away. Uyen has been super helpful and responsive all the time.

The host is very responsive and well-organized. The apartment is cozy, clean, and tidy, with a nice view of the inner garden pool. I felt very relaxed and comfortable staying in that area. It’s also conveniently located, with short walking distances to shopping malls, food outlets, a supermarket, a golf driving range, and amusement parks.

Second time for me in this homestay, which is great value for money. Conveniently located 5 minutes from District 1 and walking distance (literally 2 minutes) from Pham Viet Chanh, vibrant area with a lot of cool bars and restaurants of every kind.. and it's where also expats living in Saigon often go... Room (with private bathroom) was very clean. The host Tam speaks very good english, is very friendly and ready to help with useful tips. Definitely recommended for your stay in Saigon!
