Chị chủ nhà thân thiện và dễ thương lắm, luôn phản hồi rất nhanh để hỗ trợ mình. Mình có thể chủ động nhận và trả phòng rất dễ dàng và linh hoạt mà không cần phải gặp chủ nhà luôn. Đồ nấu bếp khá đầy đủ, tiện cho gia đình có bé nhỏ như mình khi cần nấu cho bé ăn đồ riêng. Các bạn nếu cần lưu trú tại vin quận 9 hãy cân nhắc căn hộ này nha, rất chi là ổn áp!!

Gia đình tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại căn hộ này. Ngay từ khi bước vào, chúng tôi đã ấn tượng với không gian rộng rãi, thiết kế sang trọng và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Hồ bơi riêng rất sạch sẽ, nước trong và mát, cả nhà tôi đều thích thú khi được ngâm mình và thư giãn mỗi ngày. Bàn bi-a chuyên nghiệp cũng là một điểm cộng lớn, giúp mọi người có thêm những khoảnh khắc vui vẻ bên nhau.

Thanh was very proactive in his responses to messages, very quick and accomodating. He was lovely enough to sort out a cot for my 9 month old and awaited us for check in, showing us how to get to the apartment and giving us a quick walk through. The apartment is situated away from the hustle and bustle, so can be very relaxing, but not too far from everything, just a grab car away.

We visited the apartment and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The ambiance, design, and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. Special thanks to Tori for his exceptional assistance throughout our visit. The buliding and park area was a highlight—immaculately maintained and perfect for relaxation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a blend of luxury and comfort.

Host provided a different listing but in the same area, in one of its neighbouring buildings. Interacted mostly with Hanna's co-host Junny. Awesome place, quiet, clean, well-looked after. Overall, really good stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very nice and the location was great - a nice quiet street that was close to everything. And the communication and service by the staff (Mallorie and Henry) was fantastic. They helped promptly with any questions or issues we had. Would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Ho Chi Minh again.

만족스런 숙소

arriving in Ho Chi Minh before going to Da Nang,I simply needed a place to stay for a couple nights on a budget. this place isn't the prettiest but it had everything a traveller or two needs. the bed was super comfy and sheets were much nicer than it would seem. they provided all the essentials. most places at the price usually don't have a shower curtain in the bathroom. not a deal breaker but I like not having water get everywhere, so having a curtain is a bonus! Dan the host on site was very helpful. Only struggle was never getting Netflix to work right but again, not really an issue. And just down the street they have some of the best Bun Bo Hue from a street vendor and it's 24hrs! oh also the restaurant at the bottom is a solid option. for the price this is pound for pound one of the greatest values in it's price range. and it's walking distance to all the hotspots in District 1 and surprisingly quiet.

Reasonable price and good area

This was one of the nicest airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! Such a cool space, feels very chic and spacious for a studio, and had everything you need to cook, chill etc. Host was super helpful and responsive too! Only thing was sometimes the water pressure in the shower was not great but cannot fault anything else! I’ll be back if I’m in Saigon again 🙏🏼

We picked this apartment because it was close to our friend's place. Very good location - supermarket, Lotte shopping mall and lots of option for food within walking distance. The apartment is big and spacious for my family of 5. Thank you Nam!
