Nice spot for friends to gather after party or breakfast. It’s more fun than staying in a hotel. We would come back here for our next trip.

Thanh was very proactive in his responses to messages, very quick and accomodating. He was lovely enough to sort out a cot for my 9 month old and awaited us for check in, showing us how to get to the apartment and giving us a quick walk through. The apartment is situated away from the hustle and bustle, so can be very relaxing, but not too far from everything, just a grab car away.

The place was as described. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this listing, and we’d love to stay here again in the future.

空港からタクシーで向かい、少し離れた場所に降ろされたためどこかわからずチャットで質問すると、すぐに近くのコンビニまで迎えに来てくれました。滞在中はわからないことがあってもホストへ質問するとすぐに返信があり、助かりました。 部屋の中は綺麗でキッチンにはお皿や鍋もありましたが箸やフォークはないので自分で用意する必要があります。 建物内にプールやキッズルームがあり、近くの建物にはレストランやカフェも入っているので小さな子連れ旅行にはとてもいい環境でした。 チェックアウト後も18時までは荷物を預かってもらえるとのことで最後まで身軽に観光を楽しむことができるお宿でした。

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

Apto iluminado, cama super confortável, tv nem grande e localização excelente. Apesar da academia só condomínio só ficar disponível para residentes com mais de 30 dias, existem ótimas opções perto. 25min caminhando você chega no Distrito 1 onde tem muita coisa interessante pra fazer. Apto super limpo e organizado. Banheiro espaço e iluminado. Cozinha bem equipada. Se o tempo estiver bom o sétimo andar tem uma piscina bem boa. Mega recomendo a estadia no apartamento da Chau. Chau é simpática, educada e atenciosa demais.

非常舒适的两居室，非常干净，地点离市中心很近，但房源没有微波炉，建议房东增设，另外房子有点异味，应该是下水道的原因，希望房东能改善一下。整体来说是个非常好的体验，这里应该是胡志明最好的房子，健身器材也很丰富。下次还会预定这里。

The apt was new, clean, and tidy. I liked this neighborhood because it had cleaner air and less crowded than D1-D5. It was a very safe place to stay long term. We stayed for almost 1 month; we enjoyed our stay. The co-host was nice and resourceful. He helped us quite a bit with anything related the apt and getting around the neighborhood. A safe and clean neighborhood/apt was our priority. This apt met our needs. Highly recommend this apt to anyone who wants to stay in D9.

I can confidently say that there is no better accommodation in this city. It is clean, good value for money, and the manager was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone, including business travelers, families, and couples.

We had a great stay here! The location was nice, close to everything we needed, making it easy to explore the area. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to store our luggage after checkout free of charge, which was a huge help. The place was equipped with all the essentials, making it comfortable and convenient for our extended stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh.

30일동안 Evolet님의 아파트에서 지냈습니다. 베트남에 도착한 첫날부터 빠른 체크인을 도와주었으며 늘 신속하고 명쾌한 답변을 하여 항상 도와주었습니다. ^^ 숙소는 14층에 위치해 있으며 그렙택시는 호출하면 2분안에 도착하는 위치에 있고 걸어서 5분거리에 위치한 큰 길가 버스정거장에는 시네로 갈수있는 버스들이 많습니다. 주방 도구부터 욕실용품 그리고 스마트Tv와 플레이스테이션 까지 준비되어 있습니다. 그녀의 아파트에는 아주 작은것 까지 세세하게 다 준비되어 있어서 그저 옷몇벌만 챙겨가면 됩니다. 빠른 엘레베이와 친절한 1층의 가드 들까지도 이 아파트의 매력이네요~ 30일동안 너무 잘 지내다가 갑니다. 깨끗한 Evolet의 아파트에 다음 베트남에 올때에도 다시 연락드리겠습니다. 감사합니다 ^^;

I would definitely stay here again. Check in was very straightforward and Tam (the host) was super responsive to messages. If I had any questions I could message her and she would reply super quick. The apartment was lovely. It was very clean and spacious and the pool area was lovely too. We are planning to visit Vietnam again next year and we will be booking to stay with Tam again. It is very close to Thao Dien which has a lot of nice restaurants. If you want to go to District 1 it is only a short taxi drive away.

Beautiful condo better than we expected. Great views from 25th floor overlooking pool area on 21st floor. Very quiet condo with almost no street noises. Lots of storage with plenty of extra pillows, blankets and linens. Condos on top of very nice shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and one nice grocery store

Daniel’s place is absolutely amazing! It’s beautiful, exactly as described, and feels like a high-end hotel. Every detail is well thought out, making for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Phòng đẹp, trang trí nhẹ nhàng, ấm cúng. Sảnh đón đẹp, nhân viên lễ tân và bảo vệ rât thân thiện. Tiện ích nội khu rất tốt, hồ bơi rộng, có chỗ đi dạo rất lý tưởng.
